I got into a minor accident and it was an awful feeling, however, after taking my car into Southwest Collision they really made me feel confident about it and that they would help me throughout the process. They kept their promise. I felt like I was family. KJ gave me great advice and genuinely guided me with my best interest in mind the whole way. The entire staff was always friendly and acted professionally. The guys in the repair bay did a phenomenal job on my car and it looks like new. I can't say enough good things about this operation.
