Outstanding experience in an unfortunate circumstance. The entire staff made this as pleasant as possible, by handling all the insurance paperwork, phone calls, and rental car arrangements when I was hit by another driver. In addition, their work was phenomenal. My vehicle looked just like the day it was purchased. A special shout out to KJ - he knew I wanted out of my rental, and said he would stay late on a Friday to make sure I could get my vehicle back before the weekend. Exceptional customer service!

I've dealt with a handful of body shops, but SW Collision takes the cake. These guys not only produce quality work, but have stellar customer service. John was thorough about what he was getting done, kept me informed along the way, and got me OEM parts at a great price. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Dropped my vehicle off over a month ago, they used scare tactics to convince me to leave a perfectly drivable vehicle and told me it would be done in about three weeks. Since then, they have done nothing to keep me informed or contact me whatsoever. I've had to call them constantly to get any kind of information about what's going on with my vehicle. Once they have the money from your insurance company, they'll put you on hold or connect you too voicemail boxes and never actually talk to you. The service writer I've been dealing with has been deliberately dishonest with both my insurance company as well as myself, and completely unaccountable for the unreasonable amount of time it's taken. They haven't returned my phone calls or given me any update for almost two calendar weeks now. I would trust a two-headed rattlesnake before I would ever trust anyone at this company again..

Victoria (from the office) instructed me in how to install a child car seat. She was extremely knowledgeable and had an excellent manner while providing this tremendous service - free of charge! I am 67 years old and will be transporting my 3 year old grand nephew to and from his preschool. A lot has changed since I last used a car seat for my kids! What an awesome service the company is providing for our community!

Southwest Collision, hands down gave me the best experience while my truck was being worked on. The staff is amazing, and the quality of work they do is fantastic. Jeremy was excellent to work with and great at keeping me updated with all that was being done. Highly recommend coming to them for any repairs.

Tldr: they missed promised deadline after deadline...

Tldr: they missed promised deadline after deadline without any excuses, they didnt start work until 2 weeks after dropoff date. I run a fleet of cars. Just had a repair done at autonation. They were on budget and on time :)

Now to review of Southwest Collision:

I run a fleet of car along with others in a large car sharing platform. Together we have hundreds of cars in the Tempe area and would have been able to provide a large amount of business. Unfortunately, they have done nothing but miss promised deadline after deadline. I stressed the importance that this is a commercial operation and things need to be done on time as I have renters waiting for the car. I was told we would have a 3 day turn around and that parts would be ordered before I dropped off the vehicle. Here is the timeline of what actually happened. You decide for yourself if you should leave your business here.

Day 1. Monday. I drop off car with chad. Work should have started but it didnt. 16 hours out the window.

Day 2. Techs make official check in of car, because they forgot to on day one. This is the day they have marked in their calendar as the day it was dropped off, which is impossible, because I was in another state on this day. Work should be almost done. But hasnt started. Another 16 hours of work out the window.

Day 3. 4th of July holiday.

Day 4. Due date for repairs and for car pickup. Southwest makes FIRST contact with insurance, on the due date for car pickup. They have yet to start any work. I cant comprehend how they forgot to start on the project until the date it was due when I was told repair time would take 3 days.

Day 5. I call in. This is how I find out the previous timeline of what has happened until now. Still no work. I am told they are waiting to hear back from insurance because they finally messaged them the day prior. 1 day over budget.

Day 6 and 7. Weekend. No work.

Day 8 Monday, I am told that after 48 hours of not hearing back from the insurance company that they will order parts that were supposed to be ordered 8 days ago and proceed with repair and bill out to insurance. 48 hours passed. No parts ordered. No progress started. 3 days over budget.

Day 9. Tuesday. No parts ordered still by southwest collision because by now you can see their reliability. No work done. I call in.

I was told parts would be ordered and overnighted, spoke with the manager Mike, he apologized for messing up the whole timeline although blames the insurance company even though he never messaged the insurance company until 4 days after I dropped of the vehicle. Mike guarentees the work to be done by Friday.

Day 10 Wednesday. Nothing

Day 11. Thursday nothing

Day 12 Friday. Morning of second guaranteed pickup date. (Already 9 days over scheduled pickupdate). I call in. They still dont have the parts they were supposed to over night to them and have 2 days prior. We have now gone over the time budget by 300%. Aka 4x the expected length of repair. I am told I will receive a call back by the end of the day to let me know if I can pickup car. No call back received. Obviously. 8 days over budget.

