I have been purchasing cars for 25 years now, and have bought from most main-stream brands to include Acura, Infiniti, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, and all of the typical domestic brands as well. I added Audi to my list this past week when purchasing an A7 from Sunset Audi in Beaverton. I was saying goodbye to a car I loved so I was actually skeptical a deal would be made. I was introduced to the Audi A7 Prestige by Shane Randall and my preconceived idea of an unlikely deal quickly went out the window.

Shane was wonderful to work with. I never felt pressure to make a decision that I was not ready for and he represented his brand and his dealership professionally. He is extremely knowledgeable of his product and worked with me for an entire day to make a deal that I view was extremely fair.

I now have my A7 and feeling no regrets, even though I left a wonderful vehicle behind. Shane has regularly checked in to make sure everything is working out perfectly. This was by-far the best vehicle purchase experience I have had to date. Thank you Shane and Sunset Audi in Beaverton, Oregon!

The service on the east side on the Airport Way is...

The service on the east side on the Airport Way is much better than the Beaverton location. Everyone from the cashier, manager, even the mechanics were very friendly and took great care of my car. I have taken my car for service for a few times at the one in Beaverton. I had to call many times to follow up on my car and left several messages. Also, I have been a VIP customer and my VIP discount was automatically applied at the east side location, but not the west side. If I don't remember or ask, I won't get it. There are a few new service people that are not very good with customers and are not very knowledgeable about the cars. So far, I am not impressed.

Made car buying a pleasure! Kudos to Jeff Blackwood and Tan Tran on a perfect car buying process. I connected with Tan Tran via email, he was extremely patient and helpful over a few days of questions. I was able to test drive the car one day - very simple process. The manger Jeff, and Tan gave me very open and honest quotes. Both of them genuinely wanted to help me and made sure I was comfortable with the process. I hadn't made a decision so I didn't purchase the car that day. I never felt pressured. When I decided to buy the car Tan coordinated everything electronically. From the time I arrived to pick up the car to when I was driving off the lot was less than 30 minutes. I love my new car, thank you for making the process easy!

Yesterday we contacted this dealership via their i...

Yesterday we contacted this dealership via their inventory web site and inquired about availability of a particular used car. We were shortly contacted back by a salesman named Gary, he checked and assured us the vehicle was still available. We talked about our trade and gave him the information he requested. We let him know we were very interested and could be in Beaverton as early as the next day. At no time was it suggested we make a deposit to hold the vehicle or we would have.

The next morning after not hearing back from him we got another email from a different salesman telling us Gary was not longer working there. At no time did this salesman indicate any issues with proceeding with the transaction. The dealership had offered us less than we wanted for our trade but did not indicate that they wouldn t adjust that number. Later, again via email the new salesman notified us the car we wanted and had decided to buy regardless had been sold while we were negotiating on it. I called directly at that point and got no satisfaction from the salesman or the sales manager. Pretty much too bad for us was their response.

We were in good faith negotiating with this dealership and they sold the car right from under us. This is the definition of BAD BUISNESS PRACTICES. I would highly recommend reading all the negative reviews about this dealership and reconsider doing any kind of business with them. I have purchased many cars and NEVER have I had anything close to this experience. BUYER BEWARE bad dealership ethics.

Audi Beaverton run an advertisement in February 2016 stating it gives Nike employee 6% off MSRP for a list of models. But when I went there for the model included in the list, they denied by saying that advertise is for previous year make. Now is end of February 2016, two months into year 2016, Audi Beaverton run advertisement for 2015 make models? Such liar, cheater! How can customers trust them and do business with them?

If Audi Beaverton wants customers, shows your sincerity and honest first, not fool and trick your customer!

After a long and exhausting search for the right vehicle, I strangely found the truck I wanted at Audi Beaverton. I typically despise dealerships and the whole experience, haggle, manager meetings etc...associated with purchasing a car. I went in after emailing the dealership and was introduced to Doug.

I was immediately impressed with his candidness and honesty. Although my truck was in for servicing and not on the lot (would have been nice to know to avoid a long commute, but no fault of his), I made a deposit so he could hold it for me. Throughout the wait time, Doug kept me informed of progress and expected return time. When it was ready, he called me and I drove back to the dealership. Upon arriving, EVERYTHING was already in place and ready for signatures. The process was incredibly short and painless, and I even had my kids with me! All in all, Doug has been the best salesperson I have worked with. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, nice AND has a sense of humor. I was blown away by this dealership, and would not hesitate to return there in the future.

