Looked at a RAV4 with Mingpan. I'm not ready to purchase yet, but Mingpan helped me all the same. He gave me all the info I was looking for and never felt any pressure in the process. I'll for sure come and see him when I am ready

Good friend went here to look at a new Tacoma and put a deposit under the impression he could change his mind, he decided he didn't want to go thru with the sale and these guys won't return his deposit. Saying it's non refundable... Clowns all stealerships are the same.

Brian I'm sure was probably wondering how somebody could be so stubborn, but certainly didn't ever let on and was fantastic to deal with. I purchased a new 2017 Rav4 just a year ago and at the time I was extremely happy with the purchase and the dealership. Presently I'm not all that impressed with my vehicle, especially the AC duct work. I'm suffering everyday as I drive my SUV with the constant disgusting smell emitting from the vents. I rarely use my AC (typical Alberta summers only go above 30 for maybe 2 weeks). This smell is musty and has been like this since last July '17. I asked Stampede what they could do and was told they don't that kind of service. They suggested buying AC cleaner from Auto Parts which I did, and used, but it only masked the smell for all of 2 days and now the awful smell is back again. Poor design. I'm sure I'm not the only vehicle owner who is pissed off as I am with this issue but the dealerships don't care because it's a cost they won't absorb because they say it's not a valid warranty claim. We are all left to suffer the consequences of breathing unhealthy air from the AC ventilation. This will be my last and only Toyota. Good riddance!!!
I went stampede Toyota with my friends last week looking for used cars , talked to Venus , she was very friendly , willing to explain all our targeted used cars, she was very patient because we have lots of questions , she tried her best to make us happy and pick the right car Finally we bought a 2012 Honda Civic with a very reasonable price. Venus was very helpful , highly recommended Venus and Stampede Toyota !

My wife and I recently purchased our first 2017 Toyota Sienna SE and the process was very pleasant. At the start, we were introduced to William Wong, who helped us out in picking the right vehicle for us. He initially showed us the various used certified vehicles that they have on the lot and test driving them and all. However, we ended up picking a new vehicle instead. Throughout the process, William was very patience with us. We did not feel pressured in making our decision, which made the experience enjoyable. He even went above and beyond by working as a middleman and getting us a good deal on the winter tires/rims package for the mini-van. Thanks for all your help William.

