The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I like that there's a bar and several restaurants the food was good!! Friendly staff and over all staff.

Very good. Only Initial 3 days except 1st day when we checked in I cud not see drinking water in my room.

Clean room but the breakfast buffet amd SPG lounge was insipid.

Room was great, there was an event going on so if was extremely crowded but it was a good stay. Priceline gave an excellent price

We came in after midnight and staff was very nice. Beds are very comfortable. We had no problem sleeping in. Rooms are a little tight. Paid for very late (6 pm) on the next day. Was no problem, able to stay in room for work and hang out.

The hotel was nice. The meeting rooms too cold, the food in the restaurant was OK. The restaurant service was sorely lacking which was a BIG disappointment. Couldn't get refills & took over 20mins to get the check after asking 4 times. The manager tired to make up for it but the offer was for the day that we were checking out & after 4pm. Really?

Nice hotel thought being so close to the airport it would be loud it was not. Good food nice pool.

My main motivation for booking this hotel was to swim in a heated pool. So I called 3 days ahead of my intended stay and asked about the pool hours and whether it was heated or not. I was told that is was heated and that it was open until 10pm. I booked and we arrived, checked in, and realxed until pool time. We were told by staff that the pool was under renovation and that I could travel to another hotel if I would like to use a pool. Obviously renovation is a positive thing but staff being unaware of the status of significant perks is unacceptable for such a nice hotel. "The room was nice, gym was great, but I came so my toddler and pregnant wife could relax and swim in what they said was offered and I could have easily chosen a different hotel or stayed another night with my cousin.

Clean room, prompt and respectful staff, and near LAX with shuttle service there every 15 minutes.

Good location. We had to stay one night and was the perfect location. Near airport, comfortable, good value and free parking.

Didn't liked the price for wifi in room but if you stay upper floor you may get free WiFi from lounge.

Hotel easily accessible and very close to the airport, the staff working in the very friendly and helpful, clean. With very spacious rooms with a very comfortable bed they make you feel comfortable.

This has been the best hotels I've stayed in yet, customer service is awesome. I loved the pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are nice and clean. The bed and view is AMAZING.

Rooms are decent and the food for our business meetings was pretty good. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

No wash rags in the room. And no hot water. Service check in was fast. 2 ppl had problems of no a/c and no wash rags at the counter when we came in

rooms are very nice. elevator (or two) was broken which is a shame for such a nice hotel. but lobby is great and rooms are spacious. valet doesn't charge much either. close to LAX.

Expensive for what you don't get and on top, you have to pay extra for parking. Then if you want wifi, extra. The room is nice, but one whole side of the hotel smelled like marijuana.

Quite unkind. I was surprised to see the staff yawning at check-in. I'm sorry to hear that you did not check it out, and you should tell me. No bathrobe No bathtub Rooms are narrow and watery and one is a handful. The rooms are pretty tidy for the Samsung class ... but the dust is very tiny. Not recommended

Limited channel selection and the elevators in the morning take almost 10 minutes.

Instead of 2 Queen beds, I requested a King. They gave me a suite. Sweet! :) Great customer service.

5-stars for customer service. Leah at the front desk knew I was having a bad day with LAX and took great care of us. I felt like we had a gold star above our head with all the staff treating us like VIP!

Everything looks old. Little maintenance and has hidden parking costs. I would never go back.

Our first room smelled like someone smoked out. Called the front desk and the guy was rude about it. My husband talked to the front desk and we got moved to another room. The overall cleanliness was meh. The toilet in our new room looked like it wasn't cleaned with urine stains all over. For being a Sheraton hotel it was disappointing.

I had a couple of meetings in LA and wanted to stay in a hotel near LAX. The Sheraton was perfect for this. The free shuttle bus between the hotel and airport runs every 10 mins or so and made travelling to and from the airport very easy. Inside I found the hotel to have professional and (extremely) helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms and fantastic facilities around the hotel. The restaurants offered very high quality food and the pool area was nice to relax around. Even though the hotel is so close to the airport, you could barely, and rarely, hear noise from the planes. If I was to find any negative it would be that you had to pay for WiFi in the rooms, but this is a really great hotel. I will definitely stay again.

