I previous put in a good review, but after what you did to me i will no longer be giving you my business. I ordered 2 front coil springs $75.00 deposit, but do to my employment it was hard to book my vehicle in for repairs( just for a better ride not a must) but when you try pressureing me to get repairs done when i don't have the time so you send them back and keep my $75bucks...really bad customer appreciation thank you. oh and i hope who ever took my stuffed panda bear out of my van enjoys it and you mechanic forgot his socket on the top nut of the strut you supposedly fixt already making banging noises

I went to their Service Shop to inquire about my damaged truck cover. I was shocked when they charged me $45 just to look at the cover and told me that they cannot fix the damaged truck cover. It is a money grab since they are charging customers for a service that should be free.

Fuji and the rest of the staff here were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. I never felt pressure from any staff to go with any decision; it was always left up to what I was comfortable with! Overall great experience for buying my first car!

I purchased my first Camry from Mebs Virani in 2003 and would not deal with anyone else! He is a really great guy: and I am not the easiest to deal with! I recently took a friend to Stampede to purchase a Camry and Mebs looked after her in an excellent manner. The service people are also very professional (especially Tim). Guess where I will be purchasing my next Camry?

Extremely positive experience from start to finish, traded in my extremely basic 2012 Corolla for a gleaming 2018 RAV4 with all the bells and whistles I could have wished for, Heath was a pleasure to deal with from the moment I contacted him through the online chat on their website, Hieu worked relentlessly to get me an extremely competitive finance rate. When it came to the hand over Paul really was the icing on the cake he walked us through all of the cars safety features, talked us through the warranty and servicing details and answered any remaining questions we had whilst the whole time beaming with pride for the brand he represents and cracking a few jokes along the way, all in all I would recommend anybody who s in the market for the most reliable vehicle they will ever own to head down to stampede Toyota and see these guys for a fair deal and second to none customer service.

I had such an amazing experience at Stampede Toyota. My sales person was William Wong and he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied with our new Rav 4. He even picked me up and drove me to anywhere I needed to go when I didn't have a car. They have the best team working at Stampede Toyota and everyone there knows what's best for their customers. On March 14, 2018, I took my Corolla for airbag repair due to the latest recall for this model. After the service was done, everything inside my car was in all over the place and a mess. The floor mat was missing. The cushion on the driver side wasn't put back in its original place. They took my floor mat away and didn't put back. They threw my floor mat away and didn't compensate for it. The shuttle driver was grumpy. The reps at the service desk were rude. This is not the first time that I received a very poor service from Stampede Toyota. I am very unhappy with the service from Stampede Toyota. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND anyone go to Stampede Toyota. Stampede Toyota is the worst Toyota dealer in town.

Great dealership! All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was glad to trade in my used Ford for a new Toyota. From the salesman to the delivery specialist I thought I was well taken care of and will shop here again.

I brought my car in for a recalled airbag replacement a year ago, and they have been sending me mail and calling me regularly ever since, trying to get me to come in for oil changes/maintenance (I have not ever come to this place for oil changes or maintenance). I have called and asked at least four times to be removed from their call/mailing list, yet the problem persists. At this point, it is harassment. Maybe I need to file for a restraining order?

I was looking for a specific Tacoma and she knew the models and features inside and out.
There was no push to upsell options I wasn't interested in.

Purchase a vehicle here and things came up and i have to help member of the family for his long term treatment, i decided to return the vehicle the next day so i can use the money for his treatment but instead josh said "i can't do anything about that, finance is already done, you can return the vehicle but you have to pay thousands (5k) of dollas to BMO"......
i could have use that money for the treatment.
But it seems like they don't care even if someone is very sick and you need to help them.

I was in last week and Don Eam , in sales was very helpful in answering all my questions, and if I were to have any more questions I would like to see him again.

Went in for 1st service and even got my nails done too! Chin the nail technician was amazing and even matched my car color. The polish is organic & they have a huge selection of colors too.