The employees are cordial and professional, but Toyota policy is profit-first, customer-second. There are other quality vehicles out there that offer better service and their employees are encouraged to exercise good judgment rather than follow mindless policy.
I wrote a letter to the head office years ago and the response preached of pride in a quality customer experience, as an organization, but that each dealer is independently owned and there are no real controls, checks or balances in place to ensure the dealerships are actually managed in line with the company's vision.
Basically put, the response was, "thanks for your letter, and there's nothing we can do about it. But we really value a quality customer experience - hope you believe us."
Two strikes is enough for me to learn my lesson. Toyota, you have lost a customer for life.
I got a good experience with Jerico from stampede Toyota when we bought our 2nd Car, Toyota corolla just February 2016. He was very knowledgeable in all the units and about the car with all honesty and sincerity. He helps me a lot during my first visit up to the delivery of my car. After 3 visits to the dealership complaining of noise from the wheel , problem was not solved. They found wheel bearing fault but when told that is a 3 year old car and it is under the warranty all the excuses started to pour. it is the tires, wheel alignment, exhaust noise etc. Bottom line their WARRANTY IS USELESS and they will do anything to divert the work and charge for things which are not related. Problem not solved and it is getting worse every day!!
Sadly, I will be retracting my 5 star comment on Stampede Toyota. I have a 2016 Toyota Carolla LE that has already developed an insane amount rust that I have no other option than to pay for at this time. My car has not even been paid off yet. The guy I spoke with at Toyota was rude when I had asked if it was covered under warranty, he laughed and said "no". Then the guy recommended a number for an autobody shop. I called the number provided to get an insane rant from a disgruntled past employee of how I never should have trusted Toyota. The guy nicely asked that I contact Toyota ask that they stop giving his number out.
I've now gotten estimates from a few auto body shops that have told me it was most likely a defect with the car to begin with as the rust started from under the metal on the wheel well. The car is 4 years and is under 80,000 driven.
After the purchase of your car this dealership lets the service go down hill - they are nice if you give them money. You can do better by shopping at other dealerships.
I was at Toyota Stampede with a friend on April 14th 2016 to buy my first new car, Toyota Rav 4 LE AWD 2016. Infact, I find the staff there very friendly. But I was so amazed at the high levels of customer service a particular Toyota staff, Justin Ngo exhibited towards me. He clearly understand my need and make sure I was happy and satisfied for the car I purchased. He is also very available and willing to assist even after the transactions. This is a Toyota Stampede staff I will high recommend to any person.
Bought May rav4 2019 here..2 months old July 30 2019..they change May winter tires..10-07-19..dropped may car 10:00 am they said 2-2:30 pm .to be done .. but what happened 5:20 pm..I ll pick may car waist time poor service playing people....because the car not priority because change tires only....hopefully in the long run maycar don t give me problem...I don t want to come back here..
0 stars: because of lack of empathy, lack of information, and lack of understanding, 4 stars: for being excellent at deceiving people, ignoring calls "DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT", "DO NOT give anything till you are 1000% sure" always remember a "sales person" is representing the dealership and not you! your interests are the least of his/her concern. A year ago we stepped into to look for a family vehicle and were only interested in browsing till we all as family decided which vehicle was suitable for "the family". So, we (me and my brothers) found a vehicle but we were not ready to finalize till the head of the house was around "my dad" so the salesman said no problem how about you do a deposit of 5000$ and I was like my credit limit is 3000 so will have to wait till my dad gets here. The sales man never mentioned that a deposit could be as low as 500$? and took 3000, so my dad got there liked the vehicle and we decided to "sign a contract". The car was suppose to be under his name, insurance was under his name etc. but I paid the deposit because i was talked into it "the vehicle maybe gone" etc. So we get home and find out some issue with insurance, and not as we had planned to had to back out, so I called immediately and said to hold the process and the finance manger said so held and we ended up canceling the contract. Now, I am not in touch with my family for various reasons, and can not afford a vehicle on my own, and "stampede Toyota" will not make a refund but has told me the credit can be applied to another purchase. So a broke student, with thousands in student loans and still in school is losing 3000$ to "stampede Toyota" . I didn't sign a contract, the car was not for me, we made it clear that the car was for my dad, so why was I talked into giving the deposit, my signatures are not on any of the contracts so they can ask my dad for the 3000? not me!! this dealership could embrace some empathy in this season of giving, and understand that those 3000$ is such a fraction in hundred-thousands they probably make in sales everyday, and that 3000 would make the difference for me in having a shelter and food for few months. this vehicle was suppose to be for my dad, I just got talked into giving my credit card information and a deposit but I never signed anything, it was my dad so if anyone has any guidance or word of advice please do share after reading my post. happy holidays.

A few months back we stopped into Stampede Toyota to check out a RAV4. Terry Kennedy was the lucky guy who got to help us. We spent over an hour with him, checking out all the features, going through the different models and actually having a fun time. Terry was very knowledgeable about the product, honest and super fun to deal with. We told him that we were waiting until the snow came to test drive the SUV and planned on test driving a few other SUVs. He didn't even flinch when we mentioned this, instead said he's rather us find the right vehicle for us, which was very refreshing. He kept in touch without being needy and as soon as we had 2 days of snow we made an appointment to visit Stampede Toyota again for another test drive. After the test drive we knew the RAV4 was for us. We went over the numbers and our trade. We received a fair trade value for our car and really didn't need to negotiate much which was a different experience for us, in past deals we've had to go back and fourth a millions times to get the price we want. Next we headed to the finance department to see Hieu. He was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable but kept the atmosphere light. A few days later we picked up our new RAV4. They had it waiting inside ready to go over all the features again and warranty. We drove away very happy with our purchase and blown away by the great customer service we received. I would highly recommend Stampede Toyota and Terry Kennedy.
I purchased a 2016 4Runner Trail Edition just recently and was very happy with the entire experience at Stampede Toyota. Just bought the 2017 Corolla SE UPGRADE package from Stampede Toyota. Really like the look of the vehicle in white exterior colour. Has been in the market for a long time and when I found that Toyota has put all those Advanced Safety Features including Lane Departure Alert with steering assist, Auto High Beam, Pre-Colission System with Pedestrain Detection, and Adpative Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, I just jumped into the car. The redesigned Corolla looks amazing and the service I got from Stampede Toyota is the best!

