I met with salesman Mohamed Kande who was extremely helpful; he made sure the van was in excellent condition and answered all my questions about the vehicle's past. I love my new Honda civic! Catanya was my salesperson and she was great to work with. I am a recent college graduate and she explained the Honda graduate program and I was able to get a great deal. She recommended that I test drive the car to make sure it was what I wanted and explained all of its features. My mom was my lawyer (tough cookie) through all of this lol but Catanya was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure I got what I was looking for. I wanted the cosmic blue color but Sons didn't have it but she & her manger were able to find me one. I went to Sons on Saturday, and on Tuesday, I was driving my car off the lot. She was very sweet & patient & it was great doing business with her! This was a great experience :)

I brought my car in specifically to have the alternator and starter tested due to issues with it not starting. They replaced the battery but clearly did not test the alternator and starter because this new battery is dead less than a week after picking it up. They got $900+ in other repairs out of me but did not fix the issue I came in for! I have a law degree. And every time I go in here I feel like I m being b.s.ed and patronized. Lawyers are highly aware of that. Clarke Steele was my rep. I would go in on him, but I won t; for now. I ll figure out what to do tomorrow!

The task of replacing our recently deceased Honda Pilot had become as enjoyable as dental surgery. It needed to be done but it was painful and absolutely the last thing I wanted to do with my Saturday. We ended up at Son s Honda because an internet search showed that they had 3 of the cars we wanted. We had no idea how great this place would be. Dante Blackmon took care of us from start to finish. In fact he reached out to me after my first online inquiry and his approach was spot on! He touched base to let me know my options and his schedule, but he never got annoying. He was amazing at the showroom. He was personable and consistent. He told us what he knew and admitted when had to go find out. He quickly earned my trust and treated me with respect. Dante and the people at Sons Honda in McDonough treated me very well. I contacted them about a car I saw online and made an appointment to go see it. Dante was waiting for me when I arrived and the car was exactly as it was described and drove great. I drove the car home in less than two hours after I arrived. Everything was smooth and efficient, and most importantly the car has met all my expectations. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this dealer. Thank you Sons Honda!

I usually go to this dealership, but after today I will never go back to them. I called them on Monday and spoke with Jessica Coleman. I told her what the mechanic told me about my vehicle after he did my oil change. She asked me what my car was doing and over the phone she told me that wasn't the problem. She made me an appointment for the next day at 9 am. I arrived no one greeted me, a mechanic took my vehicle and after waiting for 21 minutes some one finally acknowledged me and realized they had taken the wrong vehicle. Once they found my vehicle a different gentleman put me in the system only to let me know that I needed to see Jesica. She took my vehicle to the back for 3 minutes to have it looked at by Greg Jones just to come back and say nothing was wrong with my vehicle. She even suggested that maybe the mechanic who did my oil change may have messed up my car. Knowing that something was wrong with my vehicle I called a different Honda dealership who looked at my vehicle, and saw that exactly what I said was wrong with my car was wrong with my car. Needless to say the parts were under warranty and my car was fixed same day at a different Honda dealership. If I could give them negative stars I would. Jessica was so concerned with being right that she refused to acknowledge the issues with my car.

Son's Honda has always been amazing with fixing my Honda Civic. I recently traded my 2018 Civic in for a 2020 Accord this week and I am absolutely in love with it! The sales associate Carlton has been so patient and very knowledgeable about all of the Honda cars that were on the lot and even helped me work out a payment plan that I could afford. I will definitely come back for any future car purchases!

I have been wanting a new Honda for a wile. I have been up to this location a few times window shopping. Finally I was able to take one home with me because Soloni and Derrick met all my needs as far as my trade in and my payments. I am really happy with my 2020 Civic. Soloni is very good with helping get you exactly what you want even for a very picky customer like myself, almost as if you make a list of wishes for the car that you want, all the features, color that suits your style, and she runs out back and builds it herself! Both Soloni and Derrick are very down to earth and friendly. Soloni showed me every feature and walked me through every button and the function of every button. She helped me unpack my trade in. She wasn't afraid to brake out the tools and help get my old car tag off as well. She is a very hard worker and you can tell she enjoys her job. Honda is very lucky to have such a loyal and hard working employee like her. When it was time to sign on the dotted line, Derrick, was very patient with explaining all the documents and walking me through the process. He made sure to offer me a warranty that suited my needs and covered all the mantinance needs for the car through a service plan which saves money and keeps the car in like new condition. He keeps money in my pocket and me out of the mechanic shops. No more hassles with finding the right mechanic, worrying about being over charged for a job, also having the security of a certified technician doing the work, and knowing the job is done right the first time. Derrick seems to really love his job and be devoted to his customers and the company. Honda is very lucky to have him as well! Thank you to Soloni and Derrick for my new Honda. I would Highly recommend Soloni and Derrick to my anyone wanting to buy a new car and definitely that they buy from Sons Honda.

