My husband and I drove to Portland to do a bit of shopping and trade in our car for a newer model Audi S5. We were going in to trade in our 2013 for a 2015 or 2016 and we were completely ignored. Mind you were were not all dressed up like most people at the sales desks that were actually being helped but seeing that we had to drive from Seaside and we weren't going to work and opted to wear jeans and a tee to be comfortable for our day off. We started out by walking around looking at the cars we were interested and wondered around and we were never approached. We the went into the shop and asked for help looking for this one car we had seen on their website. We were told they would be right out. After waiting 20 minutes nobody ever came out so we went back outside and found the car we were looking for and kept looking for someone to help us. Then when we looked back towards the shop we saw two sales guys standing at the window talking and watching us. I waved and one even appeared to laugh!! We started to walk back to the shop again and guess what...They both disappeared. This was the biggest joke I have ever experienced buying a car. I guess we will be driving to Seattle this weekend instead.

I came to Audi Beaverton with a 10am appointment to purchase an used 2008 Yukon Denali with a warranty. I informed the sales lady the day before that I was going to get it inspected by a mechanic. When I got there, I was handed off to a different salesperson other than the one I had spoke to and emailed with and set an appointment with. The new salesperson, in charge of their used car lot "Sunset Imports" tried to talk me into just buying the truck without an inspection. He said "After all, we are Audi Beaverton. People who trade their cars in for an Audi take care of their vehicles." I told him that I had seen the carfax and I knew it had a good history and I asked about the warranty. He told me that I was misinformed and that there was no warranty. I then informed him that if there was no warranty then I would definitely be getting it inspected as I had planned. I started calling around and within minutes I found a mechanic who coukd fit the inspection into their schedule quickly. I was happy it worked out as I was excited that I might own this gorgeous Yukon Denali. The car salesman asked what mechanic I was taking the vehicle to and I told him "Scholls Ferry Automotive." He said that the mechanics "couldn't be trusted" and that they would "try to sell me things I didn't need." I still took the vehicle for the inspection. I mean, I am not crazy to buy an used vehicle with no warranty without an inpection. I drove over to Scholls Ferry Automotive and told them what he said. After the excellent and thorough prepurchase inspection, the mechanic informed me that it needed several repairs but that if the dealer was willing to make those repairs, to purchase it. I brought back the Denali and showed the prepurchase report to the salesman. He told me "something is fishy." He insisted that the prepurchase report was not accurate and said he would have the truck reinspected by their mechanics and then call me back. Needless to say, that never happened. I would recommend that no one buy used vehicles from this establishment. Very disappointed in the service. My idea of the "typical used car sales" in which they try to get over on you. Worth mentioning, the respectful mechanics at Scholls Ferry Automotive told me that they wouldn't be able to fix many of the issues found as they were "dealer specific parts" that only could be ordered by the dealer.

I have had the same issue with a new car with them...

I have had the same issue with a new car with them and they have not fixed the issue; and are not acknowledging there is an issue, though I have returned to the dealership four times in the five months of owning the car. They are not customer friendly nor trying to serve the customer honorably.

Things that make me happy for any business, # 1 - customer service. Audi Beaverton excels and for the first time ever I don't mind dropping my car off at a dealer for an oil change or any other service related item, I almost enjoy it. Every time I'm connected with the *same member of the service department, Brian Bement, who does a fantastic job taking care of me and my car even in the few minutes we're together. I bought my Audi Q5 in Feb of 2019 and I'm still thrilled about it 20k miles later (yes, I drive a ton)!! Doug Foley took great care of me on the purchase and Brian continues on his end of the deal, win-win! Thank you!! You have me as a customer for life, Audi Beaverton!

Everyone I spoke to at Sunset clearly loves their jobs and everything Audi. They were courteous, knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to fulfill my odd requests.

I dropped my car off in the morning and was given a loaner for the day. I received multiple updates via text messages and was able to pick my car up after work when all the services were complete.

I've been to all of the local Audi dealers now and will continue to come back to Audi Beaverton. The staff is simply the best around.

The attitude the sales reps have at Sunset Audi are absolutely terrible (at least the one that I dealt with). I really wanted to purchase an Audi that day, but the customer service and attitude from the sales rep before I even purchased a vehicle made me immediately turn around and purchase from Lexus of Portland instead. Thanks for making my decision that much easier. By the way, this was in 2011, but it was so bad, it deserves a bad review even a year later.

