My experience with North Hill Mazda was amazing. Alex, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful throughout the entire experience. Buying a new vehicle was NOT filled with questions and uncertainty but rather excitement and honesty. I highly recommend using North Hill Mazda as your dealership when you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Go see Alex Montiel, he's the best!

I have been taking my Mazda vehicles to this deale...

I have been taking my Mazda vehicles to this dealership for years. Last week was the last time. I brought my new vehicle in for its first oil change, when I went back and paid for it, I got into my vehicle and the windshield was cracked from top to bottom. I went back into the dealership where I was told I would need to speak with a service manager the next day (I was also informed he would be on at 730 am). I left angry and returned to the dealership at 730 am to find out the service manager was in fact not in the store. What I got instead was the general manager. After pulling out a pen from his pocket to track the massive crack in my windshield he looked at me and told me it was my fault because I must have had a rock chip. He claimed when they hoisted the vehicle up on their machine the chip must have ruptured into a massive crack. He refused to do anything for me other then blame me. Comically they also left a note in my vehicle saying "thank you for allowing us to service your vehicle", yet all I got was a massive crack in my windshield. I have since contacted Mazda's head office, let's see if I hear back.

Needless to say I wont be returning to the north hill Mazda location

I paid, in the ballpark of $1,500.00, for undercoating when I bought my Mazda, find out two years later that they never installed it. Mazda offers to install the undercoating, provide an oil change and offer me a rental at no cost. I drop my car off the first time, no rental car available, have to reschedule.

Second attempt at my appointment, I decide to call the day before to make sure there is a rental waiting for me. I am ensured, by Mazda staff, that there is a rental available. Show up to drop my car off, no rental available and I am given the cost for my oil change. Because of Mazda s lack of communication with frontline staff and tardiness I now have to rearrange my entire day and cancel prior arrangements to make sure I work around Mazda s schedule and incompetence.

I will give recognition to the girl at the service desk who was able to arrange a rental car through a third party renral company for me.

I am not upset that Mazda did not install my undercoating, they made a mistake and have shown to provide the product that I paid for in the end. It is there approach to providing their service that has been absolutely below satisfactory. I should not have to rearrange my schedule to meet your mistakes.

Long story short: compare to the different Mazda dealer (the first one I went too), it was nothing compared to North Hill.
I am a first time buyer and I am very pleased with how everything went! I bought a Mazda 3 from Wilson and I absolutely love my new car. There was no pressure at all. Not only was he patient, but he was also very willing to do his best to get the best possible pricing and deals for me! Everyone, including my financial manager Danielle was nice and wonderful! Along with Lindsey who's doing follow ups with info! If I was to buy another car from Mazda, I would definitely come back to North Hill.

Have had my car serviced there twice and the staff has all gone above and beyond in their customer service, especially Sean M in the service department. They went through a comprehensive report card for my entire car and accurately quoted the cost and time. Only thing I missed this time was the complimentary car wash they added as a bonus last time! Thanks again.

Prompt courteous service, knowledgeable responses to our questions, thorough explanation of vehicle's features, consistency in responses; very good demonstration of vehicle during road test. Honestly, I was not even going to go to North Hill Mazda and if we would have received similar service at previous dealerships we'd probably be driving a different vehicle! D. Hofmann's service made the difference with completing a deal.

A really good dealership. I just bought a 2017 Mazda 3 Sport after cross shopping Civic, Elantra Gt, Niro, Prius, Fit. The sales team was no-pressure (thx David), the financial piece was piece of cake, and pickup was hassle-free. They really seem to like their cars here - from the technicians to the front floor staff. People working here seem content - perhaps a side-benefit to working in a smaller inner-city dealership. I would definitely choose this dealership again as they have been consistently excellent since I bought my first car from them in 1989 ( a mazda glc). Kudos~

My wife and I just purchased our second vehicle from this dealership last week. We went back because of the excellent service we received the first time from David Sosa, Lindsey Allen and all the staff at North Hill Mazda. Subsequently we have been bringing our first purchase (2016 Mazda CX-5) for service to North Hill Mazda too. As in the first time, David Sosa's dedication and service was outstanding, his knowledge and the time he takes to make sure you are fully satisfied is amazing. Also, Lindsey Allen's attention to detail, help throughout the process and her follow up is incredible. The addition of Eric in the sales process is a very welcome addition. Thank you very much to you guys for taking care of our needs and interests while purchasing the vehicle and after that. It has been a great three years of a relationship where you make us feel like Family...

