Romney Papesh at Sunset Audi has an amazing ability with customer service. Romney took the time to email me parts diagrams and actual parts photo's that he took for me. It took multiple phone calls and a significant amount of time to pin down what I needed. I haven't dealt with a parts person with such amazing knowledge as well as amazing patience and care.