This is the second vehicle that our family has purchased from Stampede Toyota and as always, the whole customer experience was exceptional! Jerico was superb! He looks after his customers and always has their best interest in mind. Hieu was also great to deal with and gave us a good deal for the Toyota Corolla LE CVT that we purchased for our son. Matt was also very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that our car was ordered in time. Overall, I would highly recommend Stampede Toyota to family and friends!

False advertising with the 'big sale'. Prices were the same before the sale as during the sale except for a very small handful of vehicles. Redeeming grace (allowing a rating of 2 not a 1) was a relatively new sales associate who was friendly and answered our questions. Also, staff at the dealership parked vehicles right in front of the only curb cut that allowed access to the building by wheelchair. They should know better and when confronted, it was brushed off like nothing. Really not impressed! Will go to other Toyota dealerships.

Bought my RAV4 brand new from this location. Southpointe Toyota offer me less but I still go with Stampede. They have a great sales team, they welcome you and make you feel important.
Service department: HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARE.
If you are a type of person that patronized the dealership where you bought your vehicle, definitely I won't recommend this dealership. They don't know the word "courtesy".
I called Toyota Roadside Assistance last June 1, 2018 (Friday). Toyota Roadside Assistance made a report sending it to Toyota Stampede that I am coming. Toyota Roadside Assistance sent a tow truck. When I arrived, Hieu approach me and ask me if he can help. I told him my problem and I told him that I will leave my key with my information (model, plate number and cellphone number). He told me that toyota stampede will call me the following day (Saturday). However, no one called from Stampede. I called them and they told me that they don't have any report from Roadside Assistance. After my conservation with them I called Roadside Assistance and they told me that the case is close and all report was sent.
You left your keys with them with all your information, however, they don't have any courtesy calling you on how they can help and why your car is in their parking lot.
Stampede called me in the afternoon to informed me whats wrong with my car and the approximate time-frame to fix my car. They told me that they will call me next Tuesday (June 5) for update. Tuesday came and I haven't heard from Toyota. I called and left them a message around 10am. 3hrs after (1pm) I haven't heard from toyota so I called back. They informed me that it will be done this afternoon. I ask toyota if they can pick me up (courtesy vehicle) and they said yes. I gave them a time-frame (3-3:30pm. trying to beat the traffic) which they confirmed. By 4:10, I called toyota to ask if they have a plan to pick me up, toyota's answer: Courtesy vehicle is leaving in 5 mins. Courtesy vehicle did not show up until 4:38pm!
i guess this dealership doesn't know what is the meaning of courtesy. They lost a loyal customer. Why should i buy my next car if the service I get is horrible?

Listen, I am not an expert in cars, nor will I ever be. I am just a broke student trying to finish a hecka expensive degree. The fam at Stampede Toyota (and yes, I just called them family because that is what the called me first!)...They care about high quality cars with high quality protection. BUT one thing they UNDOUBTEDLY care about is: relationships. They are SO good at showing you this. I would encourage you to check them out! You might not get the most amazing car, but you'll DEFINITELY meet staff that will make you feel less anxious, more understood and cherished. of You will leave knowing you are a valued part of their family!

Well, never imagine that buying a car now is so simple. With the help of Heath Brown and James Gian, I did not need to do anything really except signing the cheque and picking up the car.
At the beginning, before making the decision, we changed our minds a few times and Heath showed his utmost patience with us and explained very clearly the good things of each car under our consideration.
When we came to pick up the car, James explained to us in details the extended warranty and never showed any sign of pressing us into buying anything.

I recently had a chance to deal with Umair at Stamped Toyota and was amazed by his excellent service. He was able to answer all my questions and help me make a well informed decision.

We came in to pay out a lease mid term, and were introduced to the finance manager named Geoff Houghton. Paying out a lease is essentially cutting ties with the dealership, yet we were treated like we were coming in to purchase a half-a-dozen cars. The level of service and courtesy we received was truly exemplary. We will certainly recommend Geoff to anyone!

