Poor customer service. The website does not reflect the correct hours for the service center. After rushing to leave work. I sat and wasn t acknowledged for 15 minutes. When someone finally decided to acknowledge me I was turned away. They didn t even offer to make me a appointment. I will never return to the McDonough location again.
