Audi Wilsonville just provided my wife and I with the best car buying experience. Both Jeff and Josh did an outstanding job throughout the entire procees (4+ months), allowed us to test drive the Q5 as much as we desired, we were able to bring our dog and stroller to make sure the Q5 fit our needs, and most of all never felt presssured into the purchase. Their communication via phone, text, and email was timely and professional. I would and will highly recommend friends, family and clients to this dealership. I also look forward to future Audi purchases.

I cannot explain how great of an experience I had at Audi Wilsonville. I was about to pick up a different Audi up in Seattle and asked if there was any way they could give me a good deal on the S3 they had in stock. They got back to me and not only gave me an amazing deal, but the staff was super kind and friendly. My salesman Josh helped me out with all questions I had and went into full detail of all the car features and was very patient with all my questions. If you're looking to purchase a new or used audi, I highly recommend Audi Wilsonville.

We purchased a Audi A4 from the Wilsonville Audi very recently. it was a very pleasant experience with Scott Bowman. While Scott did not always return cell phone calls or texts right away as he was in training and/or vacation (he actually did make the time to return a call and meet us on his day off), he made sure everything was seamless and professional and timely. As we are from Corvallis, I am hopeful the service department is just as effective as the sales was. We have recommended others since to this dealership as well. Audi Wilsonville is great to work with. I was not happy with a local Audi dealer and reached out to Audi Wilsonville. Josh Jeffery contacted me and I am 100% satisfied. He worked with me via email and text (as I live about 2 hours away) and was prompt, respectful and offered a very fair deal on both my trade in and a fully loaded A4. I would highly recommend anyone considering an Audi purchase to try and work with Josh - he is great.

I reached out to Josh @ Audi Wilsonville based on a friend for a CPO Audi A4. He responded within a few hours of my first call to him and had 2 or 3 options ready for me to check out. He went through all of the options, packages and features in a descriptive, but clear manner. As I continued the shopping process Josh was willing to work via phone, face-to-face email or text. It was a simple negotiation and purchasing process.

After deciding on a vehicle, I worked with Jacob in finance on options and add-ons. It was extremely low pressure and informative and I purchased Audi Care and Window Tinting. It was easily the best car buying process end to end I have experienced. Every time I went to the dealership I was greeted, offered coffee and snacks and well attended too with no pressure or harassment. It is truly a superior experience to other lots and dealerships I have worked with.

I received a call and email from Pam Tonkin shortly after purchase to schedule my tinting service and just dropped it off today. Received a beautiful loaner while they had my car which came out perfect. I also picked up a few accessories from Travis while I was there and they installed them (trunk all weather mat and rear seat cover) by the time I got back to pick up my car.

Shortly after purchasing the Audi, Josh found us a beautiful used highlander for my wife and secured us excellent financing on a used car that is like new. I was highly motivated to work with Josh and Audi Wilsonville for our second car as the first experience was great. We went to several other dealerships and used car lots looking for her Highlander and in the end we got a better deal on a better car from a dealership who treated us very fairly.

UPDATE 10/26/2015
Just purchased my 3rd vehicle, a 2015 S4, from Josh Jeffery over at Audi Wilsonville. I also used them for all of my service on my previous A4. I could not be happier with the buying process. 2 of the purchases were CPO Audi's and 1 was a Toyota that was at another Tonkin Dealership. In all cases the process has been simple and pleasant.

Buying a car and negotiating can be extremely stressful for many but the team here is patient and willing to work with you no matter your buying habits. I was also assisted by Kevin Fields (Sales GM) and Jeff Blackwood (Finance) throughout the final process and both were a pleasure to work with.

The service team @ Audi Wilsonville is excellent to work with and always communicative and thorough. During a previous service they would not let my vehicle leave the lot until they were 110% satisfied with the repair work. All the while keeping me up to date on status and in an excellent loaner vehicle.

I have and will continue to recommend folks to this dealership as I could not say better things about them.

