The following review is in regards to the Sunset Audi Service Department. I have had nothing but trouble and hassle with the Sunset Audi Service Department at every interaction and every occasion. Scheduling and appointment availability is limited. They are also extremely booked in regards to loaner car availability. They do however have a shuttle service available, and their drivers are courteous and friendly. This is the only positive thing I can say about Sunset.

I brought my car in knowing exactly what service and testing I wanted performed. The service writer was rude, not helpful, didn t seem well-versed in Audi and was not in any way attentive or responsive to my specific requests. He seemed inconvenienced during phone and in-person interactions, like I was wasting his time. Reports he said I would receive were not delivered. To make a long story short, when I returned again for a specific test I wanted performed, I was told my car was out of warranty by 1000 miles and I would need to pay for this. The bill would have been at least $1800. This was one of the items I had asked for multiple times 7 months prior when I was well under my mileage warranty. My iPhone charger was also stolen out of the vehicle during its stay with Sunset and they insisted that their employees don t take things and I must have removed it. I have since started going to Wilsonville Audi where I am treated like a valued customer what a concept! Not only will Sunset not get my future service biz, I ll steer clear when I m in the market for a new Audi.

Took in my car for service - after 3 days, they returned it - nothing was fixed. They recommended service that was out of pocket and unnecessary. Took the car to Audi Wilsonville, and they fixed all the issues in half a day, with a better loaner and all under warranty! Skip this place and head over to Wilsonvile.

Hands down, the best car-buying experience that we ve ever had, and we ve purchased a lot of cars over the years. I would definitely recommend Audi Beaverton.

After reviewing inventory online, we had inquired on one of their vehicles. Our inquiry was answered by David, he was responsive and transparent.

We agreed to come-in and see the vehicle in-person. When we arrived, David greeted us, but had another customer show-up early so he paired us up with Zara.

Zara was great. She took us on our test-drive, while their buyer was appraising our trade. She was informative, great with our kiddo, and just a no-pressure feeling.

Upon returning from our test-drive, we had an offer in-hand, including our trade value within minutes. No games, no back and fourth. My partner and I had agreed on what we wanted before we arrived. Their initial offer was incredibly fair, my partner and I looked at each other and said done. There was no negotiation; I ve never not had to negotiate my trade up, or negotiate the purchase price down. My partner and I were sort-of shocked. Not only was the offer great, they had thrown in an Audi incentive for being a cash deal.

David came around and congratulated us on our new car. We signed our paperwork, moved our belongings, and were on our way.

Our bank isn t open on weekends, so the following day we got a certified check from our bank and went back to the dealership to drop-off the check and the second set of keys for our trade that we had forgot.

Zara greeted us with a miniature Audi toy version of the car we purchased for our kiddo. It was green, Zara had remembered our kiddo liked the green car on their showroom room.

She didn t have to do that, but she did.

It s been three weeks since our purchase, and we re still sort-of in shock with how smooth of a transaction this was, the deal we got, and the way we were treated.

Customer service got way better after my case was handed to Amy from the first employee. It was not a good experience initially because I had to make a second trip back to show the manager exactly how and when the problem would occur. After the case was handed over to Amy, she called me up for details of the problem and to make sure that it has been fixed. Amy was very knowledgeable and friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here with an exploded oil tank with my car under full bumper to bumper Audi factory warranty and a CLEAN TITLE and they refused to work on my car at all, wouldn t even give me an oil change or clean up the exploded oil because my car had been in a minor accident and had to have paint work done. I had to drive back to Utah the next day and they knew this and just told me it shouldn t set on fire !!! Absolutely disgusting treatment. Definitely will be pressing charges.

Had the yearly/10,000 mile service on my 2019 Audi e-tron, as well as three service campaigns that were primarily software updates. Excellent work, completed on-time, contact-free, nice loaner car. No glitches. Web searches show that many Audi dealers don't have a well-qualified e-tron service department, but Audi Beaverton has an excellent one.

He spent lots of time with us driving any models we were interested in and respected that we wanted to also drive another make of car before buying. When we were ready he was responsive and helpful.

I experienced a mix with this dealership, my salesman was very relaxed and not pushy. However was lied to about some important things that would have weighed heavily on my decision.

They told me that I would be able to refinance my car after my credit score increased, what they failed to mention was that my car was already too old to refinance.

