While having car repairs is never a "good thing", the associates at Sons make it bearable. LOL! I love the new quote system they put in place that emails the whole quote with line by line items, costs, what are necessary right now or can wait. I have often called other mechanics and asked for quotes on the exact same work. Sons has always been LOWER which is surprising since it is a dealer and "everyone knows that dealers are more expensive". Everyone I have worked with have always been courteous and patient. Samantha was awesome on our last repairs. She went above and beyond to make sure the right repairs were completed on my vehicle. She researched the issue and gave the solutions to the mechanics which made the repairs a lot faster.
