After visiting a few dealerships In the city, we came to Stampede Toyota, we had a great experience there, there was lots of friendly and easy people to work with like Don Eam. It was very exciting getting my first car, it was a Toyota yaris. I would recommend to go to Stampede Toyota.

I appreciated the opportunity for looking on my own at a few cars, new and used ones. Later product advisor Jerico was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, arranging for taking home a 2012 RAF4 for a couple of hours to test if the car accommodates some special requirements we have.
There was some confusion when I returned the next day. At first I was told Jerico isn't in today, then that he will be back in a couple of hours. After another sales person tried to get my attention and personal information, Jerico returned after 10 minutes and gave me the requested options and additional, satisfactory information.

I am here for maintenance service. It has been 45 minutes and still waiting for shuttle. I did go back and check and he said they have 3 drivers and will get shuttle soon. I have my dad who is 70 years and my son 12years with me as i drove directly from Edmonton. They are now impatient and still waiting for shuttle. Nobody even bothered to come and informed us how long it gonna take. Very poor customer service. I feel like they care about cars not the customers.

I like these guys. They've really helped me out with the issues I've been having with my truck!

From the time I contacted Melissa online to the time I drove off with my vehicle, Stampede Toyota employees treated me with high respect. Their excellent customer service was second to none. Every question I had was thoroughly and satisfactorily answered. Unlike many other dealerships I know, every promise made to me online was fulfilled when I appeared in person. I cannot think of a better dealership to do business with, than Stampede Toyota, Calgary NE.

I'm a bit late getting to this considering the service was performed May 13th. Toyota staff were super. The place is immaculate and works like clockwork. Everything was on time. Only problem is slight (I hope) - had a stone chip in the windshield repaired and the filler in not even to the glass surface. I hope it holds and does not cause huge crack s across my windshield.

What should have taken a half hour on a 25,000 mile warranty we were told would take 2 hours, and actually took 4 hours. Originally I was told that they don't take US cars, because Toyota Canada and Toyota US were separate.
What should cost $50-$80 in Toyota dealers in the US, (we checked) cost $222.80. When questioned, they were most unhelpful. When we called our US dealer, he told us we were over mileage, since we started our Canada trip when our maintenance light came on, and decided to wait until we were with our daughter in Calgary. This is not stated in our manual, but "it is known to all dealers." Evidently Stampede did not know or did not want to share it with us.
The work done was quite good, but the labor racked up for 4 hours? Next time I will check several places, not just read the google reviews.

i recently bought highlander, i was very amazed with service i was provided, starting from sales to delivery. people like Fuji, Geoff Houghton and delivery guy was knowledgeable. this is the first time i bought vehicle at Stampede Toyota, i would highly recommend stampede Toyota. keep up the good work guys.

This is the worse dealership. We are Honda family. There service was the best for 5 years. I dont even know why i went to Stampede toyota. They promises a lot when they sell you car forst time but they dont keep there promises. I feel i did the biggest mistake of my life by going to stampede toyota. They promised to do all the set up including garage opener(Will do at home) as i did not have anyone in my family who can do this but it is 2 years they did not do. Now they are saying it is not there responsibility to set it up. They just tried to sell the another car as my old car is not very good. First time went there and it took me 2 hours to get shuttle. Second time i did book for oil change and they start doing erecall on car without letting me know. I have to wait there for almost three hours to get my work done.

I am so thankful to Stampede Toyota team and especially Gary William, who informed me about the Rav4 which was to be sold at 50% discount on Oct. 15. I grabbed the opportunity and right the next morning I was the luckiest person who got the Rav4 at very reasonable price. Although there were 5-6 more people waiting to get the same SUV, Gary made it possible for me.
Moreover, my overall experience at Stampede Toyota was amazing!!

