I'm Only Considering Buying Hondas in the Future because of Son's Honda Maintenance Dept
I've now been taking my Hondas (13CRV and then 13PIL after CRV was totaled in an accident) to Sons for preventative maintenance/repairs for the past 2 years.

Simply put, they are the most professional and courteous service managers I've ever dealt with. Coupled that with the fact that their prices are flat our amazing, I really can't sing their praises enough.

The customer waiting area is really nice and clean (and I really appreciate the coffee and donuts). I can easily and comfortably work from there when the work on my car is quick.

On occasions when I can't wait for my car, they deliver and pick me up (and I'm about 12 miles from them).

Because of the tremendous service and value they consistently provide, I honestly am considering only purchasing a Honda in the future so that I can take it to them for the preventive and unplanned maintenance.

To Sons Honda Service Dept, please keep up the excellent service. You have a customer for life.

For any one with a Honda in Henry County and neighboring counties, I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Sons Honda as a place to receive service for your vehicle. I honestly believe you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a car from Sons Honda and Carlton was my sell's guy. There was a specific car that I seen online and when I got to the location Carlton was knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. Before I purchase the car there was a few issues with it and Carlton made sure everything was correct before I drove it off the lot. It's been about a month that I had the vehicle and another issue happened. I bought it back the same day and told Carlton the issue... after 4 hours of waiting I was told that they have to send it off to Hyundai since it's not a Honda car. I was given a loaner car for the time being but currently I am still waiting on my vehicle. I would recommend Carlton as he has taken care of me thus far. I will update with the outcome.

With no intentions of purchasing a car, that is exactly what happened. My salesperson, Hilary was great. He was very knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had. The entire process was smooth. Finance department was great too! Got an offer I couldn't refuse! Love my vehicle!!

I would give 5 stars if they offered free oil changes for the 1st year of your purchase but they don t. But my sales person Wellesley was such a pleasure. He ensured that I felt comfortable and that I was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing.

I ve always visited Sons Honda for service and customer service has been great. The service dept is open until 7 pm and I ve arrived as late as 6:45 pm and someone has assisted me until recently. I arrived at 6:37 pm on a Tuesday for an oil change and Terri McCurry told me that they were not accepting anymore cars. I came back the next day at 6:24 pm and Terri said they were not taking anything more cars. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Don t advertise your service department being opened until 7:00 pm if you are only take cars until a certain time. When I asked when when did you all stop taking cars before 7 pm Terri stated we don t take cars after 6:30. Customer service is surely a lost art these days and I will go where my business is appreciated.

Very bad, I couldn't believe Honda certified them.

First, there was a financial manager called Muhammad. He looked warm before you purchased the vehicle from him but after that when you tried to ask for some info. He didn't answer. When they show me the vehicles, I found that there was mud inside of the gas tank door. It looks like the previous felt resentful and put dirt inside of the tank and left mud there.

And after I purchased the vehicle, i received a lot of scam phone calls trying to sell their 'extended warranty'. It is really annoying. How those scammer get my contact information?

DO NOT try to save a few bucks to buy vehicle from this business.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was surprised when they said I can just walk-in. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by two employees who were extremely helpful. Usually I wait over 3 hours to receive my vehicle. This is my first time at Sons Honda and it ONLY took 45 MINUTES!!!

I wouldn't say that there is a single thing about this place that I would consider good business practice besides the cleanliness of the sales floor. I just recently bought a used honda civic lx from them. After haggling with the salesman for a little over 3 hours I got the deal worked down to where, with my truck as a trade-in, the price of the car was at about what true car said it should be. I settled with it and bought the honda.

The salesman was very unwilling to work with me on the price. After I signed the dotted line it took an hour to transition to the finance section of the store so I could pay for it. When paying for it I noticed the price on the paper wasn't what was agreed upon and I fully believe that the man was just trying to trick me in to paying more for the car without noticing. I didn't trust him at all. After paying for the car I left the dealership at around 9:3. It is now just 3 days later and the brakes have gone out on my "Honda Certified" used car. I called the dealership and was told, in a nutshell, "Sorry sir, there's really nothing I can do about it then." I would never recommend this dealership, it's pushy salesman, or it's rude customer service reps.

Hillary was awesome! He was very informative and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and did not hover over us while we looked for a car. He took the time to show us all of the new features (I had an 05 Accord so a 2020 was definitely a big step technology wise) and even called the next day to follow up with us!

In the search for a new automobile my venture brought me back to Sons Honda where I previously purchased the Honda CR-V. The process was flawless and my Sales Agent was awesome! Joe is a very professional and experienced agent. He has a caring attitude which contributed to me making a final decision on my purchase. David in the finance department was awesome as well and did not hesitate to explain all details. I absolutely love both my cars. Jessica in the service department took the time to set me an appointment for additional add ones and I m very pleased. Jessica is an added Value to Sons Honda. She is always so pleasant and cheerful.