Second, my parents were more than willing to cosign on the car. They don't live here in oregon and the salesman said they could not cosign since they were not physically there. Which I have found out is entirety not true.

I am very happy with my vehicle but I don't recommend them simply for the above reasons, straight up lying to potential customers is not good for business. I would never do that to any of my customers. I'm in sales myself. If you use this company to purchase a used car don't believe everything they tell you.

Definitely part of the misogynistic auto industry here. I was not greeted or attended to in any fashion. After 20 minutes of this, I left. It is incredulous to me that someone with money and intention to buy would be ignored in this manner. Utterly disgusted by my experience here this afternoon. The Kuni dealership down the road was pretty much the antithesis to this place. I wanted the 2015 A3 on the lot but I will either not buy an Audi at all or buy elsewhere.

I didn t feel the premium dealership experience vibe that I was valued.
Gentlemen at the front desk was sitting back on his phone, and didn t bother to greet me properly and point me where to go, or walk me to my destination. The gentlemen just stated In the back left corner sales office whatever that means when you ve only been here once prior before..

Very helpful when it comes to getting the right parts and the prices are very reasonable, so much so that I would rather get my parts from him and have it shipped across the country to Boston than to get it from somewhere closer.

Most importantly, they have a fantastic approach to the car sales business.

I picked up my Audi S4 from Ryan Crooks at Sunset Audi on Wednesday November 6th. Ryan was very easy to work with and Sunset had the car ready to pick up when I arrived at the dealership. I inquired about Audi's with Ryan about 2 years ago to see what fit and when it was time to purchase one I gave him a call. He took the time to answer any and all questions that I had and made sure I had all the information needed when making my purchase. Thanks for a quick and painless car purchase experience. I live in CT and there are not many places around here that sell OEM parts for a decent price. After dealing exclusively with Sunset Porsche for a couple of years, I decided to give Sunset Audi a try when I purchased a used A4. Romney Papesh has always answered my emails very quickly and he is very helpful for finding random parts that disintegrate on this car. When I was in the middle of doing a timing belt job on my A4, I continued to find things that were broken or about to break. I submitted over four orders to Romney and he had a very quick response time; he also shipped the parts out as fast as they came in. Everything was packaged extremely well. In general, their out-of-state prices are unbelievably cheap in comparison to places like ECS. I will always deal exclusively with them and especially Romney for my Audi parts!

At least two hour process, then someone from the back came out and told me the car had already been sold. I was in disbelief, did not know what to say. Sunset Porsche is a gem among luxury car dealerships. I just purchased a 2013 Cayenne 3 months after leasing a 2012 Panamera 4.
Nick Roseta once again demonstrated his refined skill by greeting and listening to a person initially looking to purchase a 7 passenger non-Porsche vehicle, and have him purchase a 5 passenger Porsche Cayenne. Nick knows his cars. He listens to what you want, and efficiently guides you to a vehicle that is a great fit. Additionally, Nick was able to objectively compare/contrast other similar luxury vehicle brands, which no other luxury brand dealer was able or willing to do. Nick keeps in contact via phone and email, and is very thorough in his efforts to obtain the vehicle you are looking for. Nick is the ideal face for Sunset Porsche Audi and inspires confidence and trustworthiness to the Sunset Brand.
But the showroom floor is only one aspect of the experience.
Polly Swafford in finance is the true hero at Sunset Porsche. Her warm smile and inviting attitude makes the process of signing away the cost of your vehicle a relatively painless experience. More importantly, Polly s level of organization makes for a quick, yet very transparent process. Polly knows her business, is very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help you to get the most of what Sunset Porsche offers their customers.
Nick and Polly are two examples of the exemplary experience Sunset Porsche offers their customers. I ll be sure to provide a review of the Service department once my vehicle is due for maintenance.

Aside from dealership service in general being rid...

Aside from dealership service in general being ridiculously priced, they also tried telling me I needed a new battery and reprogramming for $339, saying "I don't know how many starts you have left." Thankfully I messaged my local mechanic and he told me a battery was $135 from him and he would put it in for me no charge. To top it off, I had my battery tested and it is fine. Avoid this place for service. Wilsonville has better reviews, maybe they are honest.

Not a great purchase or follow up experience.

We went to buy an A3 and were told nobody was available.

We saw lots of people not doing much so eventually my wife got tired of waiting and went to find someone. They found a salesman who was decent and we struck a deal. It took THREE HOURS to get the paperwork done.