It was a very long process. I was there 4-5 hours. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and payments that worked for me, thank you KC! KC did a wonderful job and had a great demeanor. I did not recieve my spare key as I was assured I would from the salesman that took care of me. The facility is very clean! I didnt feel like the staff, besides KC, was very friendly or customer service oriented it was very cut and dry, take it or leave it. Although I will probably recommend this location bc they do have a lot to offer and a really nice facility.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service that we received at Sons Honda, and we were not local to the dealership. Dante took excellent care of us and followed up on all steps of detailing of the vehicle even AFTER the purchase of a certified used Honda. Derek did a great job finding an excellent rate for financing and found a significant rate that beat our pre-approval rate from our credit union. We would love to buy from these guys again when we need our next car as they were a "breath of fresh air" compared to our local dealers. Seriously, they were fantastic!

Even though the service department closed in an hour and I had no appointment T (the Honda agent) still agreed to look at the car and ended up replacing the tire before closing. Great service and understanding which was much appreciated in a hard situation.

Let me tell you my story!! I drove from Franklin TN to buy a Honda Odyssey from SONS. I got a great price, but the service has been awful. As we were driving back we heard some popping in the right wheel, took it to Darrell Waltrip Honda to get fixed, warranty was in play. As DW Honda completed the 150 point inspection, they noted that the transmission fluid, brake fluid and power steering fluid had not been changed. Although I was told that everything had been done and changed including two tires. It was hard for me to believe, so DW Honda took me out and showed me the fluids. Oh my, they were so filthy. After back and forth with SONS Honda, they finally agreed to pay for after I got the service, which happened on May 1st and submitted receipt same day. In addition my tags were going to expire on May 13th, in which I informed them. I called back a week later, because no one has said anything about the reimbursement and no one has said anything about tags. As I called they said, oh you need to get an emissions test there in Tennessee, and the tags, they're working on it. To date I still have not received my tags, they had to send me another set of temporary tags because I drove for two days on expired tags and I have not received by reimbursement. I called corporate office. They are having the same trouble and may have to escalate and according to the corporate office there are several issues there. I have owned Honda's for 20+ years, and the customer service in Tennessee at Reddell Honda in Murfreesboro and Darrell Waltrip Honda in Franklin Tennessee are top notch.

I would buy a car here even if it were the best price in the United States and they shipped the car for free, because the customer service you provide after the car buy experience is what counts.

Oh and watch the service department, they say they change fluids, but obviously they didn't, that's a red flag for sure!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE, THEY HAVE ISSUES!!!

This Odessey is our fifth Honda. We currently also have a 1997 CRV (first model year) with 280,000 miles.
My experience was way better than prior new car experiences.
Honda's sales approach is similar to their product. It is important to understand the Honda philosophy of car sales. We drove all similar vehicles of other brands first. Quality, simplicity, and not a bunch of fluff goes along with the process. Our sales representatives Saloni, Tony, and Greg knew the model inside and out. They were professional and friendly. Other competing brand sales staff frequently apologized for not knowing answers to technical details about their product. We received a complete review of our car's features and operation. It was ready on time and clean. We bought the car at a fair price based on KBB and Edmunds. We could not beat the Honda price versus a fair price of competing brands that did not equal the quality, but were comparable in features. The final price remained the final price. That is a first in 45 years of purchasing a new car. The facility is clean and inviting. The car sells itself. Service bays were also clean and uncluttered. Honda is the Swiss Army knife of vehicles.
We realize everyone has a unique experience.
My advice is to do the research prior to shopping for a new vehicle.

