We recently were in a rear end collision - an accident was not something that we had been involved in for quite awhile, so we were a little uneasy about the process of getting our vehicle repaired. Kayla immediately put us at ease and kept us informed of every step that our vehicle was going through and what was next to come. While Kayla was away, Mike filled in for her and did the exact same thing-thank you Mike!