Walking in to a dealership could be nervous/scary experience where having the right associate helping you out makes a big difference in your thought process regarding a purchase of any sort. I don't really write reviews, but I really do have to acknowledge Umair Latif's efforts in explaining everything from A to Z and making me establish my trust in Toyota vehicles, whether it might be Toyotas policies, financing/leasing options, he has been there with a great positive attitude for every single stage. I had the most terrible car buying experience in my life. Confirmed the delivery appointment multiple times, in person, by email, by phone. And I show up to the meeting/appointment, they told me they don't have it scheduled. I waited for about an hour as they said they will try to locate him and/or another substitute, and finally another person came. The car was messy. No 3M guard was installed and nothing was done to the car and it was not ready to be picked up. All they said was sorry and the manager said they will make it right....but how? Very unprofessional dealership, subpar service, I found my salesperson a bit rude and too proud, throwing keys down on the desk and etc. These people do not respect other people's time, effort, money, and as a person.

Apparently, the owner of the dealership also owns two other Lexus dealerships in Calgary. I recommended my friends to shop for different cars and forget Lexus, and since then I successfully convinced a friend to buy a different brand as he was looking into Lexus. I hate Audi as a car, but now I am thinking I will even give Audi a try next time I am out for car shopping, which I will once I get an additional parking spot. Definitely will NOT come back to this place, nor will I be shopping for Lexus in Calgary.

Everyone knows that dealing with auto sales persons/dealerships can be ranked right along with trusting telemarketers and politicians and as much fun as having a root canal done on a tooth. So back in May when I wandered in to Stampede Toyota to look at buying a 2016 Tacoma, I had preconceived expectations. After talking to salesperson, Chyanne Coakley and taking a test drive, my wife and I agreed on the model, options and color we wanted. It became evident our requested truck was not available so a sales manager, Adam McMillan, was brought in and he promised he would find our truck, asap, if we were serious on purchasing. We drew up an agreement which included us getting what I thought was a more than fair trade in value for our Honda CRV.
I will add here, that the fact we live a 2 hour drive east of Calgary, our sales lady Chyanne offered to deliver the Tacoma with a full tank of gas and return with the CRV, no charge. Anyways 2 days later Adam called saying he had found our truck, and it was delivered shortly after as promised.
Nothing but good things to say about the sales people we have dealt with at Stampede Toyota.
P.S. Having just returned from driving the Alaska Hwy. and Yukon in our Tacoma, it was over due for 1st service. The service department got me in the day after i phoned. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service department.

I recently bought my dream car, a base model Camry, from stampede Toyota. The highlight was the financing deal I got with Ming Pan. I didn t think it would be possible with my credit, but he said that where he comes from working the system is just part of daily life. And WOW, a great rate, a great car and exceptional service. Make sure to get the gap insurance and extended warranty, because Ming Pan literally gave them away. I m basically covered for eternity.

Umair at Stampede Toyota assisted me with my purchase of a Toyota Tacoma. My experience with the purchase was a breeze as I was dealing with a knowledable sales person. He showed concern for my needs and wants and did not try to upsell at any point. He even added running boards in the deal which for me was the cherry on top.

I was looking to finally replace my 13 years old Civic. This being my first new car purchase I was nervous to go into a dealership. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BUYING:

I bought a beautiful RAV4 from them, but I 100% CANNOT RECOMMEND STAMPEDE TOYOTA. My experience with the sales department showed that they were at best shady and at worst unethical.

I contacted the sales team and expressed interest in buying a RAV4 for the sole purpose of importing to the US since I'm currently working there. I asked questions about whether the warranty would apply, etc. They assured me that there would be no problem; specifically citing that because the car is new and manufactured in the USA, it would 100% meet US import requirements.

It was at this point I contacted Toyota of Canada to request a letter of compliance to confirm that it would be importable to the US. They told me that they wouldn't be able to generate the letter for me until after the VIN is in my name and to go through the purchase. So since the sales person assured me and Toyota couldn't give me any information, I went through with the purchase. When I received the letter from Toyota Canada, I was flabbergasted to find out that not only are all Canadian Toyotas non-compliant, but there is no way to source the TPMS parts to make them compliant as these parts are not available to Canada. In summary, you cannot import ANY new Canadian Toyotas to the USA.

Now, I accept responsibility here. I shouldn't have trusted the shady salesman for their word. However, this experience conveys one of two possibilities. Either the sales team is incompetent and didn't even bother finding this information for me or they omitted that knowledge for a sale.

