I have worked here for 3 years and have always had a great experience. I have young kids so the flexibility is perfect for me. I feel they value my professional experience. VERONICA BAEZ had a letter sent to me signed by everyone in the office when I had my baby last year and I hadn't even been working that much. I felt cared for. I will continue working here for years to come especially thanks to Veronica!

I have nothing negative to say about this company. Common! There will always be someone that has something negative to share about any company. However, my experience with them has been great so far. Great and courteous people!

Worst service that you can get. Employees are not professional. I had terrible experience with Tetiana MacLean. For my father's SPEECH therapy, she showed up 30 min late (the whole therapy takes 60 minutes). She didn't even apologize, she just smiled and said something about traffic. She was very rude!!! Do not use them!!!

The worst company ever. Terrible communication. Poor HR and clueless Management. There are much better Interpretation and translation companies that really appreciate their professionals, treat and pay them accordingly. I hope they can re-evaluate their performance and become good leaders instead of bossy bosses. I am very disappointed

A complete waste of time with this place! I took four busses to get there from where I live and I meet up with someone name KRISTEN SPENCER who contacted me to come in for an interview for the Call Center Coordinator position. To make a long story short, unfortunately I received a rejection letter saying my credentials of other candidates may better fit our needs at this time. Didn't you happen to view my skills when you first viewed my resume? Honestly I think it's BS. I'm glad anyway because at least I won't be traveling to this never never land place that nobody can find. I'm just pissed off that I wasted my car fare to get up to this place only to get rejected. Schrew this place!

I applied for a position with this company! HR responded to me and set up a phone interview huge waste of time. At the end of the call they state your not a fit because of your experience why would you even take the interview if that was the case! That makes no sense and makes the company look like they don t do their research on the applicant before interviewing them very disappointed in this company!

If I could give them -20 stars I would! Ii worked for this company for five years. In the beginning it was great but then the owner decided to go corporate and things started falling apart! If you work for this company they want you to be an and emotionless robot. You were not allowed to express any kind of feelings about anything you can t express how you feel about how things are going they want you to sit there and shut up. For a company that claims it s diversity it really is not all that it s cracked up to be. The turnover in the call center is very high. Wonder why that is??? Nepotism is very rampant. The interpreters they hire, most of them have left. Why because they want them to work for absolutely nothing. Well I guess you get what you pay for because a lot of companies have also left to go to other better interpreter and companies. And believe me there are a lot of other better interpreting companies! That actually care about their employees you see if you care about your employees you ll get more out of them the language services doesn t understand that. So good luck to anyone who wants to work there but I would think twice about it.