I bought a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from North Hill Mazda, I could not recommend them enough. The entire experience was great. I would have never known the true potential of the Mazda CX-5 had Marek not shown me what it was capable of. The entire staff was awesome, from top to bottom, the experience was pain free and I feel as though they helped me get into the vehicle that was right for me. North Hill Mazda provided me with some of the best customer service I ve experienced to date! I felt extraordinarily taken care of and I really appreciated not only the level of detailed professionalism, but also the level of care and respect that was provided for me when working around my financial needs and budget. Working with Marek provided an excellent experience through his genuine personality and his heartfelt willingness to be of true service. A rare gift! And the sales manager, Sylvain, was hilarious, forthright, and just plain fun to be around which makes any experience more sincere and enjoyable. I brought an old Mazda in for servicing (which I had bought used 9 years ago) and the service department let me know that the rust in the rear end was so bad it was becoming unsafe for highway driving. There was no question - I loved that Mazda (Protege 5) and wanted another one. Of course, I did my research and discovered that the new (2015) Mazda 3 was still highly rated for performance, service and safety. So thanks to Anna Lynne (service), David Sosza (sales) and Lindsey and Danielle (Finance) I now have a new car and so far I am thrilled (except the new car smell - phew! I had no idea).

I have always found the North Hill service personnel to be very friendly, efficient and helpful, as this is the third Mazda I have owned over about 30 years! This time around, I am grateful for the extra effort that David put into finding the right car (and colour, haha) for me!

I look forward to working with the North Hill Mazda team for continued excellent service now that I have my FIRST EVER new car!!! (MAZDA3 GS Hatchback)

We had a fantastic experience buying our new car from North Hill Mazda. We had seen the Mazda CX-5 on the roads, and thought it was a nice looking vehicle. When we showed up at the dealership we were warmly greeted by Marek, who introduced us to the car. He took time to explain all the features of the vehicle, and highlighted the ones that he thought would be most important to us.

We test drove the vehicle, and were instantly impressed by the way this handled on the road. In my eyes, it was at the top of my list...I just had to convince my husband.

Marek and I kept in contact through text message, while we did our due diligence to compare other vehicles. I never felt like I was being pressured, I just felt that Marek was just 'there' for us when we needed to ask questions, as we were becoming more educated in buying a car.

When we did decide to pull the trigger on the Mazda, Marek was an incredible resource. He did everything he could to match us to the perfect vehicle package.

Danielle helped us through all the paperwork, and although seemingly a boring task...her animated personality, actually made it a pleasure.

Great experience overall, Rob you have a great team, and a very happy customer.

We love our new Mazda (zoom zoom zoom).

I wish I had purchased my first Mazda from North H...

I wish I had purchased my first Mazda from North Hill years ago. I purchased a used Mazda 3 about 5 years ago from a different dealership and just purchased a new Mazda CX-9 GT from North Hill Mazda 2 weeks ago. What a difference! The new CX-9 can pretty much sell itself with the value that you get at the price but the biggest difference was the entire purchasing experience.

Everyone who we came in contact with from the moment we walked into the dealership to the moment we got our keys was a pleasure to deal with. David in particular who is the sales manager was especially thoughtful and caring for our needs when showing us the vehicle and he would answer all of our questions with genuine honesty and was very transparent with pricing and exactly what we were getting. He really did his best to make us feel like family.

To be honest there was some minor email communication setbacks that delayed us from getting delivery of the vehicle on the day that we wanted, but Rena was great and still very professional and helpful with that situation.

Eric, even though he was not the delivery personnel, he did a great job of explaining all of the great features in our car and very attentive to the details of the cleaning.

On a side note, the Mazda Mobile Start feature that we got for our car is not working yet even though I set it up properly on my iPhone. I will have to contact the North Hill about this but I am not too worried about that.

All in all it was a very pleasurable buying experience and I would definitely recommend North Hill Mazda to everyone.

We had an excellent experience at North Hill Mazda as first time buyers. The people were very friendly and the service was great! I really don't have anything bad to say about it. We also got a trip to Vegas for buying our car so that was an excellent plus.

Wow.. Who knew? I have been looking to change my car for a couple of months and was exhausted of talking to all the stereo typical car guys... I went to North Hill Mazda and met the best team of people, they were helpful, listened and provided my wife and I exceptional service! The staff and managers at the other Mazda stores in the city could learn a lot from these guys! We LOVE our new 2014 Mazda 3!

Not a great service. I have been using them over l...

Not a great service. I have been using them over last couple of years but found then unprofessional and have doubts actually that service work is even performed at all. Most recent service indicated them checking all the fluids but when I was topping up my windshield washer fluid recently (week after the service) I noticed that coolant is actually below minimum mark.
They recommended changing front breaks on my vehicle 20k km ago and since then breaks pads according to service record magically increased in thickness I sought second opinion and my breaks are still good for another 8k km.