My wife has owned a Ford, Acura, Mercedes and now drives a new 2018 4runner limited...She drives four kids around and this is the first time in here driving history that she has had warped brake rotors...there is just over 22,000km and the service department told here its here driving habits? I just think its a piece of #$%@!...I remember driving here car once early on when she had about 8000km and mentioning to here that I could feel this wave when breaking but I chocked it up to the road as the vehicle was basically new...we owned a 2018 toyota tacoma and was disappointed in that and now this proves to me #toyota doesn't make them like they use to...As for the rotors being warped and should be covered under warranty, the support offered by the dealer has basically guarantee will be buying a different brand vehicle next year! farewell #toyota its been a slice..

The Service was excellent and my oil change was fast. They have the best French Vanilla I ever tasted .

I booked appointment for Oil Change. Dropped the vehicle in the morning at 7:30. Requested to be done before 12:30 on the phone and in person when left the car at the dealership. Finally called at 1:00 to inquire and at that time i was told it has not been taken in and will be going for oil change within 10 min. I requested them to cancel. I picked up the vehicle went to Country Hills Toyota and got the oil change plus service 2 lubrication in 40 Mins and went home.

We just bought a Camry from Stampede Toyota. The process was efficient and fast. The salesman (Heath) was friendly and helpful. The same to be said for the business person (Hieu). At pick up time we received instructions on how to use the new features of the model. We are very satisfied.

I recently finalized my purchase from Mehvish and Hieu at Stampede Toyota, pickup my new hybrid at the end of the month :) From the initial contact, they were very helpful and they walked me through different trim levels and encouraged me to test drive them all to find out which one worked best for me personally. They were very understanding and gave me all the time I need to come to a decision. Had it not been for them, I would have bought the wrong trim based on the reviews I watched online. Thankfully they got my back. In addition, they also went out of their way to find me the best deal possible in town and the entire process was a breeze. Such a pleasure doing business with Mehvish and Hieu :) Will definitely refer my friends to them in a heart beat!

Called to book my service and I was able to get an appointment at my earliest convenience. The shuttle service that they have is excellent and it's one less thing to worry about. They explained all the things done to my car and made sure that I understood and If I hava any doubts.
The fist service included a car wash and the 2nd did not, not sure if it should be included always or not, just guessing.

Huge shout-out to LeVar, Geoff and Heath for the incredible teamwork in getting me into my new 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport Premium. They worked well together to get me into my dream truck and the whole process was better than seamless. After a terrible experience at another Toyota dealership earlier this year I was dreading starting the process over again. Stampede Toyota proved that buying a new vehicle does not have to be that way and I highly recommend anyone choose Stampede for their next Toyota product!

We are very disappointed in this dealership. We love toyotas, so much that my parents own two, my brother and his family own 3 and we have two. We've been to our share of dealers and this one was by far the worst. The used car we purchased there had clearly not been detailed as we found garbage under the seat. After getting an oil change they filled out a sheet saying that the tire pressure in all the tires were fine, including the spare tire. Had they have taken the time to take the spare tire cover off of our rav 4, they would have seen that it was flat. Good thing we noticed that before we were stuck. We've been really happy since we switched the Henninger toyota.

What a wonderful experience . As soon I walked in I was welcome by friendly receptionist and meet mr. William very very helpful and knowledgable person with lots of patience . I choose one vehicle and it was very nice of him to drive it to my home so my family can see as well . Finally me and my wife agree to pick Toyota Siena and we trade our vehicle which we got good deal without any problem . Finally, I was introduced to mr. It's unfortunate that this dealership is not transparent. They sell aftermarket accessories without disclosure, they demand large deposits and when challenged, refuse to refund them, and remove any negative commentary from their Facebook page. Anyone who is thinking about doing business with this dealership, I strongly recommend you check them out with the BBB -- lots of complaints!