I got home and tried to get my XM to work, but it was not displaying the XM code on the radio.

I called Sunset Audi and talked to a few people in sales and service and eventually told that it was my problem and they did not know how to fix it.

A few days later I took my A3 to a local Audi shop and the owner said no problem and got me the XM code for my radio in a few minutes.

Sunset Audi could have easily gotten me the code (this is what they do for a living) but nobody cared once they got my $$. I will not be going back to Sunset Audi.

UPDATE:

My experience with Sunset Audi actually got worse.

After a day or two I realized (after a $65 ticket) that they did not give me a trip permit.

We could not get plates on the spot, as we wanted bike plates.

Two weeks later we went in to pick up our plates.

Guess what. THEY WERE THE WRONG PLATES.

As we are pretty tired of dealing with their screw ups, my wife emailed the general manager to see if they could just mail us the correct plates.

6 days later we have not heard back from anyone.

I guess I should have expected this based on their previous service.

At least there is nothing left for them to screw up.

I had an amazing experience. I contact the Beaverton Audi by web inquiring about their eTron SUV stock and was connected with Kari Law. We live in Eugene and were up in the area because of our anniversary. She was on top of her information all weekend. After my offer was accepted I showed up at 9am Sunday and she took the lead on everything. The car was charged and detailed out and I was on my way by lunch time. Kari was a great salesperson and I love my new Prestige eTron. I even brought her flowers for her desk so she would know how much I appreciated her. Thank you!!!

Treated poorly. Sold me a factory replacement stereo for my Q5 and now refuse to provide the anti theft procedure to make it function in my car. They cite "company policy". If I had been aware that they had a company policy against completing the transaction so the part I purchased from them would actually function I would have spent my money elsewhere.

I was so impressed by my whole experience at Audi - start to finish! Alex took me on my first test drive of a 2015 Q5 and was so professional and informative, it really set the tone working together. I came back for a few more test drives and again, Alex was great about making appointments with me, assessing my needs and helping me find the *perfect* car. I absolutely love it! Even after a few weeks of owning the Q5, I had some questions about setting up the stereo/music/voice commands and Alex came out to my office and spent a half an hour helping me with all the settings! That's amazing customer service! Without a doubt, I recommend you buy your car from Sunset Audi.

I found a used Volvo V70 XC SE online through cargurus and placed an inquiry. Within a couple hours Clint replied asking if he could help with any questions. I asked him to document the timing belt replacement and within a few minutes there it was in my inbox. Then I asked to see the 125 point safety inspection. Again, within minutes there it was in my inbox. I found out later that this was Clint's day off and he was using his phone to retrieve the items I was requesting. (That's dedication to customer service!) At this point I'm convinced that this is a dealership committed to quality so I traveled from N. Idaho to Beaverton to meet with Clint. The car was very nice, low miles and a great price so I made the deal. Again, very efficient and pleasant people to deal with. I then drove the car across town to visit my son and noticed steam or smoke coming from the engine compartment so I phoned Clint. He told me to bring the car back so they could fix it. I brought the car back and the mechanics found a small leak in the radiator. They needed to keep it overnight while a new radiator was delivered, so they fixed me up with a loaner to drive while they were changing out the radiator. The next day the car was ready to go so I picked it up (they not only fixed the problem, but they detailed the car again)! The car performed beautifully on the drive home and got two MPG better than advertised. I'm so happy with this team of high quality professionals that I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience, they set the bar high!

Sunset Audi Portland (Eastside Service) has been taking care of all my Audi s, since they opened. I finally traded my 2006 A4 with 305,000 miles on it and I loved driving it the whole time. The team at Sunset really makes you feel like family and takes care of you and your car. I purchased the factory service manual for my newer A4 and it is about 2000 pages long, so I appreciate how complex some of the systems are. It s nice that the team takes care of what they are asked and always checks to see if there is something else that needs attention. The people have changed over time but the management, service writers and mechanics have maintained a consistently high level of excellence. Thanks to the Sunset team.

