The seller and financial manager are not professional. So disappointed. I will never recommend this location to people. Seller promised to give some option when he showed a car to me. When I picked it up, the option was not installed. He said he didn t say that. Also, I have a coupon for discount, but the financial manager did not accept. Even he did not try anything. plus, before I made a contract, they tend to be friends. but! after the contract? they never answer the phone call, never response the email. they just ignore my contact.
Even they have to 10$ money back but they did not give it back with stupid absurd reason
