I have not been to this dealership but I did go on...

I have not been to this dealership but I did go on their website to look and I have been harassed ever since. I get it you have to contact people but I get multiple emails and phones calls on a daily basis and I even told the sales rep we may come in after I address some health issues then the next day after that which was a Sunday I got 14 emails in a 30 minute window and then 5 calls and 10 more emails the next day. I will be doing my business at another dealership because of this harassment.

Jessica was my advisor and did an amazing job and informed me on what she was doing when I first arrived. The wait was not long at all , waited no more than 30 minutes although it really felt like 10. Very quick service. Thank you Sons Honda and Jessica for taking care of my service needs . Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, so we were lucky to have Joe with us, explaining each step and making sure we were well-informed. We would definitely recommend Sons Honda, and Joe in particular, to our family and friends.

update: My husband checked my car when he got home from work the day that I brought it in for the wax. He took pictures of parts of my car that looked awful and came back here the next day. He showed the service guy I was dealing with the pictures and told them he wanted it redone. Today I brought it back, a week later and they did some of it again but not all of it like they were supposed to. They didn t even wash it before they waxed it when it has mud on it. They said their car wash was closed today, but yet when I was checking out I heard another service person ask the customer that they were dealing with if she wanted a free car wash today. I guess it magically opened up 2 minutes after I was told it wasn t opened today. My husband is on his way back here now to tell them they need to redo the whole car and not just parts of it and it needs to be washed properly too. I still have not received an apology from anyone about all of this and for the inconvenience it has been for both me and my husband. If you do buy a car from here I don t recommend that you buy any of their service plans if this is how they treat everyone. I m glad we didn t buy the service plans they offer, just the wax that was in our agreement.

I bought my odyssey here about a year and a half ago. The whole purchasing experience was great no complaints there. However, part of the deal was for me to get a wax job. So I brought it in today to the service department and got the wax and two recalls that were open done on my car. I was told it would take 2 and a half hours. I was also told that it really needed to be buffed before it got waxed but they wouldn t do it because it wasn t part of the deal. I ended up waiting for 5 hours and they didn t apologize or anything for my wait time. So basically I waited 5 hours for recall work and a half way done wax job.

I knew exactly which new vehicle I wanted so I started my search on the internet requesting 4 dealerships to quote me their best sale price. BJ Jones of Sons Honda got right back to me with an offer that was thousands less than the competition...but that was only the start of an excellent buying experience. I placed an order on a Friday evening. Sons did not have my vehicle in stock so they had to locate a vehicle from another dealer. On the following Monday, the vehicle had arrived and was ready for pick-up. I was greeted at the dealership the next day by BJ who first of all gave my wife and I an outstanding tour of all the features of the vehicle. After explaining and adjusting the user settings, we completed the sale paperwork and were ready to take possession of our new vehicle. After nearly 50 years of buying cars, I have never ever before had such a simple, smooth car buying experience. BJ was extremely knowledgeable and lead us through the car buying process quickly, easily and efficiently. There was NOTHING he could have done better. All we had to do was turn up!!

I went in yesterday (9/19/20) to buy two vehicles. I had a deal closed with two great interest rates and was ready to sign. I spent the better part of a full day working with wonderful professionals to get the deal. I am ready to close and the inventory manager reneged on the entire deal and changed all the terms.

I have over $23000 between equality in my trades and cash I am willing to put down. The inventory manager comes to me and tells me to my face that I should pay my bills. I have never been so grossly offended in all my life. I know in my heart the reason this happened was in combination because I was black and that ownership felt like they could get more money for the new vehicles I was purchasing.

I have over half a million dollars in my bank account. I have paid my house and every vehicle I own off. This past year I have donated over $15000 to local recreation parks and athletic programs. I have never been one to spend money on expensive cars or apparel. I find such things to be a waste. I try to live a minimalist lifestyle.

I was so mad, with all that transpired, I came back with bank statements, the deed on my house, deeds of land I own back in NC and the titles to my two cars.

The way the man offended brought me to instant anger because I knew if I was a white man he never would have said those words to me. The worst thing someone can do is make assumptions about someone s work ethic and character.

Since I have been living in Georgia, I have purchased 5 vehicles from Sons Honda. In the past I had always worked with Cathy Miller and she was always world class in professionalism and care. I plan to contact the GM and their corporate headquarters on Monday. For me to be as loyal I was to this branch and Honda and be treated this way is appalling.

The sad part about all this is a young lady was denied two sales. Asyndrea was an amazing sales agent who bent over backwards to give exactly what I wanted in terms of vehicles and information. She was diligent, detailed, and was professional the whole visit. Before I left, if I didn t get the deal I wanted, I would have been willing to pay cash fir both vehicles.

