Heather at Beaverton Audi was an excellent partner and helped us buy our dream Q7. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me (we are from out of town) going over features and discussing options, pros & cons and giving me detailed information. I immediately connected with her honest and straight forward approach. She knows her stuff and helps navigate through the somewhat complicated task of buying a car from afar. She was wonderful in person as well, her calm demeanor was so pleasant and refreshing on what could have been an extremely stressful day (over a 100 degrees, cranky baby in tow, and a 8 hr round trip drive).