I would recommend Sunset Imports to anyone looking for great service and a great deal. My recent experience was professional, exceptional, and by far exceeded my expectations. Mike Harvey was a joy to work with, he was knowledgeable and did not pressure me in any way. Their lending department went above and beyond to get me the best interest rate and payments that fit my needs. I have never had such a fast and smooth experience purchasing a car. I will most defiantly be back for my next vehicle!

I was in the market for my first car and spent a few days trying out different car types at various dealerships around Portland. Sunset Audi was by far the best experience out of all of them! They were easy to work with and straight forward from beginning to end. We were especially impressed by how much time and effort they put into helping us learn all of the gadgets in our car. I know that I can reach out to James at anytime with a question. We love our Audi - the tech on it is incredible and it is of course fun to drive!

I had a screw in my tire and after waiting for 4 hours at a tire specialty store I decided to call the Sunset Audi/Porsche dealer. They said to come over and they will check it out. They immediately looked at it and confirmed it needed to be replaced along with the other 3 tires. They quickly looked up the availability of their stock and replaced the 4 tires. Oh and by the way my car is a Porsche but even though the Porsche service department wasn't open on Saturday the Audi guys did all of this.

I had the most incredible experience with this dealership. Tan from sales was absolutely exceptional with his service, patience, and just a really nice person. Even when we left to look at other dealerships around the area, Tan was understanding and welcomed us back with open arms. I drove from Bend, OR to work with this dealership, it truly is the best around. We love our Q3 and all the services provided by this dealership. I highly highly recommend going here if you re serious in buying an Audi, you will not find a better place than the Audi Beaverton. Will refer people there and will be back to buy another one here.

I would not buy a car from anyone other than Ryan Crooks at Sunset Porsche Audi.
He is the most laid back, knowledgeable guy who is kind and no pressure. I have bought new cars from Sunset and had great experiences and recently two wonderful used cars from Ryan. He is the best.

I enjoyed dealing with Romeny Papesh. I had to order some parts for my car which couldn't be found in the aftermarket. Romney was very helpful and quick to ship out the items. The price was lower than anyone else around by 10-20%! And their shipping rate was quite reasonable with a small brokerage fee (had to ship to Canada).

Communication was swift and kept me up to date. The service team even looked into a tire pressure monitoring issue my vehicle had and fixed it. However, they did take twice as long as I was originally told to program a new key for my vehicle and I had to initiate communication to be kept up to date. I also felt the service advisor should have walked me to my vehicle to ensure my new key fob worked as well as ensure I knew where my car was parked. It would have also been nice to be told where the waiting room was and that it was available for use while my car was being serviced. My rating reflects a lack of setting proper expectations and not updating me without my prompting in addition to not thanking me for my business, which to me, is standard protocol in any customer facing position. However, they did resolve an issue I had with my vehicle that I did not bring to their attention and offered me and my guest a complimentary cold beverage.

This was my first service experience at Audi Beaverton and it was exceptional. Starting with my advisor Corey Maslen, super efficient and timely, great communication, very personable, remembered me from limited previous contact. The efficiency in scheduling, confirmations, online paperwork, loaner car (Anel was excellent), and pickup were exceptional. Just a notch above other luxury stores I ve been to recently including Kuni, Audi Wilsonville, Beaverton Infiniti, Tonkin Acura. Well done.

I had a great experience purchasing my certified pre-owned Audi Allroad. Heather was very attentive and yet gave me the space to make up my mind. She is knowledgable about the product and when a question came up that she did not know, she immediately found the answer. I highly recommend working with her and this dealership.

I wasn't very happy with my experience at Audi Beaverton. We put a hold on a vehicle for $1k and ended up buying the car a day later. Somehow they "forgot" to refund our $1k. Sounds like stealing to me??? How are there not procedures in place for something like that? We bought our car used and it was dirty inside upon delivery. I expected more from an Audi dealership. I will head up to Washington or down south when I make my next Audi purchase. The car itself is amazing, so I expect to be back to an Audi dealer.