I visited Sons Honda last week as I was set on purchasing a new car. My sales representative was Joe, who was kind and courteous and seemed fairly knowledgeable on the cars I was inquiring about. However, when it came to the purchase as a previous review had mentioned they started playing the "car sales" game. Out of all the dealerships I visited, Sons was the only one that would not give me their quotes in writing which I thought was odd and sneaky but was still willing to purchase a car with them.

Then one of the sales managers came out (don't remember his name but was a big guy wearing a black suit). From the start he was unfriendly and terse then snatched their paper quote from the desk and told me to go elsewhere just because I was explaining much lower offers from other dealers (which they provided in writing). This was the moment I knew that no matter what this dealership offered me in the end, I would NOT be buying a car from Sons nor would I recommend anyone to drive out there to purchase a Honda.

I would gladly pay more for a car to be treated like a decent customer but thankfully I didn't have to. That same day I got a much better deal from a different dealership along with amazing customer service and no unnecessary games. I understand Sons Honda is a smaller dealership that may be in an unfavorable location but that is why I drove out there. I was under the impression I would be treated well along with get a great deal. Buying a car is a major decision for most and the dealership should value their customers and how they are treated. Sons Honda failed to do this and lost a customer that day.

I took my car to Sons Honda because my car had mixed oil and coolant. I knew it was going to cost a bit, but trusted that the service department would do good by me and I would be happy... wrong. I was told that the head gasket was bad and the head had to be resurfaced, that was the problem. Cool, I paid 3k to have it all done, pricey, but yet again I figured the dealership would fix it right. NOT EVEN AN OIL CHANGE LATER... my oil and coolant are still mixing. I have the car towed back up there and they tell me "there are internal issues we could not have known about, you need a new engine." I had them inspect the car. when I had the gasket replaced, for ANY AND ALL problems and if they could make a list so I know what I need to look at fixing, and there was nothing close to this on there. I mean, I could get a new engine and have it put it for what I paid to have them bolt new parts on a dead engine. After confronting the service person about this, she basically told me too bad.

I will not recommend them to ANYONE and if you are reading this... I don't recommend having service other then an oil change done there.

This place is a classic left hand doesn t know what the right hand is doing type of car dealership.

One person tells you one thing, someone else tells you something completely different.
In my case, my time was wasted twice on a HONDA problem. They even posted a service bulletin to the web for all the world to see.
When I called a week ago about getting the problem resolved, I asked it I could do the install myself to save everyone some time, as there are no tools needed to complete the task. I was assured that it would be no problem for me to do the work. They even wasted my time a bit more by transferring me to Parts to order the items is the bulletin, then transferred me back to Service for no real reason, then back to Parts again to keep me from going about the rest of my day, presumably. Come on in to get the items and we ll send you on you merry way....

Yeah right. Got there today to get the parts, and while Samantha in service was very helpful, I was told that I cannot in fact get the parts from them to do the job. This means that I ll have to take 1/2 or more of a day to go and get my wife s car from her at work (she can t drive mine) and go sit at the dealership while I wait on whomever shows up that day to do the work, then take her car back to her before she is ready to leave for the day.

All of this today, btw, is after standing in that narrow corridor of the Service department for nearly 10mins- waiting patiently for anyone to approach me. 10mins. Unacceptable.

I believe the last words I said before leaving that place for the last time is this place is such a cluster....

I ll bet that I even get the standard canned response to this review. Read all the negative reviews here before plopping down your hard earned cash with this place. They should know that we won t be back for another vehicle here.

We ended up talking to Ashton and as we were looking at the car he walked off and gave us some space to talk and look the car over. After a test we decided to get the car. The paper work part of things is always a pain but Ashton was up for the challenge to get the car at the price we wanted. The staff was fantastic. I bought a used vehicle and was pleased with my whole experience. I've rated 4 stars because the vehicle has a cracked windshield and it was to be replaced the following day but here I am, 9 days after the date of purchase with no scheduled date for the windshield replacement and with Hurricane Dorian, I fully expect it to be even longer before this matter is resolved, which is disappointing. I've been told by the dealership that getting a vendor has been problematic but I believe that one could have been found in the past 9 days, considering I was told it could be accomplished the next day, the day after purchase.