I have always been calm with Beaverton Audi in the past because there are only two options in the Portland area, but at this point I will drive to Seattle to get service for our car if I have to.
The service department used to at least pretend they cared, even if they seemed incompetent. I'm not sure what happened, but now it's clear they don't even care. We took the car in for its 45,000 mile service, and added a note that it had also been making a grinding noise after it is started when cold. We talked about that when dropping it off, but didn't even imagine I would have to remind them to do the service because it was how the appointment was scheduled online. When we were called to pick it up, we went in and found out they didn't do the service. You know what? I can forgive that. It's their own fault because their system is poor and they can't seem to get my phone number on the account so they had to transfer it from the appointment to our actual account. What I can't forgive is that it wasn't even ready when they said it was ready. They had it seven hours, all they can say they did to it was start it three times, and then it isn't even ready when we come in to pick it up (ignoring that the service hadn't been done). Also having to ignore the fact the car tells you it needs service when you turn it off, and that it had 44,871 miles on it and no one thought "maybe we should ask if they want the 45,000 mile service done to it?"
Fine. They offer to give it back or keep it until Monday to do the service, and we let them just keep it. We get a call at 3pm on Monday saying it's ready. Since it wasn't *actually* ready last time, we call back to say "well be there in an hour, will it actually be ready?" They respond that it is and will be. So, of course, it isn't ready when we go back in. They say 10-15 minutes it will be out of being washed. I don't even say anything at this point. They tell us to wait in their waiting area. 20 minutes later, I decide to go up and ask about it. "Oh yeah, it is ready, we'll pull it around." HOW LONG WAS IT READY? WHY ISN'T THIS INFORMATION YOU CHOSE TO SHARE WITH US? That's it. I'm done. I say something. The response? The equivalent of "not my fault, I'm not the advisor that was helping you."
After all that, the car has a new grinding noise on acceleration when we drive it home. You go to the dealer knowing they may charge more than a local mechanic would, but you hope that they are experts on your car and will do a better job. No business that is ran like this one is could possibly do even an acceptable job on anything, and our new noise is probably a reflection of that. Not sure what to do now, but I know taking it back to them isn't at the top of that list.

We had a great experience here and would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle in the future. They were able to help us meet our goal which was to trade in a vehicle we had half equity in and downsize to a used S4 that was in immaculate shape. The service we received was amazing and they made it happen and had a quality used vehicle. In the future when we are ready to upgrade our S4 or buy a different Audi, we will most definitely come back due to how great they worked with us. This trade was so crucial for us and they made it seamless for us and made it happen. Elias was our salesman and he was great and made things happen for us, and our finance closer Heather was great too. I highly recommend Sunset Audi and am super impressed with their used cars and the friendly service we got from the moment we walked in.

I was trying to source all the specific bolts and ...

I was trying to source all the specific bolts and nuts that needed to be changed while working on my cars suspension. I didn't know what the "Audi" part numbers were, but I described the exact bolts and nuts I needed to the parts guy at my local Audi dealer. I was pretty much told, they couldn't do anything for me without part numbers. I called up Sunset Audi and spoke with Alex Krieger. I explained to him what I was working on, and described what parts I needed. He was more than helpful! He went out of his way to compose a list of all the parts I needed, and listed them with the part numbers. When I had questions, he had answers. He even emailed me diagrams, showing where each part number went to make things a little easier to understand. I could've simply taken the list he gave me back to my local dealer and ordered the parts, but I didn't. I was so impressed with his level of customer service I opted to buy the parts from him, and have them shipped to me. I don't mind paying a little more for things, if the service is good! I highly recommend Sunset Audi.

I want to convey my deep appreciation for the superior customer service provided by Audi Beaverton. I live in Seattle and on a recent trip to Portland my 2012 Q5 experienced mechanical issues on a Saturday. Audi Beaverton took the car in for assessment and provided me a loaner. It was determined the mechanical issues were associated with a repair made under warranty. Options were conveyed for repairing the car or trading it in for new vehicle. The new vehicle route was selected and a 2018 Q5 was purchased. The whole process was handled professionally with attention to detail. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. Special recognition is deserved by Lucas Soltman, Chris Theriault, Heather Tiblier, and Brad Russell for their individual efforts. This is the 4th consecutive Audi I have purchased. Satisfaction with the product and the superior customer service make it easy to be brand loyal.

I love this dealership, and I always have good experiences when I go to Senset. Today I was minding my own business driving down Farmington and heard a pop from the engine compartment, a little bit of steam started coming out from under the hood I found myself mere blocks away and limped it over. Long story short, the parts department had the replacement hose on hand, and when I asked if it was ok to fix my car in their parking lot they had no issue and said it would be fine. I know some of that could seem normal but that is what I call good service.

