I AM SO SO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT STAMPEDE TOYOTA!

I bought a 2007 Toyota Matrix from Toyota Stampede on Tuesday, July 11th.

When I initially showed interest in the listing, My salesman, William Wong came after my shift and picked me up my from my work downtown. He suffered through the rush hour traffic, with no guarantee that I was to buy the vehicle! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?

William was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and went above and beyond to help me! I fell in love with the vehicle, and he drove me home in his personal vehicle after viewing the vehicle. He stayed past his shift time and everything! Like, what dealership does that?

A few days later when I went to pick up the vehicle, while I was waiting I got a manicure free of charge. The woman there was extremely pleasant, and there was never a awkward moment. She had the nicest smile and is extremely good at her job. Thank you! I love my nails!

A piece was broken/missing from my gas cap, William and Paul (The service person there) ordered the piece right away and notified me that I would have to bring my vehicle in for a quick repair a week from that time. A week later once the part came in, William ONCE AGAIN picked me up after work when my vehicle was ready and dropped me off at the dealership to pick up my repaired vehicle.

Even though they're farther away from my home then I would like, I will continue to go to this dealership. They have shown just how much they care! You have earned my business!