I feel bad for the minorities that work with the gentleman I encountered. I am shocked this man holds any type of leadership position. I will make sure that the people I do business with, and my friends know to never go to this location again. I also will never set foot on that lot as long as I live.

I've been car shopping for about a year now visted tons of dealership looking for good pricing and management. Sons Of Honda in McDonough have outstanding customer service and have amazing deals . I had an very odd service issue on our new Honda Odyssey. I took the van in to be looked over to see if it was a warranty issue. Upon the initial review it was determined not to be. I was not pleased with this decision at all. I voiced my opinion to my service advisor Sami and asked to speak to the service manager. She went the extra mile to show him pictures and relayed my concerns. I was able to talk to him as well as the area Honda dealer rep. They let me vent and listened to what I had to say. We were able to discuss the issue in more depth and in the end they determined it could be handled under warranty.

A special thank you to Sami for working so hard on our behalf!!! I was very upset and you were very pleasant and professional during the whole ordeal!!!

Me Clarke Steele was extremely patient professional and customer service oriented. He took the time to ask what the vehicle was there for, he reiterated the reason and asked if ther was anything else that needed attention. In conclusion, I was talking to another military veteran in the waiting room and Mr Clarkewaited for us to finish, and then thanked both of us for our service before telling me my vehicle was ready. The respect was above reproach as well as his interactions.

The lobby is comfortable, hot coffee available. No pressure tactics, just plain old fashioned good sales techniques. Extra kudos to Sundeep (Sonny), Joe Headley, and to Nathan in the service dept., who expressed enthusiasm at just being there, and answered all my service related questions.

Sons Honda is an AWESOME dealership. The service is the BEST I've ever had. Especially in the maintenance department. Joe Rowe and his maintenance crew ARE THE BEST! I'm a combat naval veteran. I fought in the 2nd Gulf War and I suffer from mental illness. I rarely feel comfortable letting people work on my automobiles. SONS HONDA MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT HAS PERFECTED COSTUMER SERVICE AND I COMPLETELY FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEM. I will definitely renew my maintenance package. I drive 1 hour to get to Sons Honda for maintenance and IT'S WORTH IT!

I walked into Sons Honda thinking that I would have no luck finding what I was looking for. Especially because I had gone to another Honda dealership and their service and attitude toward me as a customer was discouraging but as soon as I drove up to Sons Honda I was met with energy that brightened my day. I worked with Saloni to find the perfect car for the right price. Saloni and the entire staff were very helpful and friendly. They worked with me from about 5pm til nearly 9pm just to get me the best deal and to make sure that I was happy with my purchase once I made it. Saloni made me feel like I could trust her and the deal I was getting. I wanted a new car for my birthday and that s exactly what s I got. I am very pleased with my experience at Sons Honda. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I have had nothing but bad experie...

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I have had nothing but bad experiences in the service department. It is so bad that when my wife takes the car in for an oil change (in the case of have to, no other option), I check the dipstick for fresh oil.
They have repeatedly tried to sell my wife a timing belt service. My car has a timing CHAIN that doesn't need replacing.
The last instance was two weeks ago. Sons installed a battery in my car in Feb of 2013. The battery died July 18 2015. They would not warrant the battery even thought THEY installed it ( a geniune Honda battery) and it had a 3 year warranty.
I am serious when I say stay away. I would have never gone there two weeks ago if it had not been a warranty issue.
I would give them a no star rating if it were a selection.

This was my first time purchasing a brand new car. I've only ever had a Honda and I know they are built well so I decided to stick with this make. My previous car was a 2008 civic coupe. I loved that car, but it was outdated. Carlton hooked me up with a nice 2020 HR-V with all the bells and whistles. And at a great deal. I am in love! He made the car shopping process easy and enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I highly recommend Carlton at Sons Honda!

The experience that I had with purchasing a new vehicle at Sons Honda was the best experience I have ever had. From day one, Carlton Harris was very welcoming, nice, honest, and helpful. Carlton was very diligent with finding the vehicle that I wanted. Carlton also saw that I was determined to purchase a new Honda Accord and he did not give up on trying to find the right vehicle for me.
Not only was Carlton very welcoming but the rest of the Sons Honda staff was as well. Everyone was nice and engaged in conversation with every chance they had. I totally loved the new purchase celebration with all of the staff. I will never forget this experience and will forever be grateful for Carlton and Sons Honda. Customer service absolutely exceeded my expectations! Carlton was great! He helped make the experience amazing. I traded in my 2005 Honda Civic for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport! I walked in expecting to leave without a car. Instead, my husband and I left with a new car with a monthly payment that matched the payment that I was making on my 2005 Honda before I paid it off!