Day 13. Today. Saturday. Nothing.

Day 14 tomorrow. Saturady. Nothing.

14 days, to replace a bumper and hood, along with a tie rod. Still not finished.

I'm going to receive some canned response from their team oh call bill because its reviews like these that help us get things done. No. Its reviews like these that help others to stay away.

Day 21. I get back from Mexico expecting it to be done obviously. We're now 600% over time budget given and they say it'll be a few more minutes to do a scan. Honestly what the hell were you doing the entire week I was in Mexico.

I was recommended to Southwest Collision by a family friend, and I had such an amazing experience with them. They took care of everything and made being in a car accident a little less stressful. Even after getting my car back, I was hearing a weird noise and took it back and they fixed it with no problem. Thank you Kevin for everything you did and thank you to everyone who made my car beautiful again.

From the first phone call to Kayla, I knew that my car was in good hands. The crew at Southwest Collision kept me up to date on what was going on, what needed to happen next, and the progress that was being made - explaining once to me and then again to my husband. Thomas even looked over my car with my picky husband and corrected the tiny imperfection that my husband found. I am pleased with the fix, and if I have more repairs in the future, I will go back to Southwest Collision.

GREAT customer service. SW collision got my car in their shop in a timely manner and worked directly with my insurance to ensure it was a stress free process for me. I worked directly with Cary and Kayla. Kayla handled all the logistics and got my rental handled without a hiccup. Cary explained the process in its entirety and kept in close contact with me. When my car was ready, I got it back in a better condition than I dropped it off. All blemished were fixed and it was CLEAN! Will never go anywhere else for my repair needs

Soouthwest Collison Center has been First Class in service. I have an older model Volvo and I was concerned about the paint matching. It was a beautiful job of matching paint and the car was restored to amazing accuracy. I would give my recommendation to anyone to employ this company and their helpful staff. Kudos!

I called them several times during which they promised me to get back to me with JUST a QUOTE. But I did not receive any information. I am forced to move and look at other centres. Amazing place to bring your vehicle! My car looked brand new! Can't even tell its been in an accident. I highly recommend the shop and an employee named Kari. Loved him!! He was keeping me updated the whole way thru the process and made sure everything was properly taken care of. I will definitely be going back to them if something else happens to my vehicle.

I have a 2010 F150 that was rear-ended about a month ago. I took my truck to the Ford dealer and they recommended Southwest Collision. I checked reviews as well as an insurance adjuster friend. Based on these individuals I went ahead with SW. I'm very particular about my truck's appearance and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Cary handled the repairs and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Everyone from receptionists to George (owner) were friendly and helpful. I will recommend their service to anyone needing exceptional body work. My truck looks new.

Referred to Southwest Collision by Santan Ford after being rear-ended on freeway. Cary did a fantastic job get the ridiculously difficult insurance company to get the car fixed, especially the Vista roof after several denials. He got the dealership involved and finally insurance paid. My Edge came out beautiful :) thank you Cary and all those involved in my car case! Highly recommend this place.

Overall did okay but definitely didn't earn 5 stars from me. Incorrect deadlines with a number of things. Things put together improperly. Often times never called me back. It's definitely a good idea to check their work before you get your car back. I want to give a better review but I simply can't at this point, way too much was wrong.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had. They were always professional and beyond caring about my situation. My brand new car had received a lot of damage in my accident. But Southwest collision and car care center made made it look and run prefect again in a speedy fashion. I can't say enough good things about Desmond my estimator and this company!

I'm not gonna lie, I was more than afraid to leave...

I'm not gonna lie, I was more than afraid to leave my car with strangers.
Fancy , my car, was in a parked hit and run. I've never had to deal with being in an accident and well, thanks to "news" shows...body shops can be scary.
OH MY GOODNESS....SCC is awesome!! They picked up my car...nothing but smiles and information. They worked with me and my insurance. Trent was great in keeping me up to speed on how things were going.
When I went to pick the car up I nearly cried. Fancy was beautiful!! I got in the car and they even did a mini-detail on her. Perfection. All the staff is wonderful.
Hoping I don't need repairs ever again but if I do...you better believe I will be utilizing the wonderful and talented people at Southwest Collision Center!!!!

