When I drove up, the Service Representative greeted me & welcomed me to Sons Honda. I told him that I was a little late for my regular visit, so he pulled up my record on that little hand-held computer & told me what was due on my car. He asked if I was experiencing any
other problems, I said no. It was very busy that day but he was very courteous and advised me of the possible waiting time. I said I would wait & everything went well. Thank you very much. Marva Batiste.
