I am here for maintenance service. It has been 45 minutes and still waiting for shuttle. I did go back and check and he said they have 3 drivers and will get shuttle soon. I have my dad who is 70 years and my son 12years with me as i drove directly from Edmonton. They are now impatient and still waiting for shuttle. Nobody even bothered to come and informed us how long it gonna take. Very poor customer service. I feel like they care about cars not the customers.
