There was an issue with an airbag that has to be addressed to Toyota Canada & I contacted Stamped Toyota to help me to forward my concern email to Toyota Canada. Adam from Management promised me to forward my email to Toyota Canada to the right person & I sent him two email to Adam on June 3 & June 7 never got a reply for both emails. I was a customer of Stamped Toyota for 9 years b/se of this issue I am not a customer of Stamped Toyota anymore.

Brought in my IS250 to get serviced. If you don't need any of the fancy addons that Lexus provides it's much cheaper.
I was in and out in 40 mins, the wait area is nicely done with free wifi. I would recommend if you are looking for a quick oil change for a Lexus/Toyota vehicle

My wife made an appointment for me for an oil change. Was told come in at 10:30 am. My truck went into the shop at 1:30 PM. There were other customers who came in after me and had their service done before mine. Not very impressed, was going to look at upgrading to a newer truck but will be looking elsewhere if this is the service that's provided.

First thing foremost, i would like to thanks the whole team of toyota stampede who help us for the great deal that we have in our car. So here's my experience on the said establishment, By the way i'm Jake Christopher Bunuan, i was looking for the prices on the website and wondering what would be the interior design of the Rav4 XLE and just right on time something just pop up on my screen asking if i need some help, i forgot the name who chat me first but i'm assuming he is from the head office or head quarters, when he ask me if where is my location then he connect me immediately to the nearest branch where am i located. Then the name CASS WHINCUP, who is our Sale's Advisor answer all the questions that i have. One day when i got time to go on the said branch i go directly on the table where is Cass is seating, and ask again about the price on the Rav4 XLE which i saw online just to confirm it, then asking about the lowest interest rate that we can get. He ask me about how long am i connected to my bank already because as we all know the longer you are connected or should i mean the history of my statements on the bank there's a chance that i can get the lowest rate. Unfortunately, i just came here in canada last year so there's a disappointment on my part but Cass said bring your wife here so we could get her info and get a pre approval on the bank. So, me and my wife return to the said establishment and sign a pre approval form from Joshua Buchanan, after 24 hrs i called Cass asking if were approve already but he din't hear anything yet, then he ask Joshua after 30 mins when i call cass i got a message from joshua telling that were already approve. I told to Joshua that i will be getting the car on my off but unfortunately he was not around on that day so he pass the papers to Hieu Le that need to be sign. Another great person in the team who lend me one of the cars that they have so i could go to my appointment immediately and come back, to go with him to my wife's work place to get her signature on the paper works. At 4pm in the afternoon all of the paper works are done and the car is already set up and ready to go. Special thanks also to Adam Mcmillan who's the sale's Manager for the pre approval price before the bank. Until now Cass and Hieu helping and answering all the question that i need to know more about our car. We Ended getting up RAV4 SE AWD.

Excellent experience during our transitions and when taking care of the vehicle that was not a Toyota. Hats off to our salesman (William) and his manager Carl. Thanks to Hieu for his financial professionalism. Great experience overall with great service provided by William, Carl and Hieu. We are happy with our used Subaru purchased at this Toyoto dealership.

Well my truck was stolen and damaged while in their lot so I can t say this experience was very good at all. Mostly just extremely stressful. I didn t even get to get the servicing I was there for so I m not sure why this I ve been asked twice to write a review and am now without my truck for at least two weeks.

I have just purchased a Venza from Stampede Toyota in August 2016. The Sales staff, Mebs accompany me to test drive Camry and Camry Hybrid. Finally, I test drive a Venza and I found this vehicle suit my needs the most. I like its panoramic moon roof, 4 wheels drive system and wagon type vehicle. I appreciate Mebs to spend lots of time to test drive 3 vehicles and help me to choose the right one. In the process of negotiating price and discount, it go fast and I feel comfortable. In this respect, I give 5 star for the sales process and sales staff service.

About 10 days go, I went into Stampede Toyota to ask a few questions about my 2014 Toyota Tundra which I purchased on December 26, 2016. I arrived, and I waited approximately 20 minutes for an employee to approach me. No one came up to me, so I left because I had a prior commitment. On my way home, I called the dealership to talk about the problems I was having with my truck. He told me to come in, and I would explain everything then. A few days later, I drove back up to the dealership. I explained to the gentlemen, whom I was previously on the phone with, that the entertainment system in my Tundra kept freezing. I also noticed that the interior reading lights were constantly flickering while they were on. I ended up making an appointment for September 5th, 2017 at 9:30 am to fix everything with a mutual agreement that the repairs would be covered under warranty. I showed up for my appointment, and I signed something that stated that my Toyota Tundra was under warranty, and that I did not have to pay anything. After I signed the paperwork, I was told by the service rep that my car was no longer under warranty even though, to my understanding, I had just signed paperwork stating I would not have to pay for the repair. To add to this, when I first purchased my truck back in December, I was told many things that would be done to the truck to get it ready. To start, the Tundra did not come with a trunk cover, so I asked for one to be installed. It was installed, but the cover had hail damage on it. I informed the dealership about this last winter, and I still have yet to hear back from them about this particular subject. Furthermore, I also asked for the mats in the truck to be replaced because they were a little torn. The mats were never replaced. I continued using this dealership because I was treated well at the beginning, but once I purchased the vehicle, the quality of service immediately regressed. I will not be visiting Stampede Toyota again and recommend others do not as well. This is very likely my last Toyota.
