Dreadful approach to customer service. Moving to a system where residents will have accounts and do everything on line. No body to call and discuss. What about those people who are not IT literate or do not have home access to internet. Clearly they do not want to deal with any residents who may be elderly; homeless, poor or vulnerable in any way. Appalling.

very bad the enviromental health line manager is fail and cringe

For a start this place is only open for 7 hours and the housing advice is only open 2 hours so what is the point of working there when no one can be bothered to help any one out. This place is 100% S***

Too many potholes I've reported one of them filled but not repaired! Shame on Surrey road inspector!

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of your housing customer service people are so rude. I will be ringing to make a complaint I will never be spoken to like I m on the bottom of a shoe!!

One of the worst council I come across ever..... There first line customer has good ethics but soon as it goes up they treat you like bad...... Especially in housing department.... The officers don't have knowledge and treat you like they know everything..... Its good to have good knowledge of law for yourself before you talk to them.... Otherwise you see yourself criminal......

Far too many people blaming this council for issues that are not their responsibility. Find out who is actually responsible; often it's Surrey County Council, before blaming R & B BC. I've found R & B BC polite and responsive when I've needed to contact thrm.

customer service is nonexistent. just had to listen to electronic messaging and didn't get to speak to a human being. what do i pay council tax for?

Pothole situation in this borough is an absolute disgrace, I have had two shattered wheels despite attempting to navigate around the craters whch is almost impossible in some areas and well below speed limits I hasten to add.