I was looking for a car that was inexpensive, reliable, and trendy. Associate Josh Jeffery did an outstanding job of finding a car that fit what I was looking for. I have had the car for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. I haven't had to refill on gas once yet and it has proven to have great mileage. I really appreciate how nice all the employees we're and how welcoming they were, creating a great atmosphere for the store. I also appreciate associate Scott Mitchell taking me on a test drive with the car. Josh Jeffery also assured me that the car was well inspected and made sure that the car was reliable. This employees and other went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy costumer and I really appreciate the time and dedication that Josh and other salesmen put into their sales. I will be recommending the Audi Wilsonville dealership to all of my friends. The process is quick and easy and made me feel like the time I spent looking at cars and buying my car was well worth it.

I contacted this dealership and spoke with Rocco about an A4 they had in their inventory that perfectly matched what I wanted and that no one else in the region seemed to have. When they assured me that they couldn't match the best price another dealer had given me, I thanked them and told them that I'd be buying the car elsewhere. It just didn't make sense for me to drive 6 hours round trip to pay many hundreds more for the car.

A few days later I bought the car from Audi of Tacoma who assured me that they had a great relationship with Wilsonville and did swaps with them all the time. I was at the dealership for three hours, negotiating and doing the paperwork for the sale. They told me that they were arranging the swap for a delivery in two days. They accepted my full cash payment for the car and I signed over the title for my trade in.

The next day Rocco call me back out of the blue saying that now he suddenly could match my best price. He said he knew that Audi of Tacoma wanted this car but he wasn't going to release it to them. He also said he had another coming from the port just like it and he wasn't going to release that one either. He didn't say why. But he said I could buy the car from him. I told him that I had already bought the car from Audi of Tacoma who assured me the swap was happening. When it was clear it wasn't I had to stop payment on my check and drive back to Tacoma to pick up my trade-in title. Audi of Tacoma said Wilsonville was to blame. It was a huge waste of time and made me reconsider if I even wanted to buy an Audi at all.

After I posted a negative review here, Wilsonville called me and insisted that they weren't to blame. They said they didn't release the car because the other dealer had nothing to trade. Curiously, they never mentioned this when they called me back to try to sell me the car the day after I bought it from Audi of Tacoma. They certainly seem sincere now, but so did Audi of Tacoma who insisted that Wilsonville was to blame. To their credit, Wilsonville did offer to swap the car I wanted with another dealer who I was talking to over the weekend. They also don't seem to have the amount of negative reviews as Audi of Tacoma certainly has. So I honestly don't know who is telling the truth. But what I do know is that spending $45,000 shouldn't be so hard. No wonder people despise buying cars.

I ordered a prt on the phone and got the wrong one when I went to pick it up. When I explained to Travis in the parts department that I drove from Camas and wanted to work on my car that weekend he went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, when I needed it. We never discussed who was at fault or why it happened. Travis just fixed it.
i will likely never buy a new Audi but I was treated like a valued, important customer and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car or services and parts.

After having a less than stellar experience at another dealership we reached out online to Audi of Wilsonville. I am so glad we did. They got right back to us and the whole car buying experience was top notch handled smoothly and quickly.

My wife and I have had two majorly negative interactions with Audi dealerships during the process of finding her a new 2020 Q8. I wont add details here but look at my review of Audi Tacoma... After these interactions we had just about sworn off Audi and probably would have bought something other than a Q8, then we met Kevyn. Kevyn from Audi Wilsonville not only salvaged how we felt about buying a car but how we felt about Audi as a brand. Seriously, this is how car buying should be. Kevyn actually knew what he was talking about. He knew the Q8 inside and out. Was able to show my wife everything, educate her, and make her feel comfortable in no time. He didnt guess, he didnt make things up, and we didnt have a single question he could not answer. I have never experienced a "car salesperson" so educated about their product. He explained things without fluff, he didnt try to sell us. He then busted his butt to find us EXACTLY what we were looking for (which was not easy, my wife wanted a new Q8 with basically every option available). There was no haggling, no back and forth, no trickery or trying to beat us down. Tim the sales manager came out, talked to us for 5 minutes (and most of that was just pleasantries) and we were done. We had a deal. Then came the 3 hour wait to get paperwork processed and the after the sale sales pitches right? Nope. Moe the finance manager made it the most painless process ever. It was crazy. We were in and out of his office and off to enjoy our Sunday and the sunny day in literally 10 minutes. Starting this process with one of the worst car buying experiences of my life at other Audi dealers to finishing with the easiest and friendliest experience of my life at Audi Wilsonville was refreshing to say the least. This dealership and its people saved what would have been a lost Audi customer. I will note, we were not given a special deal, or any incentive to write this review. Our experience was so bad and so infuriating that when it was salvaged, we had to go out of our way to give thanks to the team that turned buying a new car in to a fun and exciting experience. Seriously thank you Kevyn, Tim, and Moe. Kevyn you have customers for life. Please dont change, you are the example of what a car salesperson SHOULD be! - Josh and Erica