Will not be coming back, sorry... I guess I will so they actually check my vehicle fluids and top it up.. something I was already charged for.. Disappointing

North Hill is a smaller dealership that gave me a cozy, homey vibe. Every staff I met greeted me like I was part of their family, which was very comforting. I had the pleasure of having Oleksii bring me on a couple test drives, the first with the Mazda 3 Sport AWD, and the second with the CX-5 Turbo. Not only did he know his products well, he was great to talk to, and even stayed after closing, because there was a bit of a wait for the CX-5, just to ensure that I got the satisfaction of test driving it.
I also had the privilege of being referred to David Sosa by a friend, and I have never met a more honest sales manager who upholds as much integrity as him. He was very fun to talk to and really bent over backwards to exceed my expectations. This is a guy that genuinely cares about and looks after his customers. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and my experience with them, I highly recommend this dealership!

I didn t buy my CX-5 at North Hill Mazda but I go there for my oil changes and warranty service because it s quite close to downtown.

So far all my visits have been great and the service staff have been pleasant to interact with. None of issues I ve brought up required a second visit to fix which is great in my book.

My 2014 Cx-5 didn t have any issues in the 92k kms I owned it. I m hoping the 2017 CX5 will be the same but if anything goes wrong I know I can rely on North Hill Mazda to fix it.

It was my first time buying a car and I had an appointment with David Sosa. He understood my needs and never pushed any other car than the 2016 CX-5. He is honest and helps me stay within my budget in financing the car. The staff are accommodating and nice. I would totally recommend North Hill Mazda to my friends who would either buy a new or used car. Finance Manager Danielle was enthusiastic and made everything easy. She explained Mazda's warranties and car protection excellently. I was approved in less than 25 minutes! Thank you North Hill Mazda for a great experience!

We (my wife and me) recently visited North Hill Mazda and had a very positive experience, primarily with our salesman David Sosa whose card describes him as a "professional product advisor". He was that and more. He enthusiastically reviewed all aspects of the vehicle that we were looking at, made sure that all our questions were answered in detail, and had us drive the car in such a way to demonstrate its various advantages (technology packages, hills up and down, responses to rough roads, electronic safety attributes). For anyone considering purchase of a Mazda, we can readily give him our highest recommendation (without qualification). He's a careful and competent sales person, and is also a nice guy to deal with!

All the technicians who have worked on my Mazda 5 over the past 4 years have done a great job of diagnosing the problems and fixing them. The service agents and parts advisors are very knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend this North Hill Mazda dealership to anyone who owns a Mazda because of the excellent service and maintenance that I have received for my Mazda 5.

As newcomers, she new what was important for us, and what things to take in consideration, and compared with our visits to other companies, as a seller she was never pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. Best staff at any dealership that me and my family have dealt with. A special thanks to David Sosa, Adam McDow, Chantelle Mudd, and Lindsey Allen. Thanks to each of these individuals the whole process was made easy and an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere at North Hill Mazda is unlike any other dealership. It feels homey and you can tell that the staff get along with each other and care deeply and truly for their customers. If you need a new car, you can't go wrong here. I am always very pleased with the service at North Hill Mazda. In fact, the quality service was a large part of the reason I recently purchased my second Mazda from them (in addition to the great salesperson I worked with both times). This was my first visit with my new vehicle and I was very satisfied with the time they took to check out all of the essential components, even though I had not noticed any problems. The staff was also very patient in answering questions about how to operate a few things and one even took the time to come out to the car to demonstrate something. Thank you!

Took my mazda3 for an oil change, summer tire swap and for detailing. All done very well. Car looks like new after the silver package. Friendly staff were fast to answer any calls and to let us know when the car was ready. Convenient location just north of downtown, with a shuttle to downtown when we needed it. I'll definitely be coming back for all my service needs and when I convince my wife on getting a new car.

After driving for a couple of weeks i noticed the brakes had some shaking and when i contacted them they had no problem resolving the issue. I brought my car in to get serviced last week for which I had an appointment booked three weeks in advance. I had advised them that I would be waiting for my car while it got serviced since they had given me an ETA of 60-90 minutes for the entire service to be performed (oil change, tire rotation and high level inspection which equates to a minor service).

After a 90 minute wait time I decided to follow up on the status of my vehicle and to my surprise I was advised that my car could not be serviced as it was too low to fit on their hoist and they did not want to risk damaging the ground effects on my vehicle.

While I appreciate them not wanting to damage the car, I find it completely unacceptable that it took them 90 minutes to figure this out. When I expressed my concern the service manager responded with a half baked explanation that they were trying to exhaust all their options. Reality was that I had noted while I was waiting upstairs in their lounge that they hadn't even touched my car well over 60 minutes into the allotted time AFTER my appointment was booked.