It was ok but they didn t build the Cinderella inspired casino that I wanted HOw cOulD you don t this don t you know that I have anger issues how could do this Meghan I was looking forward to bring my step mother and step sisters to the casino BUT HOW!?! it s not even there

There are so many other Hotels you can choose from, so don't choose this one. No free parking, Valet is 50$ or parking a block away and walking with your bags is $40. No free wi-fi. Pay 15$ per day for wifi. No visitors parking. They will have to pay about 3$ every 15min. I got my room for 110. In total the hotel stay was 170 + 70 dollar deposit. Stay in another hotel.

I always stay here when im in LA! Great place. Amazing staff, very clean, feels very luxurious. I would recomend to anyone looking for a nice hotel right along the LAX area! Around a 25-30 min drive from Hollywood, the beach, and lots of other local nightlife spots!

Surprise $44 fee for parking or $17 every time you come and go...Then $25 fee for forgetting my room key in the room.

The service of the restaurant is really slow; It took around 15 minutes to get my drink, i even got my food first, i had to get out from my table and and asked for my drink.

Great place to be near lax! Really good breakfast spot a couple blocks away from the airport was a very nice find as well. I was close enough to walk to dollar rent a car also, mostly to enjoy the great weather instead of using shuttles or uber.

Great location and offers free shuttle to the Airport, room had a bad smell and housekeeping are stingy with the amenities, sugger, coffee water and soap.
The free wifi is a joke it only lasts 30 minutes. Front desk could smile a little.

While my room and amenities were good, my experience trying to get to the hotel using their complimentary shuttle has turned me off of this property forever. While the phone recording and website say to expect a shuttle every 10-15 minutes, I had to wait over 30 minutes for one to arrive. About halfway through, I had called the hotel to see if there was a delay or if they knew what was going on. I was first transferred to dispatch where I stayed on hold for a few minutes listening to the recording that all dispatch agents were busy. When I gave up and called back, the operator said to just take a taxi and ask to be reimbursed at the front desk. Mind you, that would require me to leave the shuttle area and wait on the taxi line, but it would be most unfair to the taxi driver who was probably waiting hours for a fare only to come up in the queue and have a $5 ride half a mile away. I expressed my frustration and the unfairness of that proposal to the operator and asked to speak to a manager at which point she said I can t deal with you and hung up on me. This was a totally unacceptable response from someone in customer service. Once I finally got on the shuttle bus, it took another 30 minutes to circle the airport and make its way to the hotel after picking up and dropping off a number of other passengers. I will note that the hotel co-brands its shuttles with a local parking lot. So don t expect to see the traditional Sheraton branding colors and the logo is somewhat diminished compared to the parking lot. This is a missed opportunity in my book since many of the other hotel chains don t share their shuttles with off-site parking lots. I explained my experience to the manager on duty and he was apologetic regarding my experience and said it wasn t the type of service they strive towards. Based on my platinum status I was upgraded to a nice corner suite, which would be nice if I was staying longer than a quick overnight. Overall, I can t recommend this hotel unless they fix some of their shuttle logistics. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was based on the proximity to the airport and ease of access to a complimentary shuttle. Given the main reason I opted to stay at this hotel was the biggest issue, I doubt I would stay again. I would rather stay at any of the other hotels that had shuttles constantly passing me like the Embassy Suites, Sheraton Four Points, or Hyatt Regency.

Great hotel, nice service and close to LAX with a free shuttle

Very convenient hotel for business and located very close to the airport. Nice lobby, clean rooms and lots of conference rooms for events. Food at the hotel was a bit pricey but that seems to be everywhere. They get dinged a star because the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was atrocious. Just kept driving by without stopping. After watching it drive by several times over the course of 30min. I just decided to walk(about 3/4mile)

I loved the hotel and the people who work here. Everything is clean and elegant, as I like it. The only thing I had a problem with is that I paid almost $ 300 for staying here for 2 nights, but I could only use the Wifi if I paid $ 12.