I worked with Alex Santana for my financing. Like Doug, he was honest, to the point and immediately prepared. There was no upselling, waiting, or BS associated with the process. He was great to meet, and even entertained my family with some stories about the building while I was signing paperwork. I would happily work with Alex again for financing needs!

Bottom line, Audi of Beaverton has my highest recommendation! If you decide to go there for anything, work with Doug and Alex!

Romney Papesh at Sunset Audi has an amazing ability with customer service. Romney took the time to email me parts diagrams and actual parts photo's that he took for me. It took multiple phone calls and a significant amount of time to pin down what I needed. I haven't dealt with a parts person with such amazing knowledge as well as amazing patience and care. Loree has helped me on many occasions as well, and always delivers A#1 service and help. The team of Romney and Loree are absolutely unbeatable. My favorite parts supplier.

BEWARE!!! As a member of a 127 local Audi owner gr...

BEWARE!!! As a member of a 127 local Audi owner group, I (we) can verify that this dealership is not to be trusted. Infinite documented experiences out there, including my personal experience, that would clearly demonstrate that this dealership is not honest and takes advantage of customers. They will pressure you into higher dollar repairs than necessary, and when approached about it, they will attempt to bully and intimidate you (specifically the VP of Operations, Peter Young) in an attempt to try and silence you. Here is a photo of a clutch pack out of my personal Audi S6. If you look at the disc at the top, there is not a single pad left on it, it is completely bad. Yet their FOREMAN told me there was no way it was clutch packs, and swiftly quoted me a $15,000 transmission replacement, despite the transmission itself operating perfectly up, down and into reverse. My car was repaired locally for less than $4,000 by simply replacing the worn clutch packs inside the transmission. This dealership almost caused me an $11,000 loss. They are now too proud to admit the foreman is wrong, and as I stated earlier, their VP of Operations attempted to bully and intimidate me into silence. My service advisor cut communication and did not reply as soon as I voiced a concern. I called and asked to speak with a manager, and never received a call back. I contacted Audi of America to voice my concern, as each Audi dealership is independently owned, to which I received an email directly from Audi Beaverton (Peter Young) bullying me. I am currently waiting for a response from the General Manager, Frank Geary to see if they choose to make my personal situation right.

We had the pleasure of working with Shane Randall at the Audi Beaverton location, and I can't express what a wonderful experience it was. No games, no annoying haggling - just an honest, easy transaction with amazing professionalism. We drove all the way from Seattle because Shane was so accomodating - and it was worth it! I had reached out to this Audi dealership on a weekend evening not expecting a response right away, and despite that we received a prompt response with easy communication. Even after our purchase when we had questions, Shane was still quick to respond and offer us assistance. I can not recommend this guy enough! Go see Shane Randall :) We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience.

Audi Beaverton is everything you could hope for in a car dealership. Mike Martin and the entire team I dealt with were courteous, knowledgable, honest and professional. After my experiences at certain other places in town *cough* Kuni Lexus *cough* I had thought those qualities were too much to expect but Audi Beaverton happily proved me wrong. Mike put in the time, answered questions honestly, knew the product and in the end found me the exact right car at a fair price. They treated me right and have earned themselves a customer forever.

zach and kharmin both were great....very informative and took me through the options and trims...and then followed up great low pressure emails that were great compared to pushy sales calls from the other dealerships in town. unfortunately we ended up getting a more practical family car but loved the experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I'm not easy to please, and I wasn't happy that my brand new E-tron (purchased at another Audi dealership) needed repairs after only 150 miles.

But, Dustin Close and Audi Beaverton did everything that they could to make it easy to get the car repaired and back on the road.
Communication was great and when I got the car back, it appeared clean and in great shape.

Brought my car in for some much needed service on ...

Brought my car in for some much needed service on some recalls. My license expired right when I needed a service. Due to the pandemic I haven't been able to renew it since the DMV has been closed. When I brought out my car for service I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get it serviced since they didn't keep certain parts on hand due to the fact that they had to be special orders. I drove home since I couldn't snag a loaner car. Dustin did some research for me and we were able to figure out how to get a loner to our family legally. They even picked up my car and dropped a loner at my house since I initially came all the way out there.

Long story short- I was very impressed with the amount of detail that went into their customer service. Dustin was very informative even though he had just returned to work due to the pandemic. The information was easy to understand and I would highly recommend service to anyone interested in servicing their vehicle here.

Side note.. If you are just getting general service done on your vehicle here they do a great job, but it isn't cheap. It makes sense. They're using state of the art equipment and certified techs.