Previously when I have gone in my car was always ready, already washed and treated amazing. Customer service skills have dropped and now considered going to Tesla.

I called Audi Wilsonville looking for a very specific car for my wife. Scott Larson was able to track one down and have it delivered to the dealership. The price was reasonable and when I came in to meet Scott he treated me like an old friend, unlike the other Audi dealer in town, which acted liked I didn't even exist. The overall experience with Audi Wilsonville exceeded my expectations. The car was ready and waiting for us when my wife and returned from our vacation, the car arrived quicker than Scott had promised. It took under 2hours from start to finish to drive off with my wife's new Q7 S-line. I enjoyed the experience so much I came back a few weeks and picked up a S4. I will be back and refer my friends and family to Audi Wilsonville.

Just the worst customer service - when I bought a car, no one helped with understanding all of the features and options, and I was left with trying to figure it all out on my own. No one informed me that I would have to pay $30/month to get traffic on my nav system (previously you could get traffic through SiriusXM for $3/month, but Audi now blocks that option). They sold me a car without a front license plate holder (required in my state), and used very high pressure sales tactics on all of their "add-ons".

Was it just Monday? We drove up from Corvallis to test drive one of 2 Audi Q5e, 2020 vehicles. Grace Mathews was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made the experience fun and easy. Who knew we'd end up purchasing the car?! That process also went smoothly. Grace continues to make herself available to lead us through some of the intricacies of this high-tech machine. Overall, a potentially stressful experience was made easy and fun.

To start off, I hate the car buying process. So I am already biased. I hate sitting in rooms, talking to dealers and having to listen to people trying to shmooze me into some sort of deal, accessory or anything. Even after know the price standard dealerships still sit you in a desk and have you go between this or that guy.

A little background. I was looking at some all wheel drive cars and went all over Portland looking for the perfect Audi A5. The features, colors and looks. I went to all the main dealerships in town, driving and talking with them.

So to the details of dealing with Audi Wilsonville. I walked in and wasnt rushed at my car by a bunch of salesmen. I walked into the showroom, as their lot is huge and they had so many cars I couldn't tell where to go. I approached a gentleman at a desk on a laptop. Louis Lafranchise was his name, different name and a pretty cool guy. I mentioned I was Interested in an A5 and he found a few things for me. I test drove one that they had just received on a trade in. Was still dirty and yet to be detailed as they had just received it. Still looked pretty sexy on the outside, but cluttered on in the inside. We took it for a drive and it handled great, he drove first and I drove second. They have some nice curvy hills to get a good feel how the car hugs the road. Some nice roads that you might see Richard Hammond on The Grand Tour taking a test drive on. It was clearly better than the city stop and go and enter and exit that most dealers have you do.

After I spent an hour looking and driving the car. I got back to the dealership. I told "Lafranchise" that I am pre-approved and I use "Bank Name" and he said sure no prob we work with them a lot. I said thanks and I wanted to see another one in town. He DIDN'T do the whole, "What can we do for you to buy the car today" (I hate car salesman btw.) He was cool and gave me his info. I followed up the next week or so, and wanted to see the car again. I spoke with "Lafranchise".. After they had it checked out, brakes and some other things I was worried about. Everything checked out. I said I would come to a decision soon and left. Again NO sales pitch or pressure. He DIDN'T go get his manager and have him try make a deal with me. I hate that salesman move too.

