Love our 2019 highlander. Didn't buy it in Medicine Hat, but the XLE is amazing and you can buy it local.

People working in the garage for maintenance service and at the reception desk were amazingly friendly, kind and helpful with all my questions.

Just wish there was shuttle service and manicures available on the weekend!

I started shopping for my first new truck and stampede Toyota has been a great experience. Terry helped me find what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Once I decided I wanted my Tacoma. They made it happen. Painless and smooth. When I had a problem they explained it. My nephew who has bought several vehicles for several dealerships was so impressed even he's buying one now. once we started the buy they had everything ready and done so I had my truck in no time. If you get your vehicle serviced here make sure to do a thorough inspection on it before it leaves the lot. The first time they serviced my bran new toyota they slapped a mismatched hubcap on it the second time the stold my floor mats. They refused to accept any wrong doing. I was scammed. My bran new vehicle was in perfect shape i didnt need to spend $170 the first time and $200 the second time just for them to "check" the vehicle. I ended up loosing parts feeling like a fool. They acted like I was lying when I brought up the missing parts. Stay away from these guys they don't care about customers.

I went to Stampede toyota originally to find myself a car. I was helped by Umair Latif, a very friendly and active sales representative. He was very knowledgeable about various toyota branded vehicles and kept a professional front at all times. I would encourage everyone to try this dealership out as a first option.

Even though the service manager completely ignored the issue I had with my vehicle, I was completely surprised to hear from one of the sales managers. Adam Boyd, the sales manager, made no promises but within week's time, I got my vehicle back from the paint shop and the rust spots on the lift gate are gone........good as new! I recently bought a car from Stampede Toyota and I was hosted by George Kouyoumijian, what a great service... very clear detailed information, honest and professional. It's not my first Toyota and won't be my last, THE BEST.

When I buy anything from basic necessities to a major expenditure, I always think of PRICE WITHOUT COMPROMISING QUALITY. And most of the time, I'm after how the supplier/seller treated me. At STAMPEDE TOYOTA you will run out of the BEST MODIFIERS you can attach to their INCOMPARABLE SERVICE. I'm very satisfied with the 2016 Toyota Corolla S I bought last May 28, 2016. If prospective buyers will ask me to recommend which dealer to recommend, there is only one dependable partner, STAMPEDE TOYOTA. Their team is perfect in the aspect of customer service.

Good dealership with good team and customer services! It's was not my first vehicle with these guys, and it won't be the last.

Rubina (sales) and Adam (manager) assisted me this time. They don't just focus on profit, so talk to them, they are willing to work with you. They were able to lower my monthly payment for $70, when I changed my old truck to a new one.

On a side note: new Tacoma (2017) has more features, than the previous model. It feels more like an actual truck now. If you think switching, I'd recommend it.

Good service and prices! It's not as fancy as CHToyota but prices are similar or slightly lower.

We had a very positive experience with purchasing our Highlander from Stampede. As we live out of town, our initial dealings with Nathan via email were great...got back to us quickly, very thorough in his answers and details about our purchase, and found us our first choice in the model & colour we were after.
On our first visit to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by the gals at the desk and then met Nathan briefly before dealing with Brett to discuss the details. Again, professional, friendly and thorough, filled us in on all the details about options and extended warranty and got all our paperwork sorted.
We returned a few weeks later to pick up our Highlander and after a quick finalizing of payments with Brett we were introduced to Paul, who was fantastic and gave us a thorough overview of our new car. Thanks for a great experience!

I had my car serviced at Stampede Toyota. The building was clean and nice looking. The service performed seems fine (was just a tire and oil change though).

My issue is the service advisor who checked me in. I'm not sure why but she was really short and snippy with me. She said they had no shuttles there and seemed very annoyed we were taking up her time asking, so my daughter and I ended up walking to the mall for 40 minutes in the rain to kill a few hours. I talked to the service manager after we came back and while he was professional, he just shrugged and said the advisor gets rave reviews from everyone else. I'm not sure why I got singled out for bad service but I'll choose a different dealer next time I guess...

Went in to change my car breaks and regular maintenance. Was charged around 900 for changing all the break pads and rotors and around 300 for regular maintenance on my rav4.