I explained my problem, came in and test drove the options, and was underway with a deal that afternoon! Great car, great service, and I would definitely use them again. My Q7 is an impressive automobile, and a fantastic upgrade from my beloved Allroad!

An unbelievable experience!

I drove a used BMW M3 where at one point, admittedly I did drive the car hard but was safe and well within my abilities. The sales person, Chuck, then proceeded to threaten me with violence and attempted to provoke me into fighting him inftont of the dealership and in the office. After demanding to speak with a manager, he blocked me from leaving the used car office and told me that I was not aloud to speak with the manager and that he would "knock me on my ass."

After getting passed the irrational sales person I walked across their lot to the the other building to speak to the manager. The whole way over to the main building he continued to threaten me and patronized me for being a veteran.

Before I had a chance to speak with the sales manager he forced his way into the office and slammed the door to keep me from speaking with him. After finally speaking with the manager he said he would "deal with the issue." And seemed to be very in un-interested in resolving the problem.

A police report was filed. I never intend on returning to this dealership and STRONGLY discourage any one who is concerned for their safety or has any hope of enjoying the experience of buying a high end vehicle to visit this dealership.

Alex Reath is a credit to Sunset Audi. As a life long car guy it drives me crazy when I visit a dealership and I know more about the product than the salesperson. His depth of knowledge, passion for cars and his ability to convey the nuances that he knows will matter to me have put two Audi's in our driveway. In addition, he is professional, polite and always follows through. I look forward to the new S4 arriving so I can upgrade mine. As my other half likes to tease me - the new car scent is starting to fade! I will definitely be back and look forward to working with Alex.

I ve been meaning to write a review for awhile. We LOVE Audi of Beaverton! My husband and I purchased our Q5 here 2 years ago and we LOVE the service we ve gotten for the past 2 years. James did an amazing job with the sale of our car. Anytime we need anything big or small Aimee takes such great care of us in the service department. We LOVE Aimee!!! She always treats us promptly and professionally! What I really value is the partnership I feel with Aimee in making sure we get the most out of our purchase. She takes any recommendations very seriously and explains everything to make sure we fully understand. You can tell she really cares about you and your car! Every staff member I ve talked to at Audi has always handled our car with car and respect. We will be happy to continue to bring our business here year after year!

Just completed a deal last week for a new 2015 Audi A3. Truly, I have never had a smoother experience at ANY auto dealership-ever! I was able to negotiate with Ryan Crooks online and when we agreed on the numbers, I arrived at the dealership and learned that everything was EXACTLY as we had agreed. Simply signed the papers and I was gone. It was quick, it was professional, and it was much-appreciated! Thank you Ryan and Sunset Audi. And more importantly, the A3 is awesome!

From beginning to end, Tony Yan made my car shopping experience so enjoyable and as painless as possible. We never felt pressured or manipulated throughout the buying process, Tony was very straightforward with us and directed us to several options based on what we were looking for.

My salesman Shane did an exceptional job throughout the whole process, he was very friendly and knowledgeable of his product. Everything went very smoothly, and I am very thankful to the whole crew.

First, I want to start by saying this dealership over prices all the cars. 2019 Q5 Premium plus used car certified 4k miles driven 44500. Same specification same model car 3k miles driven at Buick Dealership was for 38500. Only difference at Audi dealership was that their car was certified, certification doesnt make any difference for low milage cars with still under factory warranty (6000 PRICE DIFFERENCE). Then I called Buick dealership and fixed my appoint for today for test drive 38500 Audi Q5. Audi Beaverton then had newly posted used 2020 Q5 premium plus in its inventory for 44000. So I thought before going to Buick I would test drive this newer model and try to negotiate best deal.
Upon arrival I was greeted nicely by ERNESTO (Salesman). I test drove that car.
Over the phone I spoke to RUDE AND ARROGANT salesman PATRICK CURB. I was pretty sure that I dont want to deal with Patrick when I arrive. I could see Patrick hearing my conversation with Ernesto. Patrick couldn't stay in his chair longer and interferes by giving Ernesto copy of my email conversation with him.
My offer to Ernesto was 11500 for my car (trade in), fair price according to kbb. And my offer was 42000 for 2020 used car (with room for negotiation), 2.7 percent interest (credit score 798). At this point Patrick comes to me with the offer( i didnt want to deal with him) 44000, 4.7% interest and 8500 for my vehicle. Funny offer!!!! Lol. My credit score is 798.
Upon leaving PATRICK tells me this, "offer was off the moment you walked into that door". This salesman should be fired. No respect for customers.
Today I am proud owner of Audi Q5 (Buick Dealership) 2019 Q5 premium plus model 38500, 2.79% interest, 11300 for my car. I was very satisfied with my experience at Buick Dealership. Wow!!!

