I took my daughter in to look for her first car and we connected with Wellesley. He was amazing with her and took the time to find out what would be most suitable for her, how long her commute was, what her skill and comfort level was with driving etc and that made her really think about the best car that she needed and not just her dream car lol. He really helped us to look at the practicalities and make the right decision and I am so grateful for his patience with us. We will definitely be back again and I have recommended him to my other friends who are in similar situations now as we are all looking at our kids heading off to college soon. Thank you Wellesley!

He made the car buying process a very good experience. He certainly is not one of those pushy sales people that makes you want to turn the other way. We did purchase the car and he made the experience one of the better car buying experiences we have had. The finance department was a pleasure to work with as well. I had one bad experience at this dealer. I purchased a battery, one year later it went bad. I sent my son to have it replaced (under the 3yr replacement). To make long story short, because my son was young they gave him the run around. Jacob Allen told him it was the alternator. Took the alternator to get tested and it was fine. Called back and the guy still gave us the run around. I had to call back and speak with the service manager and told me to come back and they'll replace it. Jacob Allen is horrible! Upon arrival all sales Reps are standing at the front of building and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Esme. Bubbly attitude, straight forward and patient. I informed her of my wants and needs. Almost immediately she found what I wanted and we made a test drive. She informed me of everything the car could do, things I knew but liked that if I hadn't I knew then. The car was perfect. Got down to financing and hiccups began. Finance guy was informed of my needs but my payments were not where I had discussed. Eventually, we got them to where they needed to be and I drove off with my new amazing 2019 car. It's been only a couple of days, but highly recommend this place. My first time dealing with a dealership and my entire experience was 100% excellent. My kid enjoyed hitting the Gong for the sale. She called me to check in an make sure the car was still to my liking. Kudos all day to her and the employees at Sons Honda. I will definitely be back again with friends and family.

My wife suprised me with a 2013 EX-L V-6 Accord for my birthday. Overall the staff at Sons Honda were outstanding. We traded in our 2002 BMW and it took awhile to mediate an acceptable trade-in value, but we agreed on it. Both Taj and Mohammed were great. We absolutely love Honda cars and we now have both a Civic and Accord. I would recommend Sons Honda to my friends.

Traveling from Florida to Indiana in a 2010 Odyssey when the alternator decided to quit on a Sunday afternoon. Waited 7 hours for a tow truck and dropped it at the service entrance. Went online and was shocked to find a 7:30 am slot open for Monday. Scheduled and met Nathan at 730 to beg for quick service. I was impressed and pleased when he said they could get it done by 1pm. They beat their estimated time by 30 minutes and called at 12:30 to tell me it was done. Great service and no hassles. Couldn t ask for more. Now if the just had a towing service that good it would have been the easiest break/fix service ever.

I own a Honda Civic and had Honda Sons perform all scheduled maintenance on my car over the years. I recently experienced an issue with a lit check engine light that Sons service center was unable to resolve. They kept advising me that this is an issue with the gas cap, but even after purchasing a new gas cap, the check engine light kept coming on. Since none of their technicians were able to give me a definite source of this issue or get it resolved, I finally decided to look into purchasing one of their certified used vehicles. Since I had been doing business with this specific location for many years, I assumed they would be more than willing to sell me one of their vehicles for a good price and also purchase my used vehicle at the same time. I visited them on a Saturday morning right at 9AM and was informed that they would give me a price for my used vehicle once the manager is available following their scheduled meeting. After patiently waiting, I was informed that they would pay me $1,000 for my used Civic. I informed the salesperson that I had just received an offer from Carmax two days prior for $2,000 and that I figured that Honda might give me a little bit more, especially since they have access to the entire maintenance and service schedule of this specific car. I was interested in a specific certified, used Honda Civic. I told the salesperson what my budget was plus the price of my used car and told him this is my set budget and I am not interested in financing. I had to leave the dealership following this conversation since I had to go to work. However, the last words of the salesperson were that my set budget plus the used car would not be enough to cover the Civic. Shortly after I had left the dealership, I received text messages from the salesperson, who suddenly offered $2,500 for my used car and was also offering to work out a deal on the used car that would meet my budget. After texting back and forth with the salesperson, he sent me a final overview that showed that nothing had been discounted and the car I was interested in was priced above my budget. I declined this deal and the salesperson kept trying to pressure me into financing and also kept insisting that he thought I would pick up the car this afternoon and that he had already pulled it from the lot to get it cleaned. The detailed Invoice I was sent clearly shows that this dealership not only grossly overpriced a used vehicle that I can get $2,500 cheaper at any Carmax location, but they also obviously don t value me as a longtime customer who trusted them with the maintenance and repairs of my vehicle. This was the last time that I have done any kind of business with the Honda Sons location.

