I had the most terrible car buying experience in my life. Confirmed the delivery appointment multiple times, in person, by email, by phone. And I show up to the meeting/appointment, they told me they don't have it scheduled. I waited for about an hour as they said they will try to locate him and/or another substitute, and finally another person came. The car was messy. No 3M guard was installed and nothing was done to the car and it was not ready to be picked up. All they said was sorry and the manager said they will make it right....but how? Very unprofessional dealership, subpar service, I found my salesperson a bit rude and too proud, throwing keys down on the desk and etc. These people do not respect other people's time, effort, money, and as a person.

Apparently, the owner of the dealership also owns two other Lexus dealerships in Calgary. I recommended my friends to shop for different cars and forget Lexus, and since then I successfully convinced a friend to buy a different brand as he was looking into Lexus. I hate Audi as a car, but now I am thinking I will even give Audi a try next time I am out for car shopping, which I will once I get an additional parking spot. Definitely will NOT come back to this place, nor will I be shopping for Lexus in Calgary.