Broke the head light switch today just after getting home from work, called sunset parts department and Mike helped me out over the phone to get the right part and had it ready for me after braving the crazy traffic from North Portland to Beaverton. These people are great!

I just bought a used 2007 VW Touareg earlier this week. The car had a small issue as soon as I drove it off the lot; the guy pressure washing the car got a little too close to the engine and got water in something that set off the check engine light.

I took it back immediately and they not only made sure that was fixed, but ended up doing some extra maintenance on the car even though it wasn't due for it. I've owned many VW's so I know them well and what kind of maintenance they need and when, so it was great they went above & beyond. They also gave me the print out from the service department of everything they had done on the car while it was on their lot.

Michael Wawrzyniak, the Sales Manager at the used car division, was awesome and made sure I was comfortable taking that car home. I LOVE the car, it was a terrific price and they totally took care of everything. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a great used vehicle.

Today was a final straw with SI, the Audi side I have heard good things and have experience awhile back myself, even though ended up purchasing a Porsche at the end, but the Porsche side is the worst, I had been warned of this before too. I have heard some so mad, they made the drive to Bend, Or (Carrera Motors) or all the way up to Seattle area (Barrier in Bellevue & Porsche of Tacoma) to make their purchases! But unfortunately they had the car I wanted and at the price I wanted at the time! But they ripped me off on my trade in then and tried to treat me similar again today when I was considering another trade in, but this time I learned my lesson and canceled the deal on a used 996 GT3. The same yahoo that has been their Sales Manager for awhile there now, has very limited knowledge of cars and does no research to support his offers, so if you have a trade in, do your personal research first! It all ended when this yahoo came back with an uneducated offer that basically was an outright insult because he knew nothing of the car and nothing of the upgrades that it had, so he made an assumption on his part with his limited knowledge! His figure was $10K off what he called "the market value", he knew nothing of what professional upgraded version of the car it was, they are rare and hard to find, maybe he was thinking of an average model in this line of vehicle but then never bother to look at the true market value thru research which would have made him aware of how off he really was and with this in mind, still didn't include the rareness and the overall upgraded value really was worth. They screwed me on my AMG I traded in but today overall was the final straw, it was the lack of respect as a former customer whom purchased a new vehicle from there that seemed to mean nothing to this certain individual. Of course it was followed up from a complaint to the General Manager of SI calling back and asking if I would reconsider the purchase, he would work with me and treat me as a valued customer which was proper and professional, but you figure someone whom has been with the company as long as this yahoo had, he might have picked up on his boss' professionalism instead of allowing him to try and pick up the pieces afterwards. Next time I will make the drive to Bend! Be a nice drive back anyways in another new Porsche! But the service dept there is top notch and seems to have the proper bearing on how to take care of the customer, so if you have any warranty repairs, go see the team of experts they have on board there!

I really can't say enough good things about Audi B...

I really can't say enough good things about Audi Beaverton. I had previously leased a couple of Q5's from a different Oregon dealership. My latest 2018 Q5 was a disaster. There were multiple problems with the car and after several months in the shop, I still had a brand new car with issues. I decided to switch dealerships and I contacted Audi USA and told them all about my problems. Long story short, Audi corporate took incredible care of me. They re-purchased my vehicle and gave me incentives to stay with Audi if I so decided. Kharmin Villa (in sales at Audi Beaverton) began helping me even before she had any idea that I might buy a car from her. She was supportive and helpful throughout the process. I ended up getting a 2019 SQ5 and I love it!! My whole experience with Audi Beaverton has been 5 star!! I will be a customer for a very long time.

AVOID - I've owned 6 Audis from 3 different dealer...

AVOID - I've owned 6 Audis from 3 different dealers. Sunset is abominable. First time I brought the car in with an appointment and they were "too busy" to accommodate my appointment. I rescheduled and the next time they had no record of the appointment, the car or any information on me other then my phone number.
This isn't my first bad experience with Sunset. I'm amazed Audi allows them to continue representing them.

I had an appointment with Clint Carden to take a look at a pre-owned BMW they had listed online. I drove down 2.5 hours from Seattle to do so. When I got there on time I was told Clint was busy with another custome. Ok, that happens. Another sales person was called on to help me. After looking for the keys for 5 minutes he told me Clint was in the paperwork phase at his desk for that very car with another buyer. One star for the delicious complementary water. 5 hour round trip was very worth it.

