THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I have been there for car service 3. The customer service told me I can get car shuttle at 10am.. But acutally untile 10:30, I still didn't get shuttle. In the meantime, they have 4 shuttle cars parking outside of building. And there were some other customers who were been there late than me had got shuttle. When I talked to the customer service, he only told me to wait and he told me if there is no other customer going to same direction with me, I need wait in their store THE WHOLE DAY!

Go there have service is waste your time. Cause you never can get shuttle. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.