Their disregard for their customers time, lack of customer service and disingenuous response will ensure that I will never be back at this location and I will be sharing my experience with friends and family who own Mazda vehicles. I took the car to Kramer Mazda who were able to book me in for the next day, had the appropriate hoist to accommodate my lowered vehicle and most importantly had me in and out as promised.

ABsolutely amazing services all round.. I had horrible experience at Kramer mazda, to the point where i almost sold my car, but i gave one last mazda shop a chance, and im happy i did! The fact i drive all the way from new brighton to get my car serviced and worked on, while kramer mazda is only a few minute drive, says a lot..

Daniel the service manage is the definition of customer service. He even went running across the street to get my keys cut in order to help out with a servicing because the dealership was closing.

Allen the parts manager is extremely knowledgeable as well helpful.

I bought my new 2016 a Mazda CX-5 from Northhill. From the minute I walked in I could tell this was an excellent dealership that the customer comes first. From the test drive which was more than the usual 10 minutes at some other dealers, I test drove for 30 minutes which allowed me to get a good feeling for the car. The negotiation process on the price was not a stressful feeling and we settled on a price that was fair and within my budget. The finance, warranty, delivery were all presented in detail and always open to any questions I had. Thank you Donna, Danielle, Lindsay, Rob, Sylvain for an excellent experience in buying my new Mazda. Loving the new Mazda Zoom Zoom :)

I recently purchased CX3 from Northhill mazda. This is my first car and i am very confused but ,the product advisor Pablo patiently explained all the details and gave me a good deal.
Finance manager Danielle is very enthusiastic in answering every question i had and also tried hard to get me approved for the financing. Delivery Coordinator Lindsey did a great job explaining every feature available in the car.

I am loyal customer from Kramer Mazda for many years. My mazda broke down closed to Noth hill and decided taking to North Hill Mazda. What a surprise! Sean not only took a good care of my vehicle and explained every line on my invoice how they charged, he even went beyond! He advised me how to take care of my battery. I'm not a car person, so he helped me a lot. He is the best advisor I have dealt with. Also, the quote he gave me was very reasonable since I had done some research after he told me what needed to be done.
Good job Sean and technicians who took care of my car! I will definitely do the survey.

I also checked to see what it would look like to trade my Mazda for another vehicle and the service was amazing! I didn t feel any pressure and everything was laid out clear.

The way they treated my son was unbelievable. Never returning his phone calls the finances department was so slow, over a week to get him approved . Miss leading him the whole way through and down right lying to him Needless to say his first time car buying experience was less than exciting.
Don't get me wrong they were as friendly as could be when he first walked through the door
But after they took his $800 deposit it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer from those people . And then when we threatened to cancel the deal they became as sweet as pie again they were willing to bend over backwards to make him happy. And then just before he was ready to go down and pick up the car, because they said it was gonna be ready to pick up finally that night ,the snake of a sales manager sent my son a email telling him the deal was off
No other explanation was given , we think they went and sold the car to someone else for more money. So never believe a word they tell you they are the true meaning of shady used car salesmen. Now off we go to pick up his new Mazda from Stony Trail Mazda where he truly was treated like a King

Donna and the team at North Hill Mazda were absolutely amazing to deal with! They were very supportive and not pushy at all. I have had my Mazda CX-5 for just over a month and out of nowhere, I started having electrical problems. I'm still not sure what i s wrong with my CX-5 but I can say that even though I had my vehicle towed to another dealership, when I called Donna for support as the other location was not supportive - she did not hesitate to make calls, include the manager and call me back to check and make sure I had been taken care of.

Don't just choose to buy a Mazda, choose to buy from someone who truly cares about you and I don't doubt you will find that with Donna and the other staff at Mazda Canada.

Excellent service at North Hill Mazda. Employees are very friendly, very nice and take very good of care of the cars. My car had a problem with the backup camera and they took 2 tries to resolve it. They did not question me or patronize me when they weren't able to replicate the issue. The shuttle service dropped me off at Dalhousie station and picked me up too. Truly excellent service.

I would highly recommend this dealership; they were friendly, approachable and most importantly Ashley Coe (the sales person that helped me) was good at listening to what I did and didn't want and then provided information about all the the options that fit within what I was looking for. He was helpful, patient and did not use high pressure sales tactics and I felt he was really just working hard to find me the right vehicle and not just upselling me.

Went this location to solve a key fob problem. They wanted to charge over $100 to just look at it. This is the first time the key fob battery has died, so we didn't know that we had to do a sequence after changing the battery. We nearly paid them over $100 to get a $5 battery. Neither of the employees that "helped" us thought of mentioning that. All they could say was they would have to have a technician take a look at it. Seems to me that either they are not professional, know nothing about their cars, or just want to rip off people blind.
