I needed a new bumper after being backed in to and was referred to Southwest Collision. I have never had, what I call, Concierge service at a repair shop before! John was awesome and I knew where my car was in the process at all times! Got it back today and you would never know the repair was done. The paint matches exactly. They also washed my car, inside and out, prior to returning it to me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing body work on a vehicle. Awesome staff and worked with the other driver's insurance so I didn't have to worry about any of it! Can't say enough good things about them!
