On day one of our stay at this location i was told on several occasions the hotel did not have any deposit or additional fees other then that of the nightly rate and taxes that would be charged to my account. Immediately upon checkin i was advised of a $33 parking fee per night which was not mentioned on the company s website or upon using my AAA member discount. Which the receptionist made no mention of this and again when i called customer service to update the reservation this information was not relayed to me. She actually told me several times no additional fees would be charged upon checking in. I woke up the following day Unknowingly i was charged the $75 incidental fee. I immediately called customer service and spoke with someone else who informed me of what the charge was and she stated she filed a complaint on my behalf and that as soon as we checked out the fee would be immediately refunded. After check out i called again and was told it could take 3-10 business days for the $75 to be returned to my account. My daughter was biten in her sleep and woke up from her nap screaming on day two of our stay. Someone came to the room and Took pictures of her face. Stated that it wasnt bed bugs and could possibly be a mosquito bite (due to covid 19 my 1 year old did not leave the room or hotel unless absolutely necessary) from day 1-2 she did not leave the room. After the report was filed for her face being bit while taking a nap. We moved rooms and she was then able to leave to hotel. Terrible communication between hotel staff. You get different information from everyone here. The only person who has made me feel at ease was the woman taking our report and photos of my babys face. I will Never stay here again! I am intending on reaching out to the Better Business Bureau!

Something noisy having the airport next door and it's expensive. But it is a 4 star officially but it has quality of 5. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast with a very good buffet service. The receptionists dry and just give information. Regular communication with the center, there is no direct metro, you have to catch buses.

Decent hotel with nice staff. The bar/restaurant gets packed during the evenings and local business persons will take up all the conference tables during the day. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, the staff are cheerful, and the stay is usually decent.

Reasonably priced, shuttle to airport every 15 minutes (less than 5 minutes from hotel to Time Bradley terminals) Starbucks in lobby, valet parking (Self Parking is a small distance from hotel). Modern facilities and easy to get to.

Perfect location just 5 minutes from the airport, very good breakfast. The only thing is the carpet everywhere old and worn out. Carpet shouldn't be allowed any more in hotels, it's not salutary

I came early as that was the only time my ride could bring me. Coco at registration was absolutely amazing! Welcomed me with open arms, then gave me elite status. Thank you all at Sheraton gateway LAX for being so kind and professional.

At check-in, I was told the gym was closed due to L.A. County rules which turned out to be a lie. Other hotels nearby have open gyms. I guess it is easier to lie to guests and blame the county than to say it was closed by choice. Also, the pool is closed but the pool at the Marriott down the street is open. Hotel food venues all closed. Bonvoy lounge closed. There comes a point where the hotel is just saving money and using Covid as an excuse.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Seems to have very poor management. Would reccomend them work on communicating between staff members. Called ahead for a simple request of allowing someone to check in before I arrived, for some reason there was confusion regarding this once I arrived. Long story short, the two days there and interaction with the staff clearly showed me they are not one of the better Sheratons.

The hotel is ok to stay a couple of nights, reasonably priced. Good location if you want to be close to the airport. Rooms are clean.

However, you hear planes taking off from your room. The room service is mediocre and the laundry is completely overpriced.

Super soft pillows and all around comfortable stay. Very clean room and the restaurant and bar stays open until 1am. I thought the prices were a bit steep , but I was starving and needed something in my belly. I had the ribs with mac and cheese. Basically chunks of meat mixed in with the mac and cheese. $22.00, ouch.

Chicken on the pasta why dry at the conference dinner. Needed to be flipped over to sit in the extra sauce under the pasta to be edible. Rooms were clean, shower head doesn't have much pressure to it, hallway to our room wreaked of marijuana on departure morning.

Impressive lobby and finishes in the room & bathroom. Could have been a little more neat in my opinion but overall nice. (Bed skirt was not aligned right.)
Valet is really pricey, easy enough to self park for $17 per day.