Romney Papesh is a pleasure to work with in the parts department! I've made a few online orders now and I couldn t be more pleased. Not only are the prices very competitive, turn around time on special ordered parts quick, shipping prices realistic, but Romney seems to oversee the whole process as if he were personally receiving every order; providing great service and knowledge! I ve ordered lots of smaller items and hardware and he intelligently packs and groups items together so as to not be confused. Dare I say, but the last package I opened from him was nearly like opening an Apple product of car goodies.

I have had experiences with both the service and the parts department and every one of them has been exceptional, leaving me with the confidence that both my car and I are in good hands when at Sunset Audi.

The Service Team does an exceptionally thorough job when diagnosing the car and does not pressure you into additional services that you don't need. The Service Advisors are Audi enthusiasts that want what is best for the customer that take extra special care of their customers. On my last service, they knew that I was on a time crunch and made time in an already packed schedule to move my appointment forward.

The Parts Team is phenomenal. I have worked a lot in specific with Romney Papesh, who has gone above and beyond for me with every interaction. I would much rather support a local business than an online or surplus and Romney has worked to make it easy to supply my car with the original equipment manufacturer parts (OEM, the same that Audi built the car with) to keep my car on the road. Romney is one of the main reasons that I continue to return to Sunset Audi for all my needs.

Back to the dealership for the 3rd time for the same problem. They are happy to charge more each time and not fix the problem. I would say it is just bad luck but they also charged to change break fluid 2 months in a row. At first their service center seems friendly but I guess that is the smile needed while scamming people. Oh yeah, and they damaged my wife's bumper costing me another $500 to fix on one visit. They of course denied knowing anything about how the damage happened.

I had a really great car buying experience at Audi of Beaverton. Although I was not in the market yet for buying a new vehicle my wife brought me down on my birthday. She had arranged everything with Clint the previous day. She informed him that i would need convincing to purchase. Clint did an outstanding job of trying to find the car i was NOT looking for :). He made multiple trips back and forth between dealerships looking keys, looking for vehicles, and checking pricing. He finally found my A4 with everything I wanted. Once the decision was made it only took a short time to negotiating the price. Clint even took the time to schedule his rim guy to repair a couple of scraps on my both of my damaged rims. Thanks Clint for the wonderful experience. This is by far my best Used car shopping experience ever. Certified Pre Owned is the way go. Will definitely return for my next vehicle purchase.

We have just purchased our third car from Audi Beaverton. We have had nothing but exceptional sales and service from his dealership. The purchasing process was seamless thanks to Frank, Shane, and Heather. Our salesman (Shane) even went out of his way to come to our house on a Saturday morning to go over the features of the new car with us and answer our questions after having the car for a couple of days. They are also very responsive to emails/questions, usually responding within an hour or 2. We also love that there is a service location by the airport. This makes it so much more convenient for us because we live on the east side. I would recommend and have recommended this dealership to many friends and family.

The reason I buy Audi is for two reasons, I've always loved them since I was very young and most important, I like the engineering put into the vehicles. Why I buy from Sunset Audi is because John Frentsos takes care of me. Any issues I've had with service in the past were taken care of by the service manager as well as John being aware and ensuring things were being taken care of. I've leased several from them and will continue! Even if the Tesla is looking exciting. Yet expensive. =\

I've ordered several rounds of parts for my B7 A4 from Romney Papesh in the parts department and shipping is lightning fast compared to the east coast suppliers (I live in California). Parts are always as expected, prices are great (less than 1/2 my local dealer, typically), and service is excellent. Romney exercises admirable attention to detail in his duties. I recently ordered a valve cover, and a valve cover gasket on the same order. Romney caught the fact that the gaskets are all included with the valve cover, and promptly corrected the order for me and sent an email letting me know what he did. Not naming competitors, other popular sources on the web won't do that. They let you pay the return shipping and wait for the refund.

Top notch parts supplier, it's never fun when your car needs work, but at least this group takes the pain out of getting the parts.

Got an object in my tire, and went to Les Schwab. They actually referred me to Beaverton Audi as a better solution. I called, they said "come on in", when I pulled into the lot, the tire went flat. The service specialist (can't remember her name) was unbelievably awesome. She fitted me into the calendar, found replacement tires (for the front only, Les Schwab wanted to sell my four tires), and washed my car to boot. I brought my Audi at this dealership and that experience was great too. Okay - all services go to Audi Beaverton. Highly recommended.
