The room is very beautiful and modern. The hotel comes in and cleans the room and folded my short/pants that I left on the bed. It was shocking to see! The employees were great. The one down fall is the parking, which is $20 a day.

The worst room service and front desk.
Very poor customer service. On request to deliver my bags to my room the bellman had a mental breakdown. Literally. No joke.

Nice place unless you have an allergy. They have chemical doused Down pillows & comforter. Asking in advance for a defeathered room won't get you one. Prepare to arrive at midnight & be Un-accommodated and sick.

Just checked in about Four hours ago. Very pleasant experience during check-in. Coco at the front desk was very nice. Room is large and nice. The hotel even though a little dated is well run with efficient staff.

By far, the worst hotel Ive stayed in. My partner and I had two Macbooks stolen from our room on June 17th and Sheraton LAX is doing nothing to compensate for it. I highly suggest for anyone looking to book this hotel, to look elsewhere. This is worst than staying in a MOTEL.

The Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles hotel is simply one of the best properties on Century Boulevard adjacent to LAX. The entire hotel has been renovated from top to bottom, has an amazing Lobby Bar, restaurants and of course Starbucks. Shuttle service from the hotel to LAX is 24/7 and is complementary.

Very good facilities, the only problem we had was the cleanliness of the room. When I returned to my country I noticed that they charged me 2 times the room, in addition there were several transactions which I did not make on behalf of the Hotel, I tried to communicate several times with the Sheraton but they did not answer my emails or my calls.

Location near the airport
Breakfast is not good as Sheraton hotel
Staff sometimes doesn t do what you asked for
For example I asked to bring the Robot Robi to get shampoo and the reception replied that the robot maybe out of service and we will let you know wether it is on or out of service and then no body replied to me they just ignored what I asked for.

This used to be my top choice for an LAX airport for the last 10 years. particularly, as a titanium SPG guest, I enjoyed the breakfast at the executive lounge. As of December 2019 the hotel has downsized a great spread to the equivalent of what you'd find at a Motel 6 continental breakfast. I'll be switching to some neighbouring hotel unless I get word that that SPG service comes back.

Prices reasonable and service is fantastic.food is so good. So close to LAX and accessable to most tourist areas.
Beds are so comfy and rooms clean. Only downside was the lack of water pressure from the shower but overall a fantastic hotel

PARKING SUCKS!! You have to pay about $30 for every night you stay there. We got lucky and found street parking for free from 12am-8am. On the other hand the bed was really comfortable!

Hotel was pretty standard and clean. Check-in was fine other than finding an overnight guest has to pay $50 for valet and the self parking was a long walk in a dark area away and was still like over $20. I did valet and when I got my car back they had taken my lights off auto, which I never do. Then when I went to my car at the LAX parking lot after my flight my battery was dead. I then called the hotel and very politely asked if given the circumstances someone from their valet could come over (less than a mile away) to give me a jump. I figured they wouldn't, but instead of nicely saying "no" the lady got super defensive and confrontational about it. Saying stuff like "so you are assuming we turned your lights on" which yes that is exactly why I was calling with such a unique call, but if she just said simply "no we can't and sorry about the situation" it would have been 10x more professional.

Great food and service. Good location for a meal or light bite on a few hour layover. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff were all excellent except for the woman in the valet booth. If not for her curt and rudeness would be 5 star.

I went to a conference there. Nice venue and the food we had was great. Nice lobby. Spacious meeting rooms. Also, it's really close to the airport. During a break in the conference, I walked to Terminal 1. (Not that you'd ever need to - they have 24 hour shuttle service.)

This is a 15 story property is an older property that's undergone some renovations. Both concierge desk and valet parking are available. There is also 24-hour shuttle service available to the airport. Gift shop and Starbucks are both located in the lobby. There are also two full service restaurants with a bar. A full-sized, outdoor pool with hot tub is also available. This hotel offers a paid guest laundry service, as well.

