I was in shopping for a 7 seat highlander but i saw the Toyota sienna and loved it because of the space and versatility that offers compared to the Highlander SUV. William the sales rep showed me all the existing inventory and went thru each one of them explaining the different options, and than talked to his manager Adam for a finance deal. Took me 2 days to decide and when I want back the car that I wanted got sold already (I didn't put deposit on it) and they offered me another deal on the used vehicle. While I was thinking of the deal, Adam the manager figured even a better deal and literally for a few dollars more I would get into a brand new vehicle. Kudos to William and Adam for their patience and dedication. Eventually due my personal situation I bought another car but I am still thinking of the deal that Adam and William managed to pull off.
I do not know nothing about their service department so I can not comment on it.
