Very disappointed with the service provided from the service department. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and experienced very bad customer service from the frontline staff. The person who assisted me did not greet me. I told him I was there for an oil change appointment and he just spoke three lines to me "phone number" "keys" "sign" (while writing "x" on the portions I needed to sign.) These are exact words and exact order he spoke to me - as minimal as possible. Once I signed, I told him I was going to wait around here, and took a seat. During the time I was waiting, I definitely noticed that he seemed to talk and joke around with the staff. So it seems he's not interested with customer care. After waiting for over one hour (dropped off at 11:30), the time was 12:41, I walked over and asked if my vehicle was ready. It turns out it was, it was very disrepectful that I was the only customer sitting there, in line of sight and was not informed. Then I even noticed that the invoice was done up at 1210. So thank you for making me wait for an unnecessary amount of time. The staff on the service end lacked communication or any effort .I was not impressed with the way the deal with their customers.
