Stampede Toyota is the only place I will bring our family's Toyota Highlander for service and maintenance. They're very fair in their pricing. Their service department **definitely** raises the bar when it comes to customer satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

To be honest, I bought a used vehicle from Stampede Toyota about 13 or 14 years ago - before they moved into their current digs. Based on that experience, I swore I would never go back. That said, I did go back and I'm glad I did. I can't say one bad thing about the experience - the salesperson was great (ask for Terry if you go in), the sales managers were friendly and approachable - everyone was laid back and had a good sense of humour but also knew their stuff. Another Toyota dealership I visited initially left me feeling like I was just another sale - very high pressure and I hate that. At Stampede, I always felt like I was getting straight answers and being treated fairly....and no pressure!! When I need another Toyota, I'll be going straight back - no wasting time with other dealerships.

I always have great and personal service at this location. You get taken care of with Stampede Toyota and when I leave I don't feel like I was robbed. Lol

Probably one of the easiest quickest interactions ive ever had during thr buying process and it shows. I ended up buying a rav 4 xse with a totoal of maybe an hour in the dealership (I cant beleive they managed to get one)

I went to this dealership looking for a used car and Alexis helped me to find a beautiful corolla 2003. Alex was really helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.. Also, everytime I am going to Stampede Toyota to get my oil changed, I always have a chat with him and he is really friendly. He ask me about the car and life in general.. the after sale service is indeed amazing.

Very disappointed with the service provided from the service department. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and experienced very bad customer service from the frontline staff. The person who assisted me did not greet me. I told him I was there for an oil change appointment and he just spoke three lines to me "phone number" "keys" "sign" (while writing "x" on the portions I needed to sign.) These are exact words and exact order he spoke to me - as minimal as possible. Once I signed, I told him I was going to wait around here, and took a seat. During the time I was waiting, I definitely noticed that he seemed to talk and joke around with the staff. So it seems he's not interested with customer care. After waiting for over one hour (dropped off at 11:30), the time was 12:41, I walked over and asked if my vehicle was ready. It turns out it was, it was very disrepectful that I was the only customer sitting there, in line of sight and was not informed. Then I even noticed that the invoice was done up at 1210. So thank you for making me wait for an unnecessary amount of time. The staff on the service end lacked communication or any effort .I was not impressed with the way the deal with their customers.

I do not trust this Toyota dealership to give me an honest evaluation of my vehicle s maintenance. Thumbs down. Won t be going back.

Stay away from their services. They charge double than the other auto repair shop with less quality. Not a honest business. Should never have your car pull or bring to them. Stay as far away from their place as possible.

called for an appointment for an oil change and right after that I got a call back to change appointment time due to a recall for airbags and they needed more time for appointment.....ok, no problem there ....got an appointment for 10:30 am and was asked if I needed a ride back with the shuttle and I said yes. Got a call around 3:30 for pick up from the Shuttle guy. Got picked up plus 5 more people got picked up. Got to dealership and my car wasn't ready and was told about another hour and was also told that other stuff needed done on my car. My car was ready just before 6pm???.
1- never did receive a letter regarding an airbag recall? (apparently it had been ongoing for a long time) per guy at service desk.
2- when I got in to my car I noticed the steering wheel cover was all stretched out and couldn't be used anymore.?
3- time on the clock had been changed? not really a big deal but still !
4- also found oils slides on the driver's side door {4}
5- dirty dash and no car wash which I usually get!
Never had this kind of issues before.

When looking for a vehicle they were nice and helpful, obviously they want the business, but once I purchased a vehicle from them it went down hill. Not quite two weeks after purchasing my vehicle the engine light came on. I asked them to take a looking thinking it should be under some sort of warranty since they claimed to do a full inspection before selling. After numerous phone calls and attempts to get them to even diagnose the issue they continued to deflect and eventually ignore me causing me to have to take my vehicle elsewhere to be looked at costing hundreds of dollars on top of what I had just paid to purchase.

Health Brown helped us purchase fantastic new RAV4. We had been looking for a vehicle for a long time and finally found the perfect one at Stampede Toyota. We were very pleased with the professional service we received from Heath. James in Finance was also great and helped us through that process very easily. I would do business with Stampede Toyota in the future and plan to have my vehicle serviced there as well.

Dealing with Alexis, Adam, Sal, and Paul (sounds like the name of a folk music group from the Sixties) was a great pleasure. Very professional, never pushy. Made it seem almost fun to spend a big wad of dough. And I got a beautiful car!

