SouthWest Collision Center performed excellent repair and restoration on my 2017 Ford F-250 aluminum body truck from hail damage suffered in Colorado on May of this year.
They represented me (their customer) with insurance adjustments and supplements for damages which were missed by the insurance adjuster. They fought hard for uncomprising quality in every detail (body work, OEM parts, paint and restoration), and their results were perfect.
Their customer service was wonderful, as I was kept up to date on repair status, parts orders, insurance supplements, and overall schedule on a weekly basis by the SW Collision manager assigned to my repair. His discussions were open and honest, and also included a mitigation/recovery plan for any delays and complications ( all related to insurance).
