I can t say anything bad about the service department, they were very nice and did the work that had to be done fast! But 4 months prior I had been to the dealership and no one approached me and it made me feel unwelcome.

Update: I had a oil light turn on and I called the dealership 3 times and, every time I called my advisor (Chris) has been busy and now it s been 2.5 weeks since I called and never got a call back from the service center, dealership nor my advisor. I was happy in my second experience with the dealership but now I m back at square one. I personally wouldn t recommend going there for service or anything else until they can prove to me that they care about their customers.