Best car buying experience we have had! We had been researching quite extensively so had narrowed down our choice. William was our salesperson and he is very pleasant, easy to work with and truly wants you to be happy with your vehicle. Both William and Adam (sales manager) are very transparent with pricing and you do feel good about the price you get. They are not pushy at all, but you still feel like they care about selling you what you want. We would highly recommend working with William especially if you want a preowned vehicle - they treat you just as if you bought your preowned vehicle brand new!
My Father and Mother had decided it was about time to get a new car. When they first walked in to Stampede Toyota they were just looking at all the different cars. Then a man named John Chow had noticed they were alone and had approached them. He had introduced himself to them and quickly became friends with both of them. They ended up getting a new car and the day the car was expected to come home with us i tagged along with them. John with a huge smile on his face told me how good of a car my parents picked out. In 2014 we previously purchased two cars with Stampede Toyota and had a good experience with one but the second experience was very poor. This year we decided to go back to Stampede Toyota and give them a chance to make up for the bad experience we had four years ago. They defiantly redeem themselves, all the staff from the front reception, sales, finance, and delivery staff all wanted to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted. Our Salesperson Heath Brown was concerned that we got exactly what we wanted and for the right price, he was easy to talk with and deal with. When we received our Rav4 everything was explained in detail on delivery and the financing was completed correctly and in a timely manner. I love driving my Rav4.
Got a great deal on a car friendly and helpful but when I had made the deal hand shake and paper work started and all but was bid up and understanding they need to make money but in my eyes it was sold already and I should of payed our original deal
We came in for a test drive as serious buyers but the entire experience was negative and we would not recommend anyone going to this Toyota.
First, we came in to test drive a limited hybrid as they said they did not have an xse to test drive. When we arrived, they let us test drive the lowest xle model and the sales person said the drive is the same for all the models so it's ok to test drive this instead. We took his word for it and was completely underwhelmed by the experience. The next day, sales person emails and tells us he has the sport xse model we wanted to test drive and can bring the vehicle to us, he also mentions that the drive is "completely different" and we would love it. Well that's a bit contradicting to what he said about the drive being exactly the same and previous communications about no xse being available to test drive but after he apologized two emails in a row, we thought fine, if he's dropping it off, might as well try it. He shows up 40 min late due to being lost and when he does, he says he has to return the car by a certain time or be locked out, which essentially left us with about 15min to test drive during rush hour. Oh yes, forgot to mention, he didn't bring the xse as promised, he brought the limited. We're really not happy with all the baiting and switching and lying at the end of the day.
I got into a car accident last month in a Mitsubishi and it was a write off. I looked at 3 different dealerships to find a new car that I could afford and had the most safety features possible. I walked out of Mitsubishi and Hyundai and went to Toyota. I fell in love with the 2020 Corolla LE and they made the transition as smooth as possible. They made it fit my budget and helped me get the best value while making me feel safe after my accident. Absolutely went above and beyond with their customer service. Most definitely going back after this experience.

I am so glad I walked in here to browse! I am a mobile RMT for LYSA Mobile Massage, I had a 4 door car and in January/February I was feeling the stress from driving on our winter roads. I came into look at a Rav 4, not sure if it was what I was looking for. Candice took me out on a test drive, and the rest is history. She was informative, very easy to talk with and she listened to what I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. The leasing department was fantastic to deal with as well, I worked with Dale, and he made it a breeze to complete the paperwork.

It has been a month since we purchased our RAV4 from Stampede and we are more than happy. We walked into Stampede looking for an SUV and we met Rubina, Geoff and Hugh, who showed a lot of patience with us as we had a million questions. We went back a couple of times and finally took the RAV4 for a drive on some really icy roads and we were impressed. All of the staff that we had the opportunity to deal with from reception, service, the Gentlemen freezing as he worked around the lot were great customer service representatives for Toyota and Stampede. We were confident that we had found the vehicle, staff and dealership that earned our investment. Even Phil who went over the delivery process was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Over all we were made to feel at home and our money wasn t the most important part of the transaction. Did I mention that we really like our RAV4?