I took my new truck in to get a quick quote for a very minor scratch from a grocery cart. They took it back to get a better quote and low and behold they took care of the scuff marks in a quick 10 minutes or so. I was prepaired to pay, but today was a gift and they didn't charge me. I will be bring my new truck back to them for future work or professional wash and wax.

I also I was very impressed in the waiting area and on there flat screen tvs that they advertise what work they do or can provide. Plus how much they charge per hour by type of body work! To me they are honest no hidden fees for hours of work.

I wanted to take sometime before I wrote this review because of all the excitement I had. I had the best customer service, quality, and communication ever! I mean ever! Chris was the nicest, and extremely professional. He went out of his way to ease my fears, and work with me to ensure the work was done to the expectation of the manufacture. In the process of the repair my car would not start (factory fail safe). Chris assured me whatever it takes they were going to get my car up and running. In addition, my wife is 9 months pregnant which is a little stressful, but Chris assured me and stated, "Don't worry! Even if we have to drive you to the hospital ourself, we are going to take care of you!" I thought customer service like that, no longer existed. Chris was open, truthful and answered all questions. The quality of work is out of this world! I cannot ask for a better experience. Everything about company exemplifies family. From the reception desk (Kayla) answering all questions, hearing my worries and being empathetic in the process was just remarkable. And their prices do not compare to the quality of work, and service you receive. Lastly, Victoria helped me install my car seat, and even though I was sweating in my car, and needed a little help with installing the car seats. She continued to give me encouraging remarks, and providing a wealth of information for a new parent. I mean so much information I did not have to ask a question because she covered it everything. Southwest Collision And Car Care, has a lifetime customer from this experience. I wish I can give them more stars besides the 5. Chris get ready, because I am coming back to take you out to lunch!

All of my visits to Southwest Collision have been unfortunate in that I've been involved in an accident. However, I'm always extremely happy when I leave. Southwest Collision returns your vehicle to BETTER than pre-accident condition. They do an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repair.

This review is only about the lack of communicatio...

This review is only about the lack of communication. I was told my car would be done today and it was not ready. I called the day prior to arrange a way to pick it up but was not called back. I have missed an hour of work and now have to figure out how to get my car since I am driving another one. Probably wont even be able to pick it up until next week. All I ask is that someone could have called me this morning and let me know it was not ready. But then again I could have called when I left at 740am. I hope this review helps improve any future communications with any customer. P.s. they do a great job on repairs. I've seen the work on my car but just not happy with the communication. I got the car back and it was repaired very well.
After we were all on the same page things went well.

Wow!!!! Took my 2014 Chevy Tahoe in for a few dent...

Wow!!!! Took my 2014 Chevy Tahoe in for a few dents and scrapes along one side, a dent from me backing into a pole on the bumper and a few other "bumps" and dents. What I got back was perfection. A perfect, just off the show room finish. I could not even tell where one of the many dents used to be and the paint color matched exactly. What an awesome, First-Class job Southwest Collision did on my Tahoe. Many Thanks!

We would like to thank Bill for sitting with us while we waited for a rental car. He made us feel very comfortable. We would like to thank Noelle and Kayla for their smiles, good humor, and their efficiency with our paperwork. Blown away with how quickly I was in and out! I didn't even have a second to sit down even though their parking lot was full! Kayla was quick to answer my call and welcomed me to come by anytime at my convenience to get my baby (vehicle) taken care of. Once I arrived Cary took care of me with the utmost professionalism. (I have been to repair shops where the estimators have set there clipboards and other objects right on the paint!) Cary was extremely caring towards my vehicle during his estimate and not once leaned on or set an object down on the paint surface.

Was in an accident that totaled my car. Southwest Collision gave me a rough estimate and let me keep my car in their parking lot overnight with no charge. The technician (Cary) even gave me a ride back to work and helped with the tow truck guys the next day. Really top-notch customer service. Hopefully I won't need to, but if I ever need body work done in the future, I'll be using these guys.

Chris Villa went above and beyond to make sure he got his car back in safe condition, helping take care of rental cars and dealing with Insurance company. I just found my lifetime body shop! Every interaction with any of the staff was no less than stellar. It's rare find!

Our brand new Ford Edge had a paint defect in the passenger front fender and our dealership used Southwest collision to have it repaired. When we got it back, the fender was repaired, but now the front fascia/bumper has multiple scratches across most of the front of it. I now need to find someone to repaint the front bumper.

