It was overall a very good experience and stay at Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa. The reservations team were patient in assisting and replying to my queries through email before the stay itself. The room was big and good, spacious enough (I booked the Prestige suite). The services rendered at the restaurant (Cliff) was excellent, staff were friendly.

Things to improve:
1) Was alittle disappointed in the mud pool tho, it looked alittle "dirty'' and probably that is why no people goes to the mud pool.
2) The receptionist seems to be alittle blur. He did not really share with us on the facilities which were available to us as well as the dinning credit which i purchased. i.e. He did not mention on the dining credit and how to utilise it and how to go about paying for it(he didnt seem to know about the dining credit until i asked) etc. Also, as a receptionist, knowing that I have booked for a Prestige room, i should be entitled to the outdoor spa pool facilities but he did not share with me. Fortunately, i read up on people's blog on the outdoor pool as well as checking with your reservation team prior the stay, else i would not have known about the outdoor spa pool facilities which i was entitled to. It seems like the customer got to ask a question, then the receptionist will check or answer.

For a hotel, receptionist is the first point of contact which your customers will first interact with, thus, it affects the impression of your customer towards the hotel.

Nevertheless, it was a great experience. :)