Clint was very rude and lazy. If i could leave o stars I would. Emailed about a lexus and he messaged me a price 500 off when dealers normally mark up used cars between 3 and 5k dollars without even answering any of my questiones in the first email. Emailed again asking what blue book was and if he could send me pictures and a carfax report verifying low miles instead got emailed back a new price 500 higher than the price offered initialy no pictures told wait they should be up in a day or 2 no blue book told blue book is innacurate on this type of car no car fax to verify odomoter has not been rolled back there not willing to assist to delever the car as I cannot drive 2 cars offered to refer me to a trucking company but no name no number of it. No info whatsoever even though not dropping price a penny
instead raising price and offering a lame story about how blue book does not accurately describe the value of a low mileage car. KBB adds over 4k dollars to a 11 year old car for miles. Wow this guy needs some lessons in manners and listening to what the customer is asking for or a customer service class or something. Would definitly recommend you not buy a used car from Clint of audi beaverton this guy should not be working in the customer service industry. Salesman is a complete lazy rude typical sleezy salesman wants to make over 5k dollars profit off one car without lifting a finger. Now I remember why you never buy a used car!!! Horible customer service dealer rep wants to make over kbb wich is what dealers use to already scam u and is the highest book out there. nada is what they use to take your car in on trade in for nothing then Kbb to sell at an outrageous price and this guy even wants more than K B B . Good luck Clint in ripping some other customer off I was actually willing to pay full overpriced Kelly blue book but that is not enough for your greedy lazy self. Will pass on your nasty attitude and go buy a new car where I will be treated with respect and will get a good interest rate and not be charged more than the highest blue book without any documentation or pictures because I am too lazy to take my phone spend 5 to 10 minutes and text over a couple pictures and a carfax report to verify the odometer has not been rolled back since after 10 years the automobile is exempt from mileage so no guarantee low mileage is even real. Wow cannot believe you have a job you must be the owners kid or managers best friend because in my day you would be fired for being a sleezy lazy typical car salesman the reason why people hate buying cars for good reason. I normally do not like to buy parts directly from dealerships because of the service I normally get at the parts counter but I was very pleasantly surprised by Sunset Audi. I have been dealing with Romney Papesh and he has been just amazing. I have an Audi S4 Avant and Romeny has done a great job getting me the parts I need.

I just replaced my 150,000 miles MDX with the new Q5 White Diesel. Wow, was all I can say after my Sunset Imports Audi salesman, James Fitzpatrick, told me this was the car for me. I ve owned the Explorer, Durango, MDX, and now the Q5. I m not a car guy, I just want to get in and turn the key and it works. Now though, I have to press a button!
I ve interfaced with multiple salespeople at Sunset Imports over the past year. My wife almost bought an Audi a year ago from Sunset Imports with another salesman but instead switched to the Jaguar with a V8 and a great price out of Seattle. The Seattle people abused her credit rating, continual buying support hassles, and no maintenance support. In my opinion, staying local and getting a fair price is better than saving a little upfront and then dealing with all the issues of no local support.
I recommend buying an Audi from the professional sales people at Sunset Imports. I ve seen nothing but professionalism from their organization over the past year. Whether we used them to buy a car or not! We will see how the Q5 car holds up.

Strange interaction with this organization. Emailed re a used vehicle for sale last week. Sales guy Clint called me on Saturday and we chatted about the vehicle. I told him I thought the vehicle was a little too highly priced - thought it should be under $60k, but would think about it. It's been for sale for months according to the Carfax report. Clint emailed later that same day and told me the vehicle had been sold for the advertised price. You can imagine my surprise when I saw it 're-advertised' the next day at a reduced price of < $60k. I am actually very interested in the vehicle and would probably purchase it as it's in the right price range now and it looks like what I am after. Perhaps they have a glitch in their website and aolauto feed. Or perhaps Clint doesn't want me as a customer. I suspect the latter.

Heather at Beaverton Audi was an excellent partner and helped us buy our dream Q7. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me (we are from out of town) going over features and discussing options, pros & cons and giving me detailed information. I immediately connected with her honest and straight forward approach. She knows her stuff and helps navigate through the somewhat complicated task of buying a car from afar. She was wonderful in person as well, her calm demeanor was so pleasant and refreshing on what could have been an extremely stressful day (over a 100 degrees, cranky baby in tow, and a 8 hr round trip drive). Appreciated her making time for us last minute and adjusting her schedule when we needed. I highly recommend working with Heather at Beaverton Audi. She will take care of you.