Wow talk about above and beyond! I took my car in for an estimate and immediately I noticed how attentive everyone was. I sat there thinking "this is very great customer service" I should write a review about this place. It gets better though. After getting my estimate they also addressed other concerns I had about my vehicle. Got me a car fax print out on my vehicle and didn't charge me a thing. I work for Nordstrom so I'm accustomed to giving my customers experiences they will remember. Well I'll tell you Southwest Collision is the Nordstrom of Auto body shops! I'm not done...after striking up a conversation with KJ he offers to give me a tour of their shop and came out with a wealth of information I didn't know about an auto body shop. Thank you KJ and Josh King for answering all my concerns and going above and beyond. I know where I'm coming back to in the near future!

I went to Southwest Collision and from the moment i called to getting my repairs done I was extremely happy with what was done and the over all service from everyone there. George took care of me in my first visit, he was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone with minor to serious damages on their car.

Incredible!!! It is rare for me to find a business...

Incredible!!! It is rare for me to find a business that goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I was reluctant to take my truck anywhere after it was wrecked. I was referred by a friend to go see Jori at Southwest. Best decision I could've possibly made because Jori is legit! From the moment I met Jori and K.J., I felt comfortable with the professionalism and knowledge they displayed. I never had to deal with a wrecked vehicle before and have heard several horror stories but my story is the complete opposite of that. I never even had to deal with my insurance company because K.J. handled all of it! Jori kept me in the loop with the progress and timeline for completion. Southwest did a BEAUTIFUL job with my truck that exceeded any and all expectations AND it was completed when they said it would be done. I'm not one to write reviews about businesses but I feel it is necessary to share my experience. Hopefully you never have to but if you find yourself needing help with your vehicle, do yourself a huge favor and take it to Southwest Collision.

Wanted to give you guys an update. I had to pay $2,575 JUST for an estimate! The photos included a letter from them accepting fault and trying to offer me $300 then $400 to take off my review. Original post is below:

DO NOT GO HERE, had to pay $2,575 for an estimate!

They will screw you over! I would give ZERO stars if I could.
3/19/18: I came to SW collision and informed Terrell about interest in services which was only an estimate to fix my bumper and that I DON'T want to fix the car.
3/21/18: Was when they completed the estimate.
3/22/18: Was when State farm came to look at car provided estimate, which was when I informed SW collision I wanted to come get the car and pay out of my own money.

They told me that they needed to get paid by State Farm, and for me NOT to contact them as it will prolong the process to obtain my car. I called them 12 TIMES from 3/21/2018 to 4/6/2018, to check on getting my car. They were holding my car to charge me for "storage fees ($110/day)," even though I was ready to pay for it on 3/22/2018. They gave me my car back in SHAMBLES, as seen in the photo in my profile. The total I should have paid only $705, which included: 2 days of storage $110/day, $300 for 6hrs of labor and $295 for "vehicle loss process," but I had to pay $2,575! I asked for a refund, they admitted to fault and offered me $330 and when I declined they offered me $400 and asked me to sign a letter of acceptance, which I did not. They didn't put my bumper on correctly and it fell off immediately, took apart my trunk and convertible and didn't put it back together; now my convertible is not able to work appropriately.

The service was great! Between me getting too close to a wall and my husband backing too close to a truck the entire driver's side was looking shabby on my beemer. Now the driver's side looks new! I thought we would need the skirt and rear panel repainted due to keying and scrapes but John said he would see if buffing would do the trick first. It did! So the savings was awesome as well! I was recommended to this company, and as I work in the insurance industry my standards are pretty high. From the start to finish this company did an incredible job! They were all about convenience and came out to my work and provided me with an estimate for the damage. Then George, the owner, personally brought me the final estimate before I had even commited to the repair. When I took the vehicle in to have the work done they provided me with one of their courtesy vehicles, as I did not have rental car coverage on my insurance policy. Javonne was amazing to work with and she updated me as to what was going on through the process fixing my vehicle than my own insurance company! They even fought to get me the best quality parts when my insurance company tried to give me refurbished parts. I even needed a seperate mechanical repair on my vehicle (unrealted to the accident I was involved in) and they got me a great discount through their mechanical sister company and allowed me to keep their courtesy vehicle to drive during this repair! I can;t say enough good things about this company and what a great job they did. I will definitely be referring my friends, family and clients to them!

