Customer service is the worse , I've taken my car here a couple of times and they never fail to disappoint with the horrible customer service, I think I'll start going to the perimeter in the future, at least I'll feel happy about spending my money there.

Sons Honda was great. We had a WONDERFUL sales person named Javon. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and VERY helpful and friendly. My only complaint is they kind of play the "car sales game". We were looking at two different cars and asked for their lowest price out the door. Javon was very helpful and got us the two prices, but the sales manager wouldnt let us have the paper quotes, said it was Sons Honda policy. The neighboring Toyota dealer gave us a printed quote. We haven't made a purchase yet, but I must say, it means something to me when a dealership will stand by their price and believes in their price enough to give it to you in print.
Amazing customer service experience at Sons Honda! I went in with my mother who had found a car online that she was interested in purchasing. We were treated with kindness, respect and professionalism from everyone we encountered but most especially, our salesperson, Mr. David Mitchell, went out of his way to deliver outstanding customer service with kindness, patience and camaraderie! We were truly treated like family. Even though the car buying process can seem long and tedious, every step of the way was a treat with the team at this dealership. David from the finance department was also incredibly kind and saw us through every step. Eventually, all T's were crossed and Mom (and I) got to hit the gong that means she was driving home in a sporty, new (to her) Honda CR-V! We were given proper introductions to everyone we encountered from sales to service department. I am speaking for my mom as well as myself, best buying experience ever!
I went in to service my honda CRV and scheduled a test drive with Justin Smith. In the end I purchased a new 2018 CRV touring, but the most influential part of my decision was the fact that Justin was almost intuitive in selecting the vehicle I test drove. Having just purchase new cars for my older kids, I was in need of an upgrade myself. He asked me some very relevant questions about what I wanted for ME. He didn t attempt to fit my desire to the stock, he literally found the ideal vehicle for me. At that point it was all about the numbers. Justin and finance Worked hard to make me an offer. Knowing I have choices and could say no if I wasn t happy, I said yes because they did an excellent job of providing me a deal that I felt satisfied with. In the end it was a win win situation. They worked hard for my business and earned it. Ive been a customer of sons for 8 years and have no intentions of going anywhere else.
Mark Smith is very Rude. And doesn't care about his customer's. Ask for Paul he will help you and treat you right and want try to play games.He will ypu straight up the plan om everything to your cat to a rental. NOT Mark

My wife and I had a great experience buying our second vehicle from Sons Honda (7th car our family has bought from Sons). The experience was great for several reasons. First, it's in a convenient location for anyone on the Southside of Atlanta. Second, our salesman, David Mitchell, Jr., took great care of us throughout the process. When it came time to negotiate the price of the vehicle, David listened to us and made us feel like we got a great deal. He was not pushy or aggressive, he was polite and friendly. Third, Derek Gaynor in finance was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came time to talk about financing. He got us a great interest rate and answered all of our questions. He was very personable and even went above and beyond to help us after we decided to make a last-minute change. He was even prompt in returning my phone call the next day to answer a question. Lastly, everyone on staff that we came across was very friendly and helpful. One of the staff members who prepped our vehicle before we drove it off the lot was named Demetrius Herbert. Demetrius was very professional in our interaction and very excited for my wife and I. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big deal and it shouldn't be taken lightly. For that reason, if you're thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, go to Sons Honda where the staff will treat you like family, listen to you, and work hard to give you a fair deal. Oil change, Tire inspection and rotation along with brake inspection and engine air filter replacement. Always a Great experience when dealing with Jessica. She answers all of my questions concerning my 2016 Pilot. The detailed service inspection sheet that is given at the end of each visit is always helpful with future or immediate concerns I may need for my vehicle.
Experience was excellent! T Harden is an excellent Rep!!! He made my visit a pleasant one by keeping me updated on the things that were taking place and also made sure I understood ever recommendation before leaving Honda. I scheduled an appointment with service over the phone. I showed up early for my appointment and checked in online. Very smooth transition. I was told the work would take 4 hours. I received a call about 3 hours in and was told my Honda was ready for pick up. I paid the price that was discussed beforehand. I highly recommend using the service department at Sons. I can't wait until my next service appointment.
Beware!!! Beware!!! Made a deal on a 2019 Honda odyssey exl that didn't have a Rear Entertainment System but was told they could install one.When I was contacted by the dealer to set up installation that's when I was told it was an aftermarket RES not the Honda RES.... Tried to work out something and couldn't agree I returned the odyssey and will never do business here again
Went in for my 30,000 service on the Accord I bought at Sons. They quoted me 1 - 1 1/2 hours. It was a very short 1 1/2 hours. The waiting room had socially distanced places to sit. Coffee and bottled water offered also. I understand because of Covid they aren't offering the donuts anymore. They asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash too! I passed on that because I had just washed my car the day before. Love this place. I drive 30 miles to get to Sons. Totally worth it.
Still Keeping Me Happy At Sons they make sure you know what's going on with your car and different options that are available. I like options and feeling like the decision is actually mine to make. They keep my car riding like I just purchased it, love them for taking care of my car the way they do.
This is my second time coming to sons Honda and both times my experience was great! Carlton was helping throughout the whole thing and definitely made things go smoothly. I went in with hopes of purchasing a 2nd car that I could pay off quickly. Unfortunately things didn't work out with the vehicle I had in mind, but Tony Young got me into a newer model vehicle that fit my budget. He was very friendly and laid back and made the experience most enjoyable. I would highly recommend him and the Sons Honda team. We've bought two cars there in the last 5 years and have been lied to both times. First time while going thru financing on the car we picked i explained to salesman i wanted the carfax, he said they were waiting on it but lets get started on the paperwork while we wait. Later on he tells me oh it was good but didnt show me and i took his word for it, thats my fault. 2 years later find out that it has been in an accident ! Never got the refer a friend money! And never got the 2nd set of keys i was promised. Then he said that he would get me a good deal on getting a spare made and they charged me regular price.
2nd time there i was bs so much i dont even know what to say. And their salesman are new everytime you go there, so no experience. Waiting a week for approval on financing all because the salesman quit and no one got back to me.
The refer a friend money you will never get. Ive gone with 2 family members that bought cars and turned in the vouchers and nothing.
Only reason ive gone here is because its honda and the only one around .

