BEWARE! We bought a 2010 Civic EX-L in 2010 and had one of the best buying experiences ever working with Scott Doyle so naturally we came back to trade it in and purchase our 2012 Accord. Apparently some changes had occured internally with the buisness in the past 2 years so when we came into buy the 2012 Accord we felt like we were at a cheap used car lot, the sales manager kept telling us he couldnt do anything for us and high balling offers saying he coulnt do anything about it, offering high interest rates with low trade in values. So we decided to leave and then they lowered everything deciding to play ball? kinda felt like they were out to screw us over? so we made the purchase because we got what we wanted but then the trunk started to leak on the Accord and dealing with the Service Dept was even worse than the recent sales transaction, we have brought our Accord in 3 times for the trunk leaking and its doing it again? at this point all the carpet and fiber board has been so water logged that its in need of replacment and i cant seem to get anybody to call me back? i guess the Service Dept thinks that if they dont address the issue it will just go away? after this last experience with Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver, WA. we will never recommend this place to anybody or do buisness here again.

I drove from Redmond Oregon to Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver Washington in September to buy a Honda Element. I had an experience that was almost unbelievable. These guys are NOT out to get you a good deal. Please don't give them your business.

I had a 1999 Ford F-350 XLT Lariat 7.3 Liter V8 Turbo Diesel to trade in. My truck had only 80,000 miles which is very low for a diesel motor. Also the 7.3 liter V8 diesel motor is the best diesel motor that Ford ever made. My F-350 was in Pristine condition and even came with a very nice fifth wheel hitch that cost $1,000 new.

I test drove the Honda Element and gave the keys to my Ford truck, so the Dick Hannah people could test drive my truck. I was prepared to buy the Honda that day and had even arranged for my own financing through my credit union.

I dealt with a Salesman named Joel and his boss (of Middle eastern origins with a heavy foreign accent)-I cant remember his name. They offered me only four thousand dollars for my trade in. They tried to rip me off on my trade in, and they jacked up the price on the used Honda Element I was interested in purchasing. I told the salesman (Joel) that I work in law enforcement in advance, so that he wouldn't try to scam me.

Joel nevertheless tried to rip me off. The low blue book on my F-350 was $10,000 !. I informed Joel I was insulted by the offer and asked for my truck keys back. I had to argue with them to get MY keys back for my truck, so I could drive out of there and back to Central Oregon.

At this point the middle eastern guy began chasing me back to my truck and jumping in front of me trying to block my path back to my truck. Then the middle eastern guy immediately offered me $7,000 for my truck. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. Please DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE under any circumstances. They are not in any way interested in getting you a good deal. They are only interested in maximizing their own profit.

I ended up purchasing a used 2010 Honda Element from a private party and sold my truck for 10,000. I am happy that I didn't buy a car through Dick Hannah.

Working with Mike Melnick our sales rep to purchase a new family van was great, he was and has been very helpful, understanding what we need, being present and honest in communication through the deciding processes, purchasing and even several weeks later Mike is checking in to make sure we are taken care of. Mike lives out the Dick Hannah motto "Believe in Nice".

The salesman was very patient and helpful but the entire financing process and the wait times were ridiculous. We spent over 33k on a used Subaru and they made us wait for almost 2 hours for paperwork. Then the finance manager was incredibly pushy about add ins etc. We kept asking what we needed to do to be able to move on in the process because he just wouldn't let it go. I almost just walked out. I've never felt more disrespected while spending money and we have purchased several new and used vehicles in our lifetime. Not to mention my plates have to be picked up. I guess that saved them $6 in postage. What!? No other dealership has done this. They always send them to our home. The girl on the phone referred to my (incredibly patient) questions about them not being shipped to my house as "trippin"... if that helps describe the experience. Just awful customer service.

Friendly and helpful. They weren't able to fix my problem(not their fault) but gladly recommended a way to resolve it. I appreciate the fact that they were still kind enough to refer me somewhere although they weren't able to get any profit from it. Sadly that isn't as common as you would expect. Genuine help