I text him a week later and he was out of the office for a few days. Which was cool. I then spoke with his manager (Which was really helpful and not pushy) and helped me get some info to "Lafranchise" so I can get some more info.

I text him, and made an offer of what I wanted to pay, he said he would see what he could do. He came back pretty close to what I wanted. I told him I am busy and have a long commute. I hate sitting in car dealerships and do not want to play the car game. He said ok and was able to put together all the financial paperwork. Come to my office, we sat in my meeting room. He laid out about 7 documents on the table and we went over them in 5 minutes I signed them all. He left me the car at my office and I drove it home. I didn't think ti would actually happen how I wanted so i had my other car at the office as well. That was my blunder and it took me a few weeks to get that car home.

About a week after getting the car, "Lafranchise" had set it up so I could get a loaner car. Another pretty sick Audi to use for a few days while they refinished all my rims and got them to a perfect polish. He went out of his way to make sure the car was in great condition and in my hands.

To be honest.. I got a great price.... awesome treatment... a relationship with a dealership I can trust. If you had a choice of where to buy a car or get it serviced, read the reviews or ask someone that has worked with this dealership.

I cant speak for all the salesmen at this location, but "Lafranchise" and Audi of Wilsonville really made sure I had a seamless transaction and beautiful car and was a happy customer.

Even to this day "Lafranchise" has touched base making sure things were going well with my car, with no strings attached or wanting anything from me.

Kevyn, Tim & Mo gave my husband and I the BEST experience. We had previously tried two other locations and the service and team was honestly horrible. I almost wrote off purchasing an Audi Q8 because of that.

However, the moment we started working with Kevyn until the end was amazing. He was helpful, not pushy, patient with all my back and forth and truly wanted me to find the RIGHT car for me. I never felt any pressure. In fact once we did decide to purchase, everything was SO easy. They didn't try to haggle me, and made a very good deal for an AMAZING car. They were upfront and honest about everything, which I cannot say that all Audi is like that, specifically Tacoma was horrendous and tried to sell us a used car as "new".

Thank you, thank you Kevyn, Tim and Mo for the outstanding customer service! So thankful for you guys! Cannot wait for my car to come in and am thrilled to be able to work with all of Audi Wilsonville from here on out!

Just Perfect! Just bought a car at Audi Wilsonville yesterday and the whole experience was really great. Scott, the rep who helped me was a great listener who right away found me exactly what I needed. Test drives and trade eval were done quickly and thoroughly. They were super friendly and easy going - plenty of information and yet no pressure whatsoever, (none needed for any Audi, really) and the transaction was seriously as easy as buying dinner. I was in and out with a new car in about 90 minutes. Check them out its worth it!!

After a very frustrating night working on the car, trying to figure out why the part I picked up from Audi won't fit. Forcing it every way possible, only to realize that I was giving the wrong part. Even though I was extremely upset, being under the car trying to fit this little wire (unsuccessfully). I went back to the store, and was very cordial with them :). After explaining the situation, they quickly sprung into action... apologized for the mix up, refunded my money back (without asking), and replaced the part with the right one. I am in the auto industry myself, so I completely understand that innocent mistakes do happen.

I must say, this is my first time dealing with these guys (even though I work right next door to them), they are TOP notch people. It is extremely nice to see a business that cares for customer service and the customer. I believe, even the Parts' manager came out quickly to apologize and help with the situation.

Over all, an Excellent Review well earned by these guys...

I purchased a gently used vehicle from Audi Wilson...

I purchased a gently used vehicle from Audi Wilsonville over one year ago. While I am happy with the vehicle so far, I am extremely disappointed in the face-to-face employee interactions during and subsequent to my purchase.

While reviewing financing options, I was told that I could purchase a bumper-to-bumper, road-to-roof warranty that covered the life of the loan. I was skeptical but the Audi employee assured me everything was legit. I moved forward on his assurances and purchased this warranty because it seemed like a good investment for a car with ~55k miles. Shockingly, I was lied to at a car dealership.