Their customer service manager is HORRIBLE, he's rude and very unprofessional.
Long story short, my friend and i were in for a repair and were very unhappy, when they were arguing i decided to say my point in it as well, but i was told to "keep quite, i am not talking to you".

i'm sorry but no matter what the situation is, you don't talk to a customer like that. I was myself looking for a new FR-S from Stampede Toyota with a VERY NICE sales rep. Didn't buy it because i ended up buying a Mustang GT500. But only to make a statement, I actually did buy the FR-S the very next day from a different dealership. I cant stress this enough, i felt VERY insulted by this manager. Insulted enough to buy a car i don't need.
My relatives were looking for a 4Runner, no way am i sending them to stampede now. They lost a lot of business in the past 24 hours.

The sales Manager here needs to be fired immediately, learn some manners and then come back.

Don't take it in for service at this location EVER.

Always a pleasant experience to be at Stampede Toyota. Went there for service maintenance for my Corolla. Received a very good service and they're very helpful with my other inquiries. Will come back again

Overall the service appointment for all my driveline fluid change went well. I appreciate the loaner car at only $15/day which eased the wait time. Reason i gave 3 stars out of 5 is based on Trent s lack of enthousiasme and by not being helpful. I explained that i had the tpms light that came on again when putting my stock wheels back on the Tacoma and asked if he could sync them as they tend not to be recognized after being off for 6 Months. This happens every time I switch to Winter wheels/tires * And No i don t have tpms in my summer wheels. My regular dealership i go to really don t put up a big fuzz about it and they just do it N/C as it takes 2minutes. Trent insisted that I would have to pay $70 for this... I simply drove a few blocks away to Limitless Tires where i get my company fleet trucks serviced and they did n/c in less that 2 minutes. I then got these guys coffee & donuts because they understand what is customer service about. Also while my vehicle was being serviced i received a call from Trent saying it needs to have the brake fluid flushed/replaced, i asked if the tech noticed it and answered that it was dirty. I then mentioned that i did this myself literally last week and all fluids are fresh. Trent then changed his story that he could not see this in my service records and it s why he was up selling me on it...that was a bit shady Imo.

All that said, i owned 4 Tacoma so far and will be looking at a new truck next year, unfortunately i think Stampede Toyota missed the mark to acquire me as a future customer. Don t try to make a quick buck or lure a customer in services they don t need and then you will have returning potential buyers.

Stampede Toyota sent me a letter to trade my 2005 Corolla with $1500 voucher & a promise of a free Ipad mini.
I went in immediately & Rubina Malik helped me pick out a 2016 Corolla manual transmission.
It's been an awesome upgrade & the whole process was quite smooth.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Matrix from Toyota Stampede on Tuesday, July 11th.

When I initially showed interest in the listing, My salesman, William Wong came after my shift and picked me up my from my work downtown. He suffered through the rush hour traffic, with no guarantee that I was to buy the vehicle! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?

William was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and went above and beyond to help me! I fell in love with the vehicle, and he drove me home in his personal vehicle after viewing the vehicle. He stayed past his shift time and everything! Like, what dealership does that?

A few days later when I went to pick up the vehicle, while I was waiting I got a manicure free of charge. The woman there was extremely pleasant, and there was never a awkward moment. She had the nicest smile and is extremely good at her job. Thank you! I love my nails!

A piece was broken/missing from my gas cap, William and Paul (The service person there) ordered the piece right away and notified me that I would have to bring my vehicle in for a quick repair a week from that time. A week later once the part came in, William ONCE AGAIN picked me up after work when my vehicle was ready and dropped me off at the dealership to pick up my repaired vehicle.

Even though they're farther away from my home then I would like, I will continue to go to this dealership. They have shown just how much they care! You have earned my business!

Just took my 2018 RAV4 for its first service at 8000 kms. The experience was excellent from booking my appointment, dropping the car off, and getting it back. The staff bend over backwards to ensure everything is to your liking. It did not take long at all for them to check everything and rotate my tires!
I dropped off the car, had a water in the lounge, walked around the dealership to see what's new, did you know they can give your car a wrap? It looks so cool, looks like matte paint! Theres a Tacoma in the show room with it on and looks amazing! Then before I knew it, it was time to go. They even gave it a much overdue bath that I haven't had a chance to do. Forgot how beautiful it is when its nice and clean. They gave me an Esso gas card and a battery powered lantern too! I would not go anywhere else for my Toyota service. I can't wait to come back for its first oil change at 16,000 kms! Well done! Daniel

I drove home a new RAV4 last Friday, and as with the former purchase I made at Stampede Toyota, it was a very positive experience. I didn't have an appointment and the girls at the front desk had my salesman Heath helping me within seconds. He made me feel very relaxed and did everything so professional to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with all aspects of the purchase. Also the other members of the team, Adam, Hieu & Gerome were just as professional and pleasing to associate with for my purchase. We love our 2014 Sequoia! We dealt with Mebs Virani and he knew the vehicle inside and out. Carl Holst gave us fair value for our trade and made the process really simple. We just had our first oil change done at 8000kms yesterday and the service department was fast and efficient! We highly reccomend!!