I have been associated with Dick Hannah Honda for 3 years now. I bought a 2012 Civic through the loyalty program. Staff and service was superb. My new purchase through Dick Hannah is an Acura and I worked with Michal Melnick to find this car. He was very professional and helpful and again, I am part of the loyalty program. I never felt pressured or coerced into the purchase. I feel he knew what I was looking for and what fit my needs. Vantha was the best sales person I have encountered in my search for the Pilot I want. He busted his behind to make this experience the most positive I have had sinceJanuary 2016 searching for the one I want. I would recommend him to anyone and will to specially to him. Because my previous experience with Dick Hannah was not positive. But he turned me around. Unfortunately they could not give me the financing and payments I need so I had to walk away. I just bought a brand new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L 2018 from this dealer. All staffs are very helpful and easy to deal with. Travis took his time explained me everything I need to know about the best finance options and the car functionalities. He and his finance team work hard to get me the best deal I could. Scott was extremely pleasant to deal with during the document signing and very helpful and gave me a lot of good advices. This dealer offers lifetime power train warranty for all new cars. Looking to purchase a 2015/2016 Honda CR-V, white touring. However, was exceedingly poor. I am not one to write many, reviews. However, when this is one of your worst experiences, it gets brought to your attention. My friend and I pulled into the customer parking. We seen two of the salesmen and a lot attendant talking outside.

I did the text messaging online, to let the salesmen Lewis know that we were there and he did not respond or let anyone know that we were coming.

Unfortunately two laps around the lot, and then finally entering inside to their nice showroom yielded ABSOLUTELY zero results in earning our business. We finally left to compare the CR-V To Alan Webb Nissan Murano.

We were greater within seconds of exciting our car. We got out and let him know we were looking for a Murano. He had keys to an SL within seconds. However, the search ended quickly due to 0 room in the back for my dogs.

Regardless, we decided to give DH another try. No go, waited twenty minutes before a gentleman asked if we could get helped. He made us meet the GSM? I asked him why and he said they were too busy. There was a couple sitting at the table.

Aside from that, it took them another 15 mins to pull the CR-V from the back.

Needless to say once the car got up, the salesman disappeared and went back inside? We just ended up leaving and purchasing a 2016 Honda CR-V from David at Tonkin Honda.

The price was $300.00 better on a 2016 versus their 2015. Not only have I heard they raised the interest rate, one to two points, but clearly let their google reviews go to their heads.

Seeing by volume they're actually not the highest, as I have friends work there. If their pompous heads could get out of the door, then I'm sure they would be more polite to the customers.

However, the service department has been EXCEPTIONAL.So there this negative review still gives, the exponentially pompous most under promising Honda dealership the benefit of the doubt.

By far the best experience my wife and I have had when it comes to buying a car. I would recommend Chris Nelson if you're looking for a vehicle and not exactly sure what you want. We walked in, explained to him our needs and the features we would like to have, and in no time at all he found us exactly what we were looking for. He really listened to what we were saying and stayed with us through the entire purchasing process to make sure we were provided the best customer service possible. In my opinion he went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were satisfied. When we go back in the near future to purchase another vehicle he's the only person we would like to deal with. He's definitely a class act and an asset to Dick Hannah.

We took the time to drive over an hour to work with him specifically. He honored the price that he first quoted. He explained in detail how each feature on the new CRV worked. This dealership was wonderful. I was at a previous dealership which had less than satisfying service to say the least. When I came across their website, I gave them a call and was helped by an associate named Dylan. He got the car ready for me to test drive during that same call. When I arrived I was in the vehicle I wanted to test drive within just 1 minute of arriving at the dealership. I found the vehicle i wanted at a very reasonable price and also recieved a great warranty in the process. The overall experience went very smooth, was very friendly and made my experience purchasing a car very enjoyable.

I never do reviews for anyone or anything, but RICHARD HORNE is one of a kind!!! And I would greatly regret not telling everyone how amazing is, not only at his job, but as a person. I will forever recommend ALL friends and family to Dick Hannah Honda. My experience here was very easy and satisfying. If you know anyone who is looking for a vehicle, Richard is your man! He is one of the top salesman there and I promise you won't be disappointed! It was a privilege to get to work with him. He made sure I got a great deal and treated like family. When I first walked on the lot at Dick Hannah I was only looking and not ready to buy . I had 3 cars in mind and my sales guy Robby Stites offered to go and get the other 2 cars I wanted to look at so i could compare all 3 at once. I appreciated the offer but declined.. I looked at the CRV and thought wow nice car.. but honestly was not my first choice.. then I went and looked at one of the other 2 cars i was looking at and walked off their lot as i did not like the way the car felt.. So it was back to Dick Hannah and to test drive the CRV.. Once again Robby came out and said wow that was fast.. would you like to take it for a test drive... I was SOLD after the test drive. I am now the proud owner of a brand new CRV.. Thank you Robby for making buying this new car a great experience.