Been coming to Sunset for years, always great service. Loaner car was ready to go when I arrived, I was in and out in just a couple of mins, I was kept informed, the car was repaired the following day and when I returned the Loaner I was in and out in about a min. This is what every Dealership should be but usually isn't; Prepared, Speedy and Friendly. I spent more time talking about Home Improvements with my Service Advisor than repairs because he knew why I was there and was prepared. If I can give this place no stars, I would. They absolutely do not act responsible towards their customers after a vehicle is purchased. I leased my second A3 a few weeks ago, a 2018 premium plus 4 wheel drive. They were very friendly to me that day I lease it, but it took the whole Sunday for the process. They told me they did a full detail but after I drove it home that day, I noticed dull patches around the driver side window and areas inside the car that were not cleaned well. I took it back the next day and they said that its a gloss issue and will clean the car again. Then, this time after I drove it home, I noticed scratches on the wheel cap of one of my tires and I took it back again. The manager said he would look at surveillance videos and get back to me, but he never did. I called him days after he had promised to contact me, and he said he forgot to contact me but he watched the videos and didn't find anything wrong. I was not provided any copies so I don't know whether the is true, but since its a new car and I always take care of my vehicles- I took it back to the dealership to pay for the wheel caps to be fixed. They only told me they are using a third party company in Vancouver for that service, would give me a loaner car because it would take a few days, and it would be washed afterwards. When I went to pick up my car after the wheels were fixed, I found my car in filthy condition (dust, dirt, and bird droppings everywhere). I had to brush off the dust and dirt from the wheels to be able to tell if they were fully fixed. I questioned them about washing my car, and one service rep said he didn't know why and another one said its because the wheel can't touch water after service. I also pointed out scratches on my bumper that weren't there before and they were quick to say "you are being so particular." So apparently Audi has no standards for their cars and service anymore? I demanded to see photos of my car that were taken when I first dropped it off for service, and they did not show me but said that they cannot tell from the photos and said that my car was brought in dirty (the service rep that said this was not there when I dropped off my car). In addition, I also later found the front grill and sensor broken after this service. The windshield also had numerous small scratches. I questioned more about what happened to my car, and they said that someone from the third party company drove it to Vancouver for the wheel to be fixed. I would not have allowed them to do that if I had known of this process, because that puts a lot of miles on my new car, not necessary, and Audi does not provide any warranty when a third party company drives my car (and does not help me as a customer communicate to them about issues). Audi Beaverton refused to take responsibility for any of this, and the service manager Nicole will not return my call with voicemail message. I had to contact Audi Customer Service of America and they said they would contact the dealership, and the manager will contact me in 1-2 days, but they never did. You can clearly see Audi Beaverton doesn't respond to any of the other negative reviews here either, and doesn't care about any issues their customer face. I also greatly regret purchasing Audicare with my lease because Audi obviously DOESN'T CARE. I will never purchase, lease, or take my car to Audi of Beaverton again. Please contact me if you have a similar negative experience, and we should organize a group action.

Recently, he even took on Audi themselves when they gave a less that satisfactory answer to "what does the build sheet code mean?"

DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE HERE, especially if your are FEMALE!
The service department is a complete joke. I don't know if they thought they could screw me over so badly because I am a female or if their automotive technicians are just that incompetent. I have never received such horribly inaccurate diagnostics that they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to repair. As a full-time college student I could barely cover the diagnostic bill let alone afford to have them make all of the so called needed repairs. Having a small amount of automotive knowledge I went to youtube to attempt some of the repairs myself. That's when I became very upset.
I discovered that 2 of the 5 issues I wanted investigated were not accurately diagnosed. My rear seat-back latch they told me needed to be replaced (for over $200) was not even broken! It required a minor adjustment and tightening to the bolt onto which it latches and poof, works just like new.
They completely lied about the leak from my windshield washing fluid reservoir stating the leak was along the line to my headlights. I took the whole bumper off my audi allroad, inspected the entire system to the headlights, and finally removed the reservoir to find that it was simply the main windshield pump that was leaking. A repair that costed $30, took 10 minutes and that didn't require the removal of the entire front bumper (4hrs of my Saturday I should have been studying).
On top of all of this I was told I would not be charged for certain diagnostics as they forgot to investigate one of the issues on my list, this was not the case. I was still charged the $152 for the ONE hour of inaccurate diagnosis. The other 3 issues they technician couldn't figure out and wanted me to approve an additional 3 hours of diagnostic time at $152/hr to continue his investigation. I quickly declined, picked up my car, paid my ridiculous bill and sped away as fast as I could.
DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE HERE, especially if your are female! This place is a joke. Maybe they are trying to pay for that fancy new facility by ripping off their costumers???