Asked if they could fix my back license plate as I used the plastic nails and they got stuck due to rust. They wanted to charge me 120 dollar to remove the nail when I already am paying 1200 for breaks and maintenance. I usually go to my personal auto repair ship for maintenance and they fix up small stuff like this for me for free.

It feels like I am getting charged for every little thing at a ridiculous price. I live in the NW and personally went out of my way to this dealership to get maintenance done but it seems like I won't be coming back anymore.

After having a bad experience at another Toyota dealership, I went to Stampede Toyota. I was treated awesome! My salesperson, Vincent was so great. He knew I was upset about what had previously happened and was able to calm my fears down. On the first visit I met everyone that would be involved in the sale of my 2015 Yaris. I never at any time was overwhelmed or felt taken advantage of. The receptionist greets everyone that walks in the doors with such a huge smile! Nice to be dealing with a friendly dealership!! I took my 4Runner second time for oil change and was told it need complete check up and lube for extra $s. I requested for Car wash as well. At afternoon I was told it needs tire rotation and rotter grinding for extra $s which I declined. When I went to pick up, I noticed a 6-8 inch scratch line on the left front side and reported to Service guy. I took my vehicle back next day for a look and later i was informed about another small dent it had about which i did not questioned, for scratch line he said he will find out from video they have, so far no information. Just for Oil Change I gave away more than 300 dollars. I could have get that service done with extras at Hundye at Country Hills Blvd. for $29.99 which at 1/4 distance only from my place. I will not take my vehicle back to Stampede Toyota again.

0000 stars for the service . Booked appointment for Thursday at8:30 early in the morning cause need to go for work after that.booked in advance for tire change 3-4 days ahead of time but when I arrive I have to wait for 45mins to find out that the trie aren t there at the shop so, they can t even do anything on that day . I end up feel very upset and grumpy all day cause I get not thing done for what I needed for .

I brought my 2006 4 runner in for maintenance last week. This was one of the worst mechanical experiences I have ever had, and I will not be returning. This location is close to my office so I thought it would be convenient to drop off my 4 runner then take the shuttle to work. This part was fine, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was the rest that was wasn't so good.
I received no communication about my vehicle all day. I even went to the shop my self in the middle of the day to check on progress, but nobody was able to help me. I then got a call at the very end of the day saying it was done, and the van showed up to pick me up. When I went in, there was a list of things identified as needing service, a lot of which were under $50, wipers, burnt out bulbs, ect, but when I asked they said I would need to leave it with them another full day to get this done. The bigger issues, the ones I brought it to get checked, were identified but when I asked for details, like how much or how long, nobody could answer. Begs the question "what was the point?"
Basically I spend $222 getting an oil change. I could have taken it to Mr Lube for $60 got the same thing, and they would have changed my wipers and replaced the burnt out bulb without me having to bring it back and leave it another day.

Recently just purchased a car from this location and I couldn't have had a better experience. Jerico was my sales advisor and he did an amazing job of accommodating my needs! Terry as well was very good at explaining the car and helping close the sale! Thanks guys I would definitely come back again.

If there is less than one star I would have put it! Oil change took more than 2 hrs with appointment! Its not the shop its the desk people they are slower than a turtle , paper work took 1 hour , would never recommend

Had maintenance service at dealership after 2 weeks engine shine appears on my dashboard went to check what s the problem they told me they have to diagnose the problem.For 10 minuets of diagnose/labour I paid $160. After that I went to another dealership they did diagnose and charge me for parts n labour only which I save almost half of the price they were asking for.not happy at all definitely not going to get any of my service done.its not about the money it s about trust to those people who don t have much experience on vehicles maintenance.sad part is we just have to trust them whatever they says....

Hats off to Don Eam! We had been looking for a tundra platinum for few months. Those trucks are hard to find in BC! After we finalized the price over the phone, we instantly booked our flight to Calgary. We have never done this, but it was worth flying there! Can we please talk about how low the prices are here for maintenance on a car. They only charge 60 bucks for an oil change unlike another dealership I contact who said it was 90. Best prices in this dealership!!!!

Everything was great. My service was done in the time they said it would be, service was professional and the waiting area was very nice. Just one thing - I was a little surprised that they didn t wash my car. I have had this done at other dealerships and had expected that it would be done. Not a big thing, I ve just always thought it was a simple nice touch.
