At Southwest Collision, staff were outwardly friendly and courteous. After waiting 6 weeks for my car to be repaired, I discovered damage to the rear bumper and reported this to Southwest Collision only to be treated like a liar (if not a scammer) with no resolution to my legitimate and valid complaint. Additionally, while driving 60+ speeds, I noticed shaking and vibrating along with pulling to the right only to discover that Southwest did not complete all repairs.After analysis from another shop, it has been confirmed that my car has two bent rims and a broken right strutt. I give this business no stars and have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau, AAA, and VW for horrible customer service, and failure to thoroughly diagnose and fix vehicle problems. Appalling. Absolutely horrid. This business should be ashamed of their unethical practices and lack of values. This business deserves negative stars.