The seller and financial manager are not professional. So disappointed. I will never recommend this location to people. Seller promised to give some option when he showed a car to me. When I picked it up, the option was not installed. He said he didn t say that. Also, I have a coupon for discount, but the financial manager did not accept. Even he did not try anything. plus, before I made a contract, they tend to be friends. but! after the contract? they never answer the phone call, never response the email. they just ignore my contact.
Even they have to 10$ money back but they did not give it back with stupid absurd reason

Even though we did not decide to move forward with a vehicle, Umair was very helpful and informative in providing details that were client centric which catered to our needs.

Although I asked a lot of questions, he answered all of them with great patience. Also, he gave me a lot of suggestions on how to take care of the car after he knew I am a new driver. Had a very positive experience at this dealership. I worked with Umair Latif and he was able to help me find the perfect car for myself within my budget. He took his time to sit with me and explain the difference of leasing vs. financing a car and explained to me what makes one car better than the other in terms of features and pricing. I was able to test drive a few cars with him before I made my final decision. Umair was very honest, patient, and understanding. Another impressive Toyota moment. Great roadside service, got a flat tire it was fast and efficient being my service was do they dealt with it all at no cost plus they washed my truck. I got the extended insurance I did reluctantly wondering if it was really worth the experience. Well I m glad I did it now.

Stampede Toyota has been a great place to have both our family cars serviced at. They are very friendly and have great communication skills. The customer service you receive whether they take you to work, or you wait for your car (and get your nails done - big bonus for me) is fantastic. The waiting room is bright and sunny, they have large TV, great coffee and like I said you can get your nails done!!

Very quick and efficient service, you can rely on the car they give you, they will be my destination for the next car, so sure.

Did a sloppy job of putting back the panel on the dash and didn't show a respect for belongings in the vehicle. An item in the car went missing as well.

Great service. All the work was done before the promised time, with no surprises. They found there were two outstanding recalls, and they did those too. I got prompt shuttle service across the city, both ways. And best of all, the cost of the entire service was covered by my customer loyalty credit.

Umair Latif is competent, humble and well knowledge person in sales

I was in shopping for a 7 seat highlander but i saw the Toyota sienna and loved it because of the space and versatility that offers compared to the Highlander SUV. William the sales rep showed me all the existing inventory and went thru each one of them explaining the different options, and than talked to his manager Adam for a finance deal. Took me 2 days to decide and when I want back the car that I wanted got sold already (I didn't put deposit on it) and they offered me another deal on the used vehicle. While I was thinking of the deal, Adam the manager figured even a better deal and literally for a few dollars more I would get into a brand new vehicle. Kudos to William and Adam for their patience and dedication. Eventually due my personal situation I bought another car but I am still thinking of the deal that Adam and William managed to pull off.
I do not know nothing about their service department so I can not comment on it.

This dealership really took customer service to the next level! While I was waiting for my service to be complete, I was able to get a free manicure while checking out an iPad. It felt really luxurious, I almost forgot I was there for service! Would recommend.

They have odd customer service methodology......The service was fine...the practices was questionable. Therefore I would recommend going to the other dealerships in the city... They all have shuttle service, might was well take advantage of it :)

Heard about the redtag event, checked toyota.ca, 2018 RAV4 was showing for 0% purchase and lease. Visited this dealership on June 19. no 2018s left, that's fine, we were shown a demo model 2019 RAV4 LE apparently there were no other 2019 LE's aside from the demo model. I asked for lease and finance rates for the 2019 model, he guided us to his desk and disappeared for over 10 mins. I couldn't take it anymore so wonder into the show room to look at other vehicles, he came back with "one of the managers" and gave us lease and finance payments verbally without stating interest rates. I asked for the piece of paper he had written the numbers on, he refused to give it to us instead they wrote payments and terms on a sticky note and gave it to us. From the start the sales guy seemed to just want to get rid of us. I would never go here again.

I went to Stampede Toyota and purchased a Rav4 a week ago. The overall experience was great. My sales agent named Wayne offered the best customer services I have ever had. He explained all features about rav4 in patient to me such a newbie in order to find the right vehicle for me. I also shopped around Toyota dealerships and I got the much better deal from him. Also the manager and finance teams are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend all my family and friends to go to Stampede Toyota to make a purchase.

I didn t think I could afford to purchase a new car my plans have always been to purchase a used car. However I went to Stampede Toyota and met Frank Rukondo, he took time to explain all the options in calmly manner. He even took time to show me the different brands of cars despite the fact it was raining. The time spent at Toyota Stampede was worth and I m happy to recommend anyone.
