First, I want to start by saying this dealership over prices all the cars. 2019 Q5 Premium plus used car certified 4k miles driven 44500. Same specification same model car 3k miles driven at Buick Dealership was for 38500. Only difference at Audi dealership was that their car was certified, certification doesnt make any difference for low milage cars with still under factory warranty (6000 PRICE DIFFERENCE). Then I called Buick dealership and fixed my appoint for today for test drive 38500 Audi Q5. Audi Beaverton then had newly posted used 2020 Q5 premium plus in its inventory for 44000. So I thought before going to Buick I would test drive this newer model and try to negotiate best deal.
Upon arrival I was greeted nicely by ERNESTO (Salesman). I test drove that car.
Over the phone I spoke to RUDE AND ARROGANT salesman PATRICK CURB. I was pretty sure that I dont want to deal with Patrick when I arrive. I could see Patrick hearing my conversation with Ernesto. Patrick couldn't stay in his chair longer and interferes by giving Ernesto copy of my email conversation with him.
My offer to Ernesto was 11500 for my car (trade in), fair price according to kbb. And my offer was 42000 for 2020 used car (with room for negotiation), 2.7 percent interest (credit score 798). At this point Patrick comes to me with the offer( i didnt want to deal with him) 44000, 4.7% interest and 8500 for my vehicle. Funny offer!!!! Lol. My credit score is 798.
Upon leaving PATRICK tells me this, "offer was off the moment you walked into that door". This salesman should be fired. No respect for customers.
Today I am proud owner of Audi Q5 (Buick Dealership) 2019 Q5 premium plus model 38500, 2.79% interest, 11300 for my car. I was very satisfied with my experience at Buick Dealership. Wow!!!
I will make sure to reach out to executive team of Audi Beaverton and tell them about my customer experience
