Let me begin by saying I never write reviews. That is how good Southwest Collision is. My Civic Si was keyed. Not just one swipe but the entire car was totally vandalized. I made a claim on my insurance then a week later I rear ended someone. Ended up with two claims. The people at Southwest made sure that my car was pretty much like new when they were done. They repainted the whole car and got all my badges back on with brand new stock stickers on the sides. The air bag deploying actually broke my cruise control button. I didn't notice it until they returned the car to me and I had to take a long trip. I called them about it and they fixed it for me the next day in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend these guys. Tandi who works the front desk was always helpful and always replied to my questions in a timely manner. J.J. who did the inspection on my car and dealt with my insurance made sure not to miss any details.