Fast forward a month or so and I received a call from an Audi manager inquiring about my interaction with said employee. I explained I was under the impression my warranty was for the life of my loan, even if I paid it off early from what the employee told me. I was told this employee was no longer with the company and after auditing his files, they found inconsistencies and needed to follow up with his customers because the warranty I purchased just covered the odometer until 72k miles, I think. I was assured they would make this right and expected a remedy to follow in my email.

When I did not receive a follow-up email or call, I took time to go to Audi Wilsonville and follow-up in person. I talked with another manager who said the previous manager who called me was no longer with the company. This new manager took my information, reviewed and copied my warranty contract, and assured me he would "kick it up" the command chain and remedy the situation.

NOTHING has been sent to me. I am extremely angry that not only am I out thousands of dollars for a warranty I would not have otherwise purchased, I am upset NOBODY has taken accountability to either 1. Refund my money or 2. Actually honor the contract I signed in good faith after an interaction with the Audi agent.

This is no way to run a business, ethically or legally. You are responsible for training your employees and if you find they did not receive proper training OR acted with intentional deception, YOU MAKE IT RIGHT. I now have to escalate my complaints as well as write well-deserved reviews to warn others.

Best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are friendly, professional and do their jobs well. I was going out of town so declined a loaner and they picked up the Uber tab to PDX at rush hour! They serviced and updated my Q7 TDI and helped me with the settlement. Would deal with them first always when dealing with Audi. So much better than my audi dealership in New York

We bought a Q5 4 years ago and service has been excellent. This review is prompted though by the extra effort the staff/general manager put out during our time of crisis. Our car was rear ended, everybody is OK, however, the Q5 did substance $7000+ of repairs and we needed help determining the diminished of our vehicle. Thanks to Audi's prompt response we are now in negotiations with the insurance to recoup that value. Thanks much to the whole staff, every encounter has been positive. Highly recommend.

I am new to the area and needed my Audi A3 serviced. I took it into Audi Wilsonville and had an excellent experience. The service writer - Rod was great. His customer service skills were warm and friendly. The dealership is top notch. I won't hesitate to take my car into Audi Wilsonville again and when it comes time to get a new Audi they will be my first and only stop.

We have been to multiple dealerships and drove lots of cars. We were tired and thought let s just make the drive to Wilsonville and check out Audi. I m so glad we did. We were not pressure to buy, but Scott (our salesman) was amazing. He knew every car, the package on it, price, and where it s located. He was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Mo did our financing and we was great too! I know this industry and was talked to like a professional and with respect. After a nationwide search for an A4 Avante, I stumbled onto Wilsonville Audi, as they had advertised a few cars with Car Gurus this past September. After replying via the posting, Josh responded almost immediately with the details on the car and offered to help however he could. After a week of finalizing the price, financing, and relocation of the car from Wilsonville, OR to Anchorage, AK, I'm the proud owner of an A4 CPO! These guys are great and definitely have gone the extra mile on customer service.

AUDI Wilsonville was a Pleasure to Buy From! Barney was The Best! He was Honest and Very Helpful and Really made things Go Slick. He was so unlike your typical sales rep. He saw the deal all the way through and didn't pass it off to someone else. I needed to share my experience with Audi Wilsonville. I have bought many cars in my 60 years and dealt with many dealerships. None of it ever compared to the quality and customer service that Audi Wilsonville provides Josh the general sales manager is one of the coolest guys I ve ever met so accommodating and all he wants to do is make the customer happy. Scott my sales guy who I wouldn t really call sales guy because he doesn t try to sell you on anything all he Wants to do is educate you on what you are interested in buying. The thumbs up to the crew at Audi Wilsonville totally amazing. I love my queue seven with the black optics package.

Flew in from out of state to purchase a used Audi....

Flew in from out of state to purchase a used Audi. Flight was delayed and I got to the dealership just before they closed. Eric (sales) and Scott (finance) were more than happy to stay and help get the sale completed so I could get on my way home. They never seemed rushed and Eric sat in the car with me for probably 30 minutes and made sure I knew how everything worked and has since sent me a couple emails to make sure all is well and if I have any questions about the car. I have never had this level of service before and certainly not on a used car. I would buy another car from them in a heart beat.
