We love the new E-Tron but not so in love with the...

We love the new E-Tron but not so in love with the buying experience. I traded in my Viper for the E-Tron. Davin said that they needed my Viper that weekend even though our E-Tron hadn't arrived yet. I said ok but I would need a check for my Viper. Davin agreed and said a check would be there for exchange on Sunday. I arrived with my car on Sunday. Davin said that he didn't have the check and that the Finance Dept. wasn't open on Sunday. After reluctance I left my Viper with the assurance the check would be mailed that Monday. I contacted Davin on Monday inquiring about the check being mailed. He said check was not mailed. But would be mailed Tuesday for sure. I contacted Davin on Tuesday afternoon to make sure check was mailed. Davin said no. At that point I was getting worried so I drove the 160 mile round trip to get the check in person. The other issue I had with the purchase is that Davin never told us before or after the purchase of the E-Tron that it did not come with the wall bracket for the charger. (cost almost $300.). I found that in Canada it does come with the purchase. I mentioned it to Davin and Josh (Sales Mgr.) . Davin/Josh offered to reimburse my purchase for the bracket and asked that when I got reimbursed that I would give them a 5-star rating. I did not receive the reimbursement even though I emailed Davin a copy of my bracket purchase. Due to those issues, I can only give a 3 stars for my buying experience.
