I had minor damage done to my two month old 2016 Ford Focus ST, and I have to admit I was very concerned a shop could match the metalic flake paint. Also I hate dealing with automotive shops of any kind. Until now, Southwest Collision was professional from beginning to end, with my first call to set things up they took the time to answer all of my questions, and once I dropped my car off I was reassured it would be locked up at night, then when there was additional damage found they contacted the insurance co. and me to keep me up to date on the progress. I was given updates whenever there was any problems. In the end my car was finished within an exceptable amount of time and my car looks like brand new again.