Clint was wonderful in showing us a car that we were looking at, he didn't "fluff" up the car, and had a no-nonsense straightforward approach to the car sale. He made it very easy and painless, while giving us room to decide and review the car at our own pleasure. He then worked to quickly get all the paperwork sorted, and was friendly throughout the process. Very pleasant sales experience!

Sigve was very knowledgeable and friendly. He sat us down and explained the Factory and Certified warranty and all that it encompasses. He also explained different packages in meticulous detail, and even gave us some prudent financial advice about our car purchase! He did not apply any pressure on purchasing anything and answered all of the many questions I asked him. I would highly recommend meeting with Sigve if buying a car from Audi Beaverton.

This is by far the best place to have your Audi serviced. They are honest, fair and knowledgeable. You see the same service adviser for each visit, so he knows your car and you by name. This is a really nice touch!
I never feel like I've 'taken' as everything is explained completely and they answer all questions.
While we didn't buy our Audi at this dealer, we intend to buy our next one there. I would recommend Beaverton Audi to anyone looking for superior service, integrity and honesty!

Audi Beaverton is Great! I purchased my first Audi almost 5 years ago from this dealership and have been using their service department for maintenance and repairs. At first I was curious as to why they need to keep my car an entire day for the regular 10k oil change... but then I learned they were doing a lot more than changing my oil, they were going through the entire maintenance checklist. Plus, it didn't hamper my day as Audi would give me a loaner for the day or pick up the cost of an Uber/Lyft to my office from the dealership. Everyone has been straight forward and honest. Oh, and did I mention I love driving my A3.... when my wife isn't borrowing it that is.

worked with Andy Estrada to put together the Q7 I was looking for and the equipment on it wanted, and didn't want. Andy did an excellent job of listening to me, understanding completely what it was I was looking for, and finding that car to fit my needs.
Sigve Friedle managed the lease part of the transaction, and again, was excellent at listening to my questions or concerns before he answered. The lease process was a very simple and to the point process.
Tony put the finishing touches on the Q7 selected and made sure it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. He patiently took me through all the key steps of how to understand the basics of driving a "computerized rocket ship" on wheels. His follow-up, and that of Andy, were just excellent.
I don't miss my Tundra one bit.
One of the key final comments is just on Beaverton AUDI: I never was under any sales pressure, and I was always treated with respect and common courtesy. I would highly recommend BEAVERTON AUDI to anyone looking to join the AUDI family.

We chose Audi Beaverton for the first 5,000-mile service on our Audi, because it is the closest dealer to our home, but we had never been there before. We called and asked when we could bring our car in, and the person helping us said right away, if we wanted, so we drove over right away. We were immediately greeted and signed in. The service took about an hour and a half as expected. During that time we were able to sit in a clean, pleasant showroom with both upholstered easy chairs and desks with chairs, so that we could choose to relax or work. We were also provided with snacks, including fresh fruit, granola bars and trail mix, and with coffee or soft drinks. The service work itself seems to have be fine. Only tiny problem was that we are used to having lights go on automatically when needed, but setting of lights was moved from auto to off, so we drove around without lights that night for half an hour before someone yelled at us to turn them on.

Bought my first Audi from Sunset West in 2007 and thanks to Corey in Audi service, I've been a faithful supporter and advocate ever since. He is what customer service is all about and I have never and I mean never come across a service rep more committed and more attentive to their job. Period.

Because of Corey and how well my first car purchase went, I've continued to purchase from Sunset, specifically, Westside. Just recently, I bought my wife a 2015 Allroad from James--sales manager--and nine year veteran of Sunset. Top-notch service, no haggling, non-obtrusive, to-the-point, no pressure sales and to put it simply, a pleasurable as it can get--car buying experience.

If you're in the car market in this price range and you're looking to squeeze out a deal that saves you every last penny...even just $100 on the deal, well, then you're going to have to deal with the people that do just that...go somewhere other than Sunset Imports. However, if you're looking to get a nice auto, at a fair and reasonable price with top-notch customer service, second to none, where they treat you respectfully, then Sunset is your place. In most instances, you get what you pay for, and in this case, you most certainly do.

Can't recommend Sunset enough.