Afterwards, we spoke to a few Toyota dealerships across AB and BC and it was common knowledge that the RAV4 was not equipped with the TPMS and is not compliant with US import requirements. Further reaffirming that Stampede Toyota will do whatever it takes to make an immediate sale as opposed to building a long-term relationship. I ended up receiving more help from Country Hills Toyota, who provided me more information and help afterwards than Stampede Toyota did. GIVE COUNTRY HILL TOYOTA YOUR BUSINESS INSTEAD; they are much more professional and way less shady.

The manager eventually offered to buy back the RAV4 for 4000 less than what I paid last week. I didn't take the deal though, because that would be allowing Stampede Toyota to take advantage of me again.

The only redeeming factor was that James from the finance department was super professional. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond; he even did part of the Sales team's job. If it weren't for James, Stampede Toyota would deserve a 0-star rating.

TL;DR: Buy from Country Hills Toyota instead. Stampede Toyota will lie to get a sale.

Service was good as always. However, this time I have not been informed about the total cost. My expectation based on the phone call was to be charge $500-$700 but the total invoice was $1100+

I have recently purchased a new tacoma from Stampede Toyota. I shopped and phoned all dealers in Edmonton/Red Deer/ Cochrane/Calgary. They were the only ones that had an accurate inventory list. ALL of the other dealers listed the truck I wanted but none had one... but could "get me what i wanted if I just come in and make a deal first." Stampede had the truck I wanted and responded in person to my email immediately, it was 9-930pm. We agreed to meet the next morning to view truck, the truck was clean and exactly as stated by sales person Josh Hynes. He said via email I would recieve a "killer deal". I think I did pretty good, I bought a Tacoma Double Cab, TRD Sport, auto....Red Deer Toyota was $39,400 w/tonneau cover, Edmonton Toyota $37,500 no extras, Stampede Toyota was $36,000. Including step bars, hood deflector, window shades, 3m protection, and heavy skid plate on front. Josh was straight forward, no sales pitches, no "BS'. I picked up the truck and he asked if I was completely happy with everything, I told him I think I could have picked it up for $35,500 if I would have stuck out the bargaining a bit longer... I was just kidding, but he seemed genuinely concerned if I was unhappy. I laughed it off and got a free Toyota Hat! Over all a great experience, and really like the Tacoma.

I cannot find enough kind adjectives to describe the staff at Stampede Toyota, they are that exemplary. My initial intent was to get some additional information and pricing on a Tacoma, I was shopping and comparing it to another truck. I was upfront on my purpose with Leo, the sales person and explained what I was looking for. Leo very knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely eager to assist in my inquiry. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that same evening and it was all due to the service that each person in the purchasing process provided.

This is the first time I have walked into an auto dealership and not felt pressured, cajoled, badgered into purchasing a vehicle. It was THE nicest experience of all my vehicle purchase exploits.

Even after the purchase I had some questions, they were all answered promptly and professionally which further enhanced the overall experience.

Whenever I walk into the dealership, everyone I have dealt with remember who I am and seem genuinely interested, I am not just a "number".

I would not hesitate to recommend Stampede Toyota and wish to say THANK YOU!

Don Eam was very easy to talk to and made the buying experience very easy. I would definitely recommend him if you are to deal with anyone there.

After shopping around at many Toyota dealerships, Stampede was the first to offer the rates on a brand new 4Runner that I was after. I even called back a couple places closer to home to get them to match the rates and they refused, saying that was not possible. I would definitely recommend going to see Candice! She made things so easy, got me what I was after with no fuss, and I was in and out in no time at all.

Work done seems to be ok. But was told to bring my vehicle in 30 min before they opened for my appointment and was advised it would take at most an hour (first check up on it since I bought it) but ended up waiting for almost 3 hours before it was done and ready to go.

Everything we saw as we entered the property and showroom was apealling to the eye. Staff was very friendly and helpful. sales staff was very knowledgeable. was a very good experience and we picked our vehicle without any pressure. We would recommend you to anyone.

One day, me and my husband were going out to buy some groceries and ended up buying a car. We decided to pass by Stampede Toyota, because it was in our way. We were introduced to William Wong who showed us some options, according to what we were looking for. He explained some differences between some other trucks, but we were convinced for the first one we tried. William with his patience and dedication made us get the deal, without any pressure. We spent the rest of the afternoon doing all procedures and paper works and William was so kind bringing hot water to warm up my baby's food. He did a great job. We are thankful for all work made by William and the team and we are enjoying a lot our new truck.