This was my first time buying a newer car, I admit I was extremely worried of getting the typical "car salesman" everyone has profiled. Definitely not the case here! I'm a 19 year old college student who just moved back here and that meant I needed a car. My parents took me around to all the little used car lots, but we didn't have much luck. All the cars were poorly cleaned and overpriced for what they were. So we decided to stop at Dick Hannah's used car lot. We were greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic man named Reno (cappuccino!) Guzman. He immediately showed us a car that he thought would be perfect (as it turns out it was). Next, we met with Scott Hiltz who helped us through the whole process financially. He worked with our price range and wasn't overbearing like some car dealers can be. He was funny and easy to talk to while we were waiting for all the paperwork to go through! Thank you guys so much for helping me find my perfect car!

I ve been going to Shawn for all my services for my CR-V for almost 6 years now and won t go anywhere else! After having multiple bad customer service experiences all in one service by a different employee (including being lied to) I was upset about having to use Dick Hannah to maintain my warranty, but Shawn made it all better and has always been awesome! He goes above and beyond with the best customer service and actually tells you the truth! I schedule my appointment around his schedule so that I can make sure he s there, if you want someone you can trust, ask for Shawn!

One thing that disappointed me was that there is $100 deductible for each service to be covered by Free Limited Powertrain Warranty, and nobody told me about it at the dealer. I found out about it when I got home.

After extensive research among several dealers; we decided on Dick Hannah Honda, and are so glad we did. Frank, Stephanie and Bailey were excellent. Frank and Stephanie found us a lower APR rate than our bank, and quoted us an excellent price without any gamesmanship or delay. Unlike all of the other dealers, they were responsive to our questions but left it to us to contact them when we were ready to move forward. No harassing phone calls, texts or emails, which seems to be the rules of the game with all the other dealers. We bought a CRV, and Bailey patiently and thoroughly walked us through all the its features after we bought the car. We will buy a truck in the next year. When we do, we will definitely buy from these fine people.

To Management at Dick Hannah Honda,
I want to take a moment to share with you my experience in your dealership. We have been looking at new vehicles for a while now and it was time to actually drive the vehicles that were in the running. We had a couple different manufacturers in mind including Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai.

While on your lot checking out the Accord and Civic, we were approached by a sharply dressed man who introduced himself as Richard Horne. We were upfront with him saying that we were not going to be purchasing a vehicle today and Richard assured us that he wasn t there to sell us, but as a Honda expert he was willing to help answer questions and get us behind the wheel of a couple of the vehicles to help us make an educated buying decision. From the very beginning Richard proved to be an asset and indeed is very educated on the benefits of being a Honda owner and all the features of both the Accord and Civic. Quickly we found our self behind the wheel of both the Civic and Accord, getting helpful info about all the amazing Honda technology that the vehicle was equipped with, I have to say Honda Sensing is very impressive and we would have overlooked the majority of the features without our newfound assistant.

Richard took what we were expecting to be a painful experience, and actually made it enjoyable. He asked questions about what we were looking for as far as options, and what the vehicle needed to have to say in the running. He encouraged us to use the test drive to really get a feeling for the vehicle and not to hold back because he was in the car with us. Richard also proved to have an amazing sense of humor and didn t skip a beat when we tossed out off the wall questions like, how many bodies would fit in the trunk or how does the Civic compare to a Lambo he wasn t a stuffy, pushy salesman and made it easy to have a relaxed conversation about something as serious as the purchase of a new vehicle.

Not only was he truly listening to what we re telling him, he without our knowledge arranged for a Toyota to be delivered to your lot so we didn t have to make a separate trip to another dealership. To me this says a lot about his desire to truly help, even if that meant he didn t get to sell a Honda.

No slick sales gimmicks, no attempts at manipulative ploys or pressure to purchase, just amazing and accommodating customer service.

Over the next thirty days Richard went above and beyond, responding promptly with the answers to my questions and offered his advice and still was in no way ever pushy or what I would expect from someone that invested so much time and still didn t have a sale.

We ended up purchasing a 2017 Civic Touring, all the pricing was negotiated over the phone and email so when the vehicle arrived on the lot, all we had to do was come sign the paperwork! Unfortunately on the way home we had an issue and the vehicle needed to be returned, Richard arranged for the vehicle to be picked up and was beyond apologetic for the situation and was upset for us that this tarnished our otherwise perfect experience. He took matters into his own hands and had the vehicle back to us early the next morning, as the issue was a simple software update that was completely out of anyone s hands.

I really can't say enough about Richard as our salesman; he was patient, accountable for things out of his control, respectful, honest, and has integrity that shines as bright as the customer service he clearly has passion in delivering. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Honda and especially Richard Horne to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. He has earned my trust and I don t think that is something that should go unnoticed or unrewarded, this man is a true asset to your company and because of him you have a forever customer!