I had a corner suite, handicapped accessible. I asked for a refrigerator to house my medications. When I arrived no refrigerator. called housekeeping, told would cost me 50usd, advised I neededitfor medication, told same price.I said no problem, I would pay. Still no refrigerator. Discovered room has a few mistakes in it. I couldnt find the drawer space near bed. Had to go clear accross room for a waste basket. I asked for roll in shower, but it has a wierd lip trick to keep water in, this would be hard to roll accros or step accross for people who have had a stroke with any leg paralysis. Its purpose was to hold water in but the shower curtain is at the same parallel location so a tremendous amount of water covered the whole floor. The light switch is placed to the back ofthe sink. It is hard to reach, please move it to the outside of the bathroom or on back of closet wall in bathroom. Also no warming light. The room is large and you get cold trying to dry off. There are no switches for the lighting from the bed. the closet rods are too high, there is no in room safe. I think that you should rethink just how small the sink is no room for toiletries. the amenity package of toiletries was horrible, I say again horrible. You are a Sheraton, a premier hotelier and your amenities come from a 7/11. I travel every week and I have had better amenities from Motel 8. The front desk was great and the maids were great. Had to ask for more towels everyday. Also It would be great to teach the maid staff that washcloths should be placed in the tub/shower area. You should do yourself a favor andput yourself in a wheel chair or better yet ask a group of handicappable people to come and showyou how what you have done doesnt work well. Also you had no hoya lift for the pool...As a training exercise have your engineering staff sit in a wheelchair and try to get around in the hotel. You will be shocked just how difficult it is. I will also leave these very comments on hotel website so others can see my review. Thanks for what you did do well.

Horrible service and the charges you see in the end. And then at the reception for every justification you ask this girl Alexia has a response that she doesn t know. For every thing you ask her she had no answer. We asked the laundry to be boxed half of the clothes were given in the hanger and they would still charge us as a whole! We asked for something from room service they would ask you to wait for 45 mins !!! Absolutely rip off. For the parking they told us 49 usd for the valet and so we decided to do self park then one of the guys from the valet comes and offers a rate of 30 usd. Looks like there is no professionalism and transparency. Anyone is charged anything.
Ridiculous!

Walking in the hotel has a nice feel to it. Not much storage for the room my party stayed in. Also was short on towels. Overall though it was accommodating. Looking forward to trying the robot that delivers items you may have forgotten, such as toothpaste, to your room.

The most ever worst experiences with Sheraton! We booked it from Expedia. They give us the top floor facing the airport. It is very noisy inside the room. You can hear the huge noise made by the landing planes every a few minutes. Yes, LAX is a quite busy airport. It feels like you are beside a giant motor engine. The water runs really slowly in the shower that I can hardly wash my hair.
The reception is neither nice nor patient. I asked them if we could change the room for the following couple of days, they were very reluctant to answer me and the answer was to check later. No breakfast, no free wifi. $12 per day for wifi.
No free parking. There is a very expensive public parking behind Sheraton and you can get one day ticket from the hotel, charging you $17. It is quite annoying that we don't know it when we first checked in and later came to know it from the managing people in parking lot. The 1st day ticket got invalid within 24 hours and the reception was very rude when I consulted them about it.
The room is very small, less of equipment, even without electronic boiler to get hot water! The TV channels are also quite limited with very few. I can't imagine this is a famous hotel.
I would not recommend Sheraton for travelers.
I personally will never choose Sheraton.

Stay of 3 nights. The service is not the appointment given the level of the hotel. Employees not very attractive. Wifi Paying. Parking at $ 18 a night. We expected a lot better for a 4 *

Quick and convenient shuttle service from LAX dropped me right off at my meeting at the Sheraton. The facilities we're great and the staff was friendly. I hope to go back for a longer trip so I can spend the night

Very nice hotel. We had an early flight, but they had a room for us. We had to pay a little extra, but it came with the executive lounge. I didn t mind because it was a great value for what we were going to get.

The rooms were spacious. The beds were a little hard, but I could be really picky because my bed at home is super soft and amazing. There was the normal stuff as well as a fridge.

The executive lounge was the best. Great view and we didn t have to pay for breakfast, bottled water, coffee or snacks. It was such a great deal and I HIGHLY recommend upgrading to it. It s also a nice place to get away, especially if you re at a large conference and need some quiet space.