Excellent service! Just bought my 2007 Rav 4 and took it in for service and they were great in pointing out as to what needed to be done first and what I could wait on. They are not pushy at all. By far the best dealership I have been to since I have owned a vehicle. 5 out 5

THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I have been there for car service 3. The customer service told me I can get car shuttle at 10am.. But acutally untile 10:30, I still didn't get shuttle. In the meantime, they have 4 shuttle cars parking outside of building. And there were some other customers who were been there late than me had got shuttle. When I talked to the customer service, he only told me to wait and he told me if there is no other customer going to same direction with me, I need wait in their store THE WHOLE DAY!

Go there have service is waste your time. Cause you never can get shuttle. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.

I received spectacular customer service from the team at Stampede Toyota. Heath is an amazing sales rep, very knowledgeable and did not push us at all. James in finance was awesome as well and made the experience very great. I was able to get everything I wanted with my new Rav 4 and it was within my budget. It was a terrific experience for myself as this vehicle purchase was for my 75 year old grand mother who still works full time as a dietician.

Amazing Experience at Stampede Toyota ....

We were in an accident and our car was written off, leaving us with outstanding debt as the previous dealership we had purchased from didn't offer gap insurance.

From the very first phone call, Brian MacKenzie was extremely accommodating. He helped us get into 2017 Toyota Corolla at VERY good price, and Hieu in the finance department worked absolute magic to get us approved. Not only that, but he increased our 5 year gap insurance by 2 years and also provided 2 years of scratch/dent fixing, only increasing my total bi weekly payments by 40 cents.

They were extremely accommodating and we drove off the next day in our brand new car. We couldn't be happier - this car is gorgeous.

Brian was exceptionally knowledgeable and an absolute gentleman. One of the best salesmen I have encountered. If you are looking for someone who knows the product without being pushy, give him a call.

I have been taking my RAV4 here since I bought it in 2009. The sales rep was really good so I decided to take it here for service as well. I have not been disappointed. They do the scheduled maintenance as well as check for any issues. Jim in the service department is always a great help. He tells me what needs to be done and what can wait so that I don't know end up with a massive bill I wasn't planning for. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I appreciate that the service guys explain any problems to me in plain English without making me feel like an idiot. Until I took my vehicle to Stampede, I was always I fan of the drive through lube/oil/filter shops but now I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. When you buy a quality vehicle like Toyota its worth the quality maintenance that Stampede provides.

I ve known Heath Brown since high school. I ve let it slide that he looks about 10 years younger than I look. I called Heath this summer and told him that maybe it s time I get a different car, (as the pools of liquid my car left behind when I went anywhere, was starting to get to me). Heath said let me know what you need. I basically texted him and told him what I could afford and some extra bonuses (manual, CD player) Heath had a car picked for me that afternoon. Went in, drove it, loved it and In two days I had a far better car.
Every single human that I came in contact with at Stampede Toyota was professional, polite and NO ONE wasted my time.

Chin did an amazing job and she's so nice and great to talk to! Candice Anderson was a magician and somehow pulled a rabbit out of the hat in helping find the perfect vehicle at great price. When the game came down to finishing touches, Geoff Houghton came through in the clutch with all the extras every vehicle deserves. At this point, I was introduced to my new brother Gerome Gavieres. Like a true younger brother, Gerome showed me all the bells and whistles included in my new truck. Just when my experience seem too good to be true, Geoff came through with another home run. Geoff connected me with the best insurance rates imaginable, all while saving me more time by renewing my vehicle registration. It is always a pleasure to go to Stampede Toyota. I have been a customer since 1997. The customer service is great. I trust the advice I get and they do good work. I have tried other places, closer to my home, and it was sub-par in comparison so I returned to Stampede. My current vehicle has 280 km on it and I suspect I will make it to 400 km without a problem - between the great brand, the great service and the great workmanship on my vehicle it pays to buy and have your car serviced at Stampede Toyota.
