I contacted them via the internet about a new A5 Sportback and first emailed the sales manager, Sam. None were in the US at the time, and I was able to negotiate with the sales manager even after test driving a coupe with a salesman. When I was ready, I offered a fair price on a configuration I wanted by email and it was accepted, then completed the order with the salesman. Trade in 3 months earlier was honored with adjustment for 4000 more miles without another detailed evaluation for basically KBB trade-in value. The finance manager, Brad worked with me on warranty pricing and a 3M clear bra by email, so there was nothing much to negotiate at closing (some protection packages/coatings seemed worth it for the warranty at least), and made for a stress fee close and delivery. I definitely could have gotten a clear bra installed cheaper elsewhere, but it was never driven unprotected off the lot and was done (along with all dealer prep) within 36 hours of coming off the truck. Dealer document and other fees were minimal, about $150. Overall, great experience (lowest stress yet) and no complaints.
