called for an appointment for an oil change and right after that I got a call back to change appointment time due to a recall for airbags and they needed more time for appointment.....ok, no problem there ....got an appointment for 10:30 am and was asked if I needed a ride back with the shuttle and I said yes. Got a call around 3:30 for pick up from the Shuttle guy. Got picked up plus 5 more people got picked up. Got to dealership and my car wasn't ready and was told about another hour and was also told that other stuff needed done on my car. My car was ready just before 6pm???.
1- never did receive a letter regarding an airbag recall? (apparently it had been ongoing for a long time) per guy at service desk.
2- when I got in to my car I noticed the steering wheel cover was all stretched out and couldn't be used anymore.?
3- time on the clock had been changed? not really a big deal but still !
4- also found oils slides on the driver's side door {4}
5- dirty dash and no car wash which I usually get!
Never had this kind of issues before.