I am currently considering suing Sons Honda because they fraudulently ran a credit report without my authorization. While filling out my paperwork I was told by the sales rep that I have to provide my social security number. I told her that I do not want a credit check and she assured me it would not happen. It was done anyway and has consequently affected my credit negatively. The finance officer Derek apologized and said he would see if it can be removed but this was weeks ago. I have disputed with equifax and depending on if they can have it removed I will go forward with a lawsuit for fraud.

I purchased my car on December 6th. I made an appointment to get a Honda Civic Coupe upon my arrival they did not have it, even after I scheduled an appointment. Than the sale rep informed me that because I'm a first time buyer I should purchase one of two other options than come back in 6 months for the car I really wanted. I asked about negative affect and how this would affect my credit. He assured me that I would be fine and be able to build credit. I didn't like the car but I loved the idea of being able to come back in a better position for the car I want. We spent hours discussing credit affects, trade in, and the car I really want. It broke my heart to call in 4 months later with more question, because another dealership told me I may have been fished. (Where they talk you into a car and tell you that you can return later for what you want) The other dealership told me this would be bad equity to trade it in and that I'm going to end up paying a lot more money than if I would have just got what I wanted from them in the first place. So I called them to verify the information I was given and was hurt to find out it was true.
For all first time buyer get what you want the first time around. Do not go in blind do a lot of research.

I visited the Sons Honda dealership to buy a car for my growing family. They were attentive as soon as we came through the door. BJ was out sales rep and he helped us greatly. He kept us informed every stay of the way. We were able to get a brand new 2019 Honda Odyssey, my first car buying experience and my first car. I will definitely refer Sons Honda to all of my friends and family. BJ is the best! They make you feel like you are apart of their family!

What I liked about my car buying experience is the service, because I could have bought the car anywhere but Sunny was personable , detail oriented, yet humble and knowledgeable . We did our homework and research so we bypassed a lot of the negotiating process before we even got there. Had the worst car buying experience here. The salesman kept calling us asking us to come visit and take a look at the car that we had expressed interest in, by saying this is end of the month and they are providing great deals and discounts etc.. We drove 1 hour to reach there only to see a rate sheet in front of us in which stated a price higher than what was put up on the internet and then they claimed to give us a huge discount on it, which basically brought it back to the price that was displayed on the internet. Extremely misleading and disappointing! Such a waste of time, energy and effort.

I have purchased my Honda Odyssey Ex last weekend and Joseph Headley Joe was my sales representative. I live in Birmingham, AL and was communicating with him via email and phone. He answered every single question promptly without getting frustrated like some of other dealers do.
I also called him few times on his cell phone after business hours when I was leaving from Birmingham to purchase a van. He is a amazing person with great attitude. He is the one who worked with sales and finance manager directly without involving me and explained the vehicle feature once again after handing over the key.
The best part was he called me after few hours again to make sure I have reached home without any problem.
There were other sales representative as well who were welcoming me and my family when we were walking and waiting over there while Joe was taking care of transactions.

I just bought my 2nd Honda from another dealership but let me just say I'm so sorry I didn't find Sons Honda and Mr. Kevin Frye when I was looking for a Honda. I found them a couple of months later when helping my daughter with her purchase of a new car. I came across Mr. Kevin Frye from applying on line and I told him the situation and he called me and my daughter asked when we could come out and test drive. Welp!!!! when I tell you this man had everything ready once we walked in the door. Shortest car buying experience ever. He was kind informed us of all the features on the car she selected and most of all the PRICE WAS GREAT LOL!!!! all of the sales people were friendly and welcoming. We got our CPO Honda Accord hybrid 2018 from Sons Honda. The price was marked "great deal" according to the TrueCar value. I searched a lot and didn't find any better deal at that time with any other dealership within Alabama and Georgia! So, I guess it is safe to say that they don't put an an overpriced tag on their cars. Dante and Derek was very helpful throughout the process. We trade in our old car. At the very last moment I found out that I lost the title of my old car, still they made it possible for us to ride back to our home with the new car. So far we are very much happy about our new ride. I would recommend everyone Sons Honda at McDonough for CPO or new car deals.

Let's be serious, is there a way to have a 5 star rating for a car purchase? Carlton was my salesman and I will say he was understanding and friendly. I came ready to make a purchase on Black Friday... no Black Friday deal. We negotiated per protocol and came to an understanding, not where I wanted, but it was worth the purchase. Deborah, the financing supervisor, was such a peach. Thanks for the experience. I hope that the process can be better streamlined to avoid the long wait at the dealership.

Long waits to get car serviced does not thoroughly check out maintenance checks on serviced vehicles have had problems with the service personnel as to accurately checking vehicles. Fluids not serviced and was told they were fine when they actually needed service . After we took the car back and $800 later for breaks and rotors which should have been discoverd to begin with , after the brakes were replaced by them around 30000 miles ago. Looks like their service isn't as good as it should be. suppose they had failed in the meantime it could have been very bad. Are they not responsible for the safety of their customers by the work done on the cars they service ? very irresponsible if you ask me