My wife and I were looking to replace our 2012 Honda Odyssey the day after it was totaled in a head on collision with my wife at the wheel. We were both shook up after the sobering emotions of knowing we almost lost my wife who is the mother to our four young kids. We were met by Cheyanne from Dick Hannah Honda and she was remarkable from beginning to end. We loved the odyssey and really were torn between getting a new odyssey or a Ford Expedition for the 4 wheel drive. Cheyanne was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the exact Odyssey we were considering and trying to find a used expedition that fit our needs but there were none available in their stock at that time. It pained us but we ended up buying a Ford from another dealership solely because of the availability but it pained us not to purchase through her because of all the work she had done, the compassion she showed and the understanding she showed us was above beyond nowadays. In today s day and age, Cheyanne was a bright light and a comfort to us. I know though that her character and integrity would shine bright in any day and age. We were strangers to her and she made us laugh and breath in a normally tense time. She treated us like good friends. She WILL get our future business with 4 kids getting close to driving age and we have already referred her to several friends and family. We buy the people as much as we buy the product and Cheyanne is someone to invest in trust me. Thank you Cheyanne!!! We will be back. Keep smiling!!

In 2008 I had a great experience with Dick Hannah so I came back yesterday to Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver to get a Honda CR-V. Waldo Maya in sales was honest, real and easy to communicate my needs with. Chris Nelson in financial, with his Zen-like office, made the nerve wracking part simple and painless.

Update: Because of the three day return policy, I called the dealership two days later to turn in the vehicle I got and upgrade to another Honda CR-V on their lot. Once again the transaction was smooth. Reno Guzman took me on the test drive and Aundraya swapped out the paperwork all in less than an hour.

Great business practices!!!

After giving us assistance and wishing us well during our phone calls we continued shopping around. We remembered how amazing Trevor s customer service was when we reached out to this dealership. Trevor had everything ready for us to view by the time we arrived. We drove almost two hours. He made our shopping trip pleasurable. We have a 2003 Honda Element that we recently had in for the airbag inflator recall. I must say that Darin Kyle was extremely helpful and was able to get all our questions answered. He even had his technicians do a courtesy inspection on our Element to make sure that everything was ok. I will definitely be bringing my Element in for future service. Thank you Darin!

I recently bought a 2015 Nissan Quest, Salesman Bud was great! No pressure and no hassle. He asked what I was looking for and took me straight to it.

Financing team was good too, I was unclear about a few items on the bill of sale and I received a prompt phone call from Noah to get my questions answered.

I drove in with my car and walked out with the Nissan and Bud even drove my new car home for me! Overall it was a good shopping experience and my concerns were addressed promptly. No one was rude in person or on the phone and I am satisfied with my purchase.

I will be a repeat customer!

I had an AMAZING experience with Dick Hannah Honda, I'm speaking as a first time buyer. I went everywhere looking for cars, Vancouver, Gladstone, Portland, Beaverton. Grant Brady was the greatest salesmen that I came across! I didn't find anything that fit my interest when I first went to Dick Hannah but Grant stayed on the look out for something I would like and he ended up finding me a car within a week! Not only that he was nice, patient, and not "pushy" at all. One place that I would NOT recommend is Alan Webb Mazda, Bono sent me nasty emails after he only gave me 2 options and I did not buy with him! If you're looking to be in control and you don't want that typically "Pushy" salesmen go find GRANT BRADY at Dick Hannah Honda!! :)

I brought my car in for service for 3 things: recalls, automatic door lock not working, and the airbag light was on. They kept my car for two days, and only fixed 1 out of 3 issues. But, they found a whole slew of other things to fix to rack up the bill to over $500. I really just wanted the things fixed that I asked for. I will never be back.

I worked with Trevor Jollie. This was a great, no pressure, pleasant buying experience! I have for the most part not had a good experience buying a car (as in almost had to involve law enforcement once) and would usually avoid salespersons like the plague.
Trevor showed me 2 vehicles that fit the basic description of what I was looking for and clearly explained the difference in their features (during which my 5 year old is climbing all over the car trying to see what all the buttons do and that did not phase him). There was never any pressure, never any pushing me to buy even before I said that I was not buying that day, which he respected. Trevor even facilitated my putting a 4 day hold on a vehicle, something I really needed!
If you are purchasing a Honda from Dick Hannah, ask to work with Trevor, you won't regret it.

The sales man was nice but the owner would not budge on the discount which apparently changes each week! My sister and I decided to go to Honda to see what the Odyssey looked like.
