The staff was fantastic. I bought a used vehicle and was pleased with my whole experience. I've rated 4 stars because the vehicle has a cracked windshield and it was to be replaced the following day but here I am, 9 days after the date of purchase with no scheduled date for the windshield replacement and with Hurricane Dorian, I fully expect it to be even longer before this matter is resolved, which is disappointing. I've been told by the dealership that getting a vendor has been problematic but I believe that one could have been found in the past 9 days, considering I was told it could be accomplished the next day, the day after purchase.