We drove across town just to deal with Tim Baxter at Sons Honda. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and handled the sale of our new Odyssey quickly and easily and gave us a great deal. We handled a lot of the process on the phone and couldn't have been happier dealing with Tim and was very happy with the dealership when we arrived.

We have since been invited to a New Owner Workshop to help answer any questions we have about our new purchase and I'm very pleased about this added service. Our new Odyssey has lot of new features that I'm unfamiliar with and this workshop sounds perfect for me. Thanks to everyone at Sons Honda. I'm looking forward to many happy years with my new Honda!

I had a bad experience the night before with AAA not showing up for a roadside assistance call & my husband having to change the tire in the heat!! Was not looking forward to having to get my tire repaired on a Saturday morning, but Sons Honda was great. They got me in, repaired the tire and put all the tire changing equipment back in place in less than an hour!! Special thanks to Nathan!!

Had never been to Sons, didn't know anyone there; I went only because they were the only dealer in Atlanta that had the one specific model and color I wanted.

The unknown quickly turned into a great experience. Sons, and my sales rep Mohamed Kande, were simply on top of everything. I've purchased many new vehicles since 1970 and Mohamed may well be the most prepared, personable, and professional sales person I've dealt with. Thanks to all.

The good.
1. Mohamed kept the atmosphere professional and relaxing.
2. Our purchase price via the internet was the after haggle price.
3. Good finance rate.
4. We tested several cars and they all looked and performed as expected.
5. The car we purchased was clean with low mileage and has performed as
expected.
6. The extended warranty replaced a tire that was punctured after two weeks
of driving.

The bad.
1. Our tag was late.
2. They attempted to separate the sales division from the finance division.

In summary,
Do your research, and know beforehand about the car buying experience. Would I go back? Yes I would. I recommend Mohamed Kande (a decent fellow) at Sons of Honda.

I hate buying cars because of pushy sales people but when I arrived I wasnt hassled after looking around I ask for a sales person and got Solani. Great attitude and awesome employee, we looked at a certified preowned Accord and after talking to her we settled on a new Accord with the rebate available it made no sense money wise to not buy a new one. She really made me feel like she just wanted to help me find the car I would love and not trying to just make a sale. If your in the market for a new Honda stop by and give her a visit you won t be disappointed. Side note Sons prices were better than the other Honda dealer up the street claiming to have the lowest prices on Honda s around. Overall great experience buying this car I d recommended Solani and Sons Honda to anyone in the market

Overall, great car buying experience. I was greeted immediately and told the sales associate what I was looking for. They showed me only what I wanted and did not try to push anything else on me. They were willing to work with the budget I had; if the numbers could be reached, they were determined to make the sale. They kept in touch with me throughout the process since what I wanted had to be delivered. I was given a toured of the service area and given direct contact information for everyone I'd ever need to speak with. Basically, they offer a pleasant buying experience with service after the buy. And their inventory is acceptable.

Special shout out to sales manager Michael at Sons Honda for telling me he didn't have time to deal with me because he had other deals going on after I had waited 2 hours for a phone call back. What was it about you may ask? The check engine light on my new car I bought FRIDAY is on and saying it is the 3rd cylinder misfiring. Nothing like terrible customer service on a Saturday afternoon and it was my first experience ever buying a car from a dealership. Oh and I would like to add the salesman (Hilary) I dealt with originally never called me back either, and when I got in touch with him he hung up on me. I will give props to Brian for finally helping me and Jessica in service being extra nice and apologetic and telling me I actually need to take it to Dodge since it's under factory warranty. But unfortunately since Michael didn't have time for me I have to wait until after work monday to get my car even looked at, even though it has a 3 month warranty through sons honda dealership and an extended warranty through them, because the dodge service department closed at 2.

Worst customer service! I took my car in for for some recalls to be fixed and the service center looks nice and organized but the employees are not! I was was spoke to rudely and when I called to check on my car I had to go through 5 different people before I actually got the person I wanted. RIDICULOUS! The sales guy (Derek?) was great and Marvin in parts is also incredibly knowledgeable - Service was also okay - ask for Tyler - the rest of the staff seems to have forced smiles on their faces and the girl at the front desk is terribly unfriendly. The service department is not what they say they are. I have been trying to resolve a service matter for a while now. The service manager does not return phone calls or emails. I purchased a certified Honda that was not really certified. And he has yet to respond to even try to rectify the matter.

Everyone was very nice but I felt slightly mislead when I looked further into the papers after getting home. I was told the extra warranty would only be $4 more a month with my car payment. Turns out it s actually about $25 more. They based the $4 more a month on the car payment with the higher interest rate not the rate I was actually getting. I was told the warranty was good for 100,000 miles from the miles the car had when I bought it but turns out it s from 0 miles to 100,000.I felt taken advantage of whenever I noticed this. Everything else about the process was fine except for being mislead on this part. I don t think I would buy from them again.