We've bought two Audi's here, and though we live 3 hours away, we've only had them serviced here, and have no plans to change. The sales department is excellent -- no high pressure techniques. The service department is simply outstanding. Cars, of course, are highly personal choices, but if Audi is a brand you're interested in, I suggest you visit Audi Beaverton.

I had the best experience buying my new Audi Q7 from Craig Fleishman! He was fun and easy to work with! My husband and I did not feel pressured in any way during the whole experience. In fact we walked away and Craig was gracious and friendly. We called him the next day saying we wanted to purchase the car and he met us there when the dealership opened. He actually had another client coming in as well and he did not rush us. He spent time going over all the features of our new vehicle. I told him when I purchased my Subaru several years ago they gave me a t-shirt. Craig surprised me with a shirt and a box of chocolates! I had the WORST experience at the Sunset Audi pre-owned dealership.

The salesperson Chuck or Larry? he never gave us a credit card) was okay at first but only wanted to go on the freeway for about an exit or two. A few blocks from the dealership, I noticed that the engine was revving high and that the transmission was shifting inadequately. So, naturally, I tested the downshift and up-shift on the freeway. While on the freeway, the transmission issues were amplified and the car started making odd noises and clunky shifting to which I remarked to the salesperson. The salesperson agreed but shortly after started to SHOOT and YELL at both my wife and I arguing that the car had over 100,000 miles and that my driving was the cause.

So, upon return to the dealership, I demanded to speak to a manager. Chuck was not happy about that at all as I started to explained his extremely aggressive behavior during the test drive. Then, I asked for the photocopy of my driver's license, which me took prior to the test drive. He would not and coming out of his office he CHARGED AT ME AND SHOVED me almost to the ground.

After the manger came out, they talked in a room and the CRAZY salesperson finally handed me my paperwork. No apology was made neither from the salesperson nor from the manager.

NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They flood you with BS so that you overlook problems and get stuck with a LEMON.

This salesperson needs to be sanctioned as HE IS NOT FIT to hold a customer service job!

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! Be glad I did not call the police for ASSAULTING a potential buyer!!!!

Purchased a guaranteed Audi A-4 from sunset Audi.

Purchased a guaranteed Audi A-4 from sunset Audi.
Salesman said it was a great buy, had the "Fine German Engineering" and it should give me years of enjoyment.
What it did give me was over $25,000.00 of repairs in less than three years and that even less that their commissioned service reps tried hard to push me into having done. I was pushed to doing things that we're not needing repair and over charged for every repair that need to be done.
After 3 years of this I decided I couldn't take any more of their pretentious attitude after they explained that "well it's an older Audi, what do you expect?"
That began the discussion of them returning some of the money I had blown on their "dealer backed" used cars.
"Absolutely not", was the response.
I decided to take them to small claims where the three so called management personnel,
Including the vice president of the shabby company, lied their collective pants off to the judge. Have you heard of perjury?
I lost my claim to a judge who had taken election donations from Sunset Audi in the past.
As I drove away from the courthouse, I saw the three in their Audi, drive by me and the vice president open his window and stick his hand in the air and flipped me off.
Yeah, that's what I call a great business representative
He truly showed me what Sunset Audi is made of.
As an afternote, I had my pristeen vintage 911 Targa in to Suset Porsche some years ago for a very minor adjustment andthey didn't have one tech that could work on it. It languished in their shop for three weeks until I had had enough lies that I took it. When I gotnit home I discovered a huge scratch on the driver's door and grease all over both leather seats and the steering wheel.
Do yourself a huge favior and find another dealer. Better still find another type of car.
"Fine German engineering" a thing of the past.

For me talking about audi its a nightmare, but since I found the expert in parts and service Romney Papesh, everything have change. And it help me a lot to rebuild my 2009 A5 and saving more than 30% of my first budgete of the repair.

I was in the market to purchased a used vehicle, and found an Audi A4. I took the vehicle to this dealership to have it inspected prior to purchase. They performed a safety inspection, which the vehicle checked-out and passed.

What they didn't tell me was this model, particularly the year has an oil consumption issue. Why would you not speak up and say something? What kind of service is that? Needless to say I didn't find out until after I purchased the vehicle.

You think you're doing the right thing as a consumer and it turns out you get screwed! I don't recommend this dealership to anyone, they weren't of any value. Go to Wilsonville, at least they have integrity!