Expensive but worth for the service. One thing I d say for you guys to be more professional is committing to what you told the customer from the first place. There could be change orders or price adjustment but it must be clear out in details.

Anyway, Audi Beaverton is better than Audi Wilsonville. Even though it is expensive for maintenance and parts but it s an Audi. You drive a German car, you know it!

Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. They made it really easy to complete the transaction and made me feel like a valued customer. I have had one servicing so far and that went really well. They give you a loaner car when you bring your car in for servicing. They offer good freshly brewed coffee in the lounge.

After driving a number of cars, I had narrowed down my choice to the Audi Allroad or BMW Sportwagon, but I was having a hard time finding either car with the options/color combinations that I was looking for. Patrick Curb at Sunset Audi kept has eyes out for the right car, and, after a couple of worthy tries, found a slightly used 2014 that had everything I was looking for. So I got the car I wanted and saved some money in the bargain. Patrick and Sunset Audi went the extra mile for me in a way that Kuni and Portland BMW did not. And I love the Allroad; it is a great combination of luxury, sportiness and utility. Not to mention that it is gorgeous.

Best car-buying experience I've ever had. I appreciated Shane's efforts to answer all of my questions and ensure that I was satisfied with my car. He answered all of my questions very quickly and completely. I was able to complete my deal without any hassles, and I was satisfied with the price I was given for my trade-in. All in all, a great experience!

Will never return to this dealership or Service De...

Will never return to this dealership or Service Dept. Was told I needed $2000+ in repair work before their technicians could conduct an "Oil Consumption Test" on my vehicle. I was told I had several oil leaks, and "oil was spilling out of everywhere". Quoted over $1000 for oil pan reseal. Had my engine professionally cleaned, and tested 2 days later - results from test showed NO LEAKS whatsoever.

Then, took my same vehicle to Audi Wilsonville. They not only completed the test, but also performed the first repair for vehicles suffering from a common consumption oil issue. No questions at all. Awesome service from everyone at their dealership. Couldn't believe the difference in how I was treated at Sunset compared to Wilsonville.

No wonder one dealership has received Audi's Magna Elite award, and the other has probably never heard of it.

Will literally have my car towed to Wilsonville for repairs rather than ever drop my car off at Sunset Audi again.

Audi Beaverton is by far the BEST Audi dealership. Audi Wilsonville is a dealership we have used in the past. The customer service was either non-existent or average. However, customer service in Beaverton is just fantastic. Shane is the salesman we have worked with at Audi Beaverton, and he has gone above and beyond every single time. Everyone at this location is very professional and genuinely want to help you. We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you Shane for being so amazing!

I can t say anything bad about the service department, they were very nice and did the work that had to be done fast! But 4 months prior I had been to the dealership and no one approached me and it made me feel unwelcome.

Update: I had a oil light turn on and I called the dealership 3 times and, every time I called my advisor (Chris) has been busy and now it s been 2.5 weeks since I called and never got a call back from the service center, dealership nor my advisor. I was happy in my second experience with the dealership but now I m back at square one. I personally wouldn t recommend going there for service or anything else until they can prove to me that they care about their customers.

Over the past two weeks, the General and Sales Manager have bent over backwards to work with me on managing a sale and a purchase of my vehicle. Let's put it this way. . . when I moved from Portland to Salem I never stopped going to Audi of Beaverton even though I drive right past the Wilsonville location on my way there. Nothing at all against Wilsonville but the service level that I have received from Aimee Konkolewski throughout the years is well worth the extra drive! She is always so attentive to the details and so helpful with getting my services set up. She makes everything so easy and is so enjoyable to work with. If you have an Audi and you are not working with Aimee at the Beaverton Service Department, you are missing out!

I could not have been happier with the service I received recently on my mature Audi Cabriolet. While it's a stately 20 years old--the top had stopped functioning, it wouldn't retract, so not such a fun car. A convertible that doesn't convert is kind of sad. The estimate with new parts was $4500 (since Audi wouldn't supply just the necessary part, but a kit), probably as much as the car was worth. Sunset did (for a price of course) diagnose the specific problem.

With this information, I was able to buy a used hydraulic pump on the internet and they agreed to install it for me. I was thrilled to have it working again. Though I didn't end up spending a lot, everyone with whom I interacted at the dealership was helpful and gracious especially my service adviser Larry Laing. They sent a driver to pick me up to retrieve the car and had it washed. The labor was 2/3 the estimate and I had a coupon so it was great. I will definitely go back for future service visits.