Horrible experience here! Looks beautiful but their customer service needs serious work. This is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the guests were smoking like a chimney and the smoke was coming to my room through the vents. My complaints did nothing and when asked about my experience, I told them again why it was not great and the customer rep offered me disgusting coffee to make the situation better. I mean seriously coffee? I won't be back!

The service while I was there was your usual hotel service.
My problem with this hotel is the service I received after my stay. I left an item in the room and called several times to try to ask someone if it was found. I was directed to lost and found, who never answered the phone. Tried leaving a message and still a week later have not received a call. I began calling and asking for a manager, which didn t help either. The phone rang for minutes each time. The last time I called I was given a very long email address to email lost and found. I asked if they could email me the email address so I could make sure it was correct. Of course, I was told no! The operator wouldn t even the spell the managers name when I asked. I personally won t be staying here again.

The food at the restaurant is pretty darn good! Our Server went above and beyond with us! Rooms are ok but Parking is a joke here. :/ will come back with an ubeR just for the food & drinks haha

Had my CC information stolen here. Stayed in LA for a single night on business and used the my CC only at the hotel front desk and bar the entire time I was in the city. Had a CC charge at the same hotel bar (CC swiped) 10 days after my stay while I was across the country.

We got stuck in LA and stayed here for a quick night. The place was really nice and the staff were all very friendly and very helpful in getting us a room. It was admittedly very spendy, but if you're in that spending range, it's well worth it. Very nice people (staff) and very nice room.

Nice rooms, decent fitness equipment (most of it worked), delivery robot that was very cool - it looked like a very tall roomba.

Banquet dinner was OUTSTANDING! Beautiful room! Great place to hold an event!

Parking is expensive - off site or valet. But very nice hotel.

Customer service was the best I've ever experienced from the valets to the restaurants to the room staff! Unbelievable concern for what we needed and how to best give it to us and always with a friendly smile.

The hotel check-in was smooth after waiting for 10 hours plus for flight that ends up being delayed 15 hours. The LATAM airline provided a voucher with breakfast. The check-in staff didn t explain any details about the conditions (perhaps they were tired too because it was close to 1 am). The room was spotless, clean and spacious.

The buffet breakfast at the Brasserie was nice but the waiter was pretty agressive and borderline rude. When I tried to sit on the patio, he was dismissive. Since then, I noticed that he was trying to make guests take the buffet option instead of a la carte (citing the slow service without saying how slow).

The manager Mike needs to commended, however. He went out of his way to help guest s needs when the above-mentioned waiter said with a threatening tone that there was no breakfast included in the voucher (when there was in fact some values). The scary and uneasy feeling left by the waiter was relieved thanks to the manager. Thank you Mike!

One of the many hotels located in close proximity to LAX. The outside doesn't look like much but it is very nice inside and the people who work there are pleasant. The beds are some of the comfiest I have ever slept in. My only complaint is the elevators and how long they tale given the size of the hotel.

The rooms are nice and the amenities are nice but if you want to eat breakfast without it included with your room, it will be pretty pricey. The jacuzzi is a little small and the pool is not very deep. The rooms (at least mine) come with a free bottle of water each day.

the front desk, room servers, everybody that has face-face interaction with guest are very polite and nice. (of course their job requires to be)
Accounting department is a JOKE: I got extra charged on my card, have been transferred to accounting department and no one picks up, left several voicemails, no call back. called and yelled on the front desk employee, then she was able to connect to live accountant. all they did apologized for an extra charge with a promise of refunding. **be aware of when giving your card for a accidental damage". my company and I both would have been charged doubled if I never noticed the extra charge ($170) after three weeks of the charge.

Attended a conference at this hotel. The rooms are great, very clean and offer good amount of space. Unfortunately I did not get to use the many amenities of the hotel, but its a pretty great place to stay.

The room was great but found some mold in the shower but other than that it was a very nice hotel. With nice service and it has a shuttle to take you to the airport.