Most use it as an Uber pickup station .. Rooms are fine, for an overnight stay and further it's ok .. the burger was good .. the bar downstairs is quite nice .. and the pale ale was 3 degrees celsius and so on " on Point "after a 12 hour flight from Germany!

It's clean and their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Their pool is actually pretty nice and they have a gym that faces the pool so it's pretty refreshing. Location is extremely convenient if you're going in and out of the airport. I would recommend it to any traveler looking for a break for a comfortable place that won't break the bank.

BED BUGS!

BED BUGS!
We stayed overnight in this hotel and it has turned out to be a terrible experience. The hotel has a bad case of bed bugs. After sleeping on the bed overnight we started saw that we were getting small bumps and were really itchy. Staying at this hotel ruined our week vacation as we were very uncomfortable for the rest of the week. After informing the front desk of the bed bugs in the room I was told they would fumigate and contact us within 24 hours. A week later and we did not hear back. I called to follow up and there was no trace of my complaint. I was transferred to a house keeping manager that was very rude and said having redness and small bumps after sleeping in a bed is not enough of an excuse for it to be bed bugs. Please don't make the same mistake we made. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Airport shuttle was timely and super convenient. Room was modern and spacious. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and service good. Only slight negative was slow dinner service and food arrived cold. The dinner food was okay but not excellent considering the prices.

The best full-service hotel within walking distance of LAX. Beautifully modernized rooms & bathrooms. Staff is kind & professional. Club lounge is nice added benefit but food wasn't extraordinary. I'll choose this property for my next stay near LAX.

what a place. i found the Sheraton Hotel amazing. really nice and helpful staff. as we pulled up outside it was an instant nice feeling. the lobby looks very impresive this was a patern that followed through out the entire building. very nice bar with lots of indoor seating and a lovely garden with a pool. hot tub and more seating. even private little tent style areas with seating. toilets never far. starbucks on ground floor as you walk in. sadly this closes quite early think it closed at 6pm. but tea and coffee also available at the bar. lots and lots of rooms. our last night there was a private wedding party on in the function room. the room itself upstairs was quite awesome. very nicely decorated with two queen beds. sofa. tv. fridge. safe. toilet and bathroom. extremely comfy bed. had two great nights of sleep. a very stylish modern catered for all hotel in a super location close to LAX. we went for a walk around the area but not alot. just many different hotels and a mc donalds a couple of blocks away. couldnt fault this hotel at all. it was one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. maybe im not high enough up the ladder of life yet but i felt like a million dollars here.
please like this review if its been helpful
thank you

Okay room but breakfast stopped at 8:30 in the Club Lounge was unacceptable on a Saturday morning. Other hotels usually serve until 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This place is perfect. The lobby and staff are both extremely inviting and accommodating. The rooms are the perfect size- very clean and very up dated. They have complementary wine in the lobby. Beds are super comfy and I really dig the vibe.

My only complaint is regarding the bathroom in the room. Upon arrival, the toilet in the had a clump of hair and what appeared to be urine in the toilet that was unflushed. The drain cover in the sink is tilted so you can see just how dirty it is. The toilet seat is very loose so that you can enjoy a small shifting attraction while you use the toilet. It made me really wonder if the room was properly cleaned, especially the bathroom, prior to my arrival.

Open lot parking across the street doesn't feel safe for me or my car. Hotel is very nice though, rooms are minimal and don't really match the amenities of the rest of the hotel. Very quiet.

Exceptional stay at this large property. The staff was wonderful. We were upgraded and found room to be comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. There is a decent bar area and the location is convenient enough to most attractions. I ve rebooked the hotel for the end of my trip and would recommend staying here.

This hotel is located in a strategic zone of LA. The beds are comfortable and the room space is spacious. There is not enough parking and you have to pay valet parkig. If you go on a rest plan, notify in service desk during your check in because of the proximity to the airport, guests with early flights, set their alarms and be heard throughout the others rooms so, you can not Rest enought. The service was kind. You can go with family.