I needed to get work done on my 2002 Honda Accord, which a few smaller shops couldn't correctly diagnose. Sons Honda did the diagnosis, which took longer than expected, in the last two hours that they were open on a Friday. I worked with Jessica, Nina, and Reed, over a two-day period and they were all friendly and helpful. I've had a few other smaller jobs done here last year like my AC compressor and the service was great then too. Despite having an older car that isn't in the best of shape, they still treated me like an important customer, which is why I'll keep going back.

I was hesitant about my car choice until I saw the perfect accord,Willi allowed me to test drive.Everything changed after I notified him I was paying cash and wanted to negotiate a better deal,the body language said it all,I was disappointed because I had worked out a way to avoid financing to pay cash,but seeing as I was profiled by the sales rep.I decided to take my business else where as my money isn't burning my pocket..they keep calling me but NO DEAL..I'm good tnks but no tnks

I was looking for a CR-V Touring with certain features and exterior/interior colors. Found the vehicle online, located at Sons Honda. Mr. Joe Headley was very prompt in replying to my emails with detailed answers to all of my questions. He was wonderful in negotiating a price via email, as well. Ms. Saloni Prajapati assisted us with our test drive and she was just as courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable as Mr. Headley. Prior to the test-drive, she covered every feature and option very thoroughly. She also showed us how many of the features worked, during the test-drive. I am the nervous type and her bubbly personality and warm smiles made the test-drive an enjoyable one :) Negotiating the trade-in of our other vehicle was also smooth and speedy, as was completing the purchasing paperwork and making payment. We drove 82 miles to make the purchase and it was DEFINITELY worth the drive!

Super helpful people in the Parts dept. I wish I got the lady's name I spoke with... I was looking for a part and called to make sure they have it (and if they can ship it to me in CA). She didn't have it in stock and it was actually backordered and could potentially be months before it's available again. Where most people would just end the call, the lady went the extra mile to explain what part is needed and what not. Also, she searched for other places near me where the part was available. I had called other places near me before but no one went the extra mile like the lady did. Greatly appreciate it!

Great first time experience! I recently moved to the area from out of state and was really nervous about finding a place to have my SUV serviced, after I compared companies Sons Honda provided a better service package at a reasonable price. I dealt with Nathan during my encounter and I was impressed by his professionalism. My SUV was done on time and to my surprise they even cleaned the exterior of my vehicle. I definitely give them 5 stars.
I went to get some accessories for my car. It took three times for them to get it right. Then I paid for something that they did not even install. They tried to convince me that it was. They had my car the whole day and still not get all the work done. So I had to wait additional time for them to complete it. It was late in the evening. I never even got a apology.