I went here a few months ago and I thought they did a pretty good job. I had my front bumper fall off from running over a rock while out on some trails. Went to have it fixed, I got it back and I thought it looked fine from the outside. A few weeks later it fell off after the front spoiler guard was coming off the parking bumper and I took a look and it looked like the bumper wasn't attached right. I hadn't used my car for anything other than transport to and from work after that so there isn't any way I could of damaged it. It wasn't too expensive for the work that had to be done though.

When I went to the shop, the guy was excellent, and the lady in front desk was amicable. That made me believe that they could do a great job.

But after that, I received a call back (just today/ March 22/18-09:54am) makes me very mad. The lady on the phone (Casey something?) very rude and spluttered due to the phone call cuts out( I couldn't hear her well). I misunderstood that she was calling from the Southwind Insurance Company instead of the Southwest Collision, she did not understand and keep saying: have a good day bye bye sir(badly) with no patient and further explanation.

This sudden call ruins all my good mood in the morning and makes me want to try to go another place. This is absolutely not the right way to call back to check if your customer is still interested in your business. They should make an apology for that.

Also, hope this review could help for any further communicate like the other review below.q

Update, they did mostly great job for my car, I pick it up about two months+ later when I am back (I asked about after a month they told me will be done in a week but a week later it still on progres.) so the speed can be better.
After I pick it up, I found several problems on the gas station nearby, drive back, and they fixed it. (My windshield water control goes opposite way. And the front bumper still goes out a little bit.)

Most of the stuff that I see in person was very nice.
After that, I change one star to four stars. Could be better will faster speed and Pro work.

And again Vitoria at the front desk and the lady manager we're very very nice!/

I had my 2015 Audi A8 repaired there after a small parking lot mishap. They literally took care of everything and Brian took incredible care of me. From arranging for my rental car to getting the repairs authorized through the idiot that hit me insurance company ( yes he fought to get the car repaired correctly with factory OEM parts ) to flawless communication through the entire process. When the car was delivered it was cleaner than when I picked the car up from the dealership.

It was one of the BEST costumer service experiences that Ive ever encountered..

AND.. The repairs were flawless.. Brian, your team is amazing!

Great job and excellent customer service. From the first phone call to the conclusion of the repair, the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and the communication was second to none. Special thanks to Victor, the project manager, for keeping me informed every step of the way. Also, the receptionists, who were always cheerful and showed a true concern. Southwest Collision is the best! I had hit a deer in early March that caused some body damage and got the car fixed up in August this year. Not only did these guys seamlessly repair my car, it honestly sounds quieter (less road noise) than when I bought it. Stellar communication/customer service with these guys and they treat you as if you were family. Hopefully I won't need any more body work done on my cars in the future, but if I do, this is where I'll go.

I had a wonderful experience from my initial telephone call with Ashlei and Kayla in the office who both assisted me, who were always so pleasant, sweet and helpful! That made the start of this body shop inquiry experience so easy! I felt confident that I was in the right hands from the start. KJ (Kevin) was instrumental in understanding the work needed and deliver the BMW back looking like brand new! It was amazing! I was pleased with the overall experience, outstanding customer service from the whole team! I was in a car accident 12/3/2019 and took my car to Southwest Collision. My insurance company, Root, paid them over $5,000 for no repairs done because it was declared a total. After 3 months, Southwest had not reimbursed Root so they, in turn, would not pay off my truck. I was extremely tired of the entire situation because I was making 2 car payments/ month (one for a truck that didn't even exist), dealing with extra fees, dealing with pressure from my lending institution and getting the basic run around. To be fair, Southwest was undergoing a change in ownership during this time period.
Once Jacob found out about the situation, he reimbursed the > $5,000 that Southwest owed Root, the insurance company, which is all I expected or requested. However, he went WAY above and beyond what he had to do. He hand delivered, TO MY HOUSE, a check to cover all the payments I had been making on the truck that was totalled! Needless to say, I was extremely thankful at a difficult time. It's nice to know somebody values their customers, their reputations and hopefully,
their quality of work (they never had to repair anything for me since my truck was t-boned). Jacob is a man of integrity so I'm pretty sure he would insist on quality workmanship also. And yes, I did get frustrated with the phone calls et al, but the office help and other staff were always friendly and pleasant.
