We stayed for 2 nights and they did not clean the room.

Dont remember going here but I'll give it a 3 cause I've never had a bad experience at a Sheraton.

What a great hotel! Best hotel I've been in by far. So clean and the service was friendly. Rooms were big and very comfortable. The location and access to the airport was very convenient. I just didn't like that parking was $17 a day. Get a pass so you can go in and out for 24 hrs instead of paying each time you go out of the lot. You'll save quite a bit.

Good clean rooms and helpful staff. Distance from CBD ect is an issue but for a day or two its not a problem to uber it

I stayed at this Sheraton for 6 weeks and was falsely accused of credit card fraud, they said they called the cops, after investigating, they realized that I paid upfront with my own card and they even asked for ID. They didn't apologize for falsely accusing me. The manage said, well even though we know you didn't do anything wrong, anytime there's a security issue we have to ask guests to leave. They literally kicked me out at 2am due to an error on their part and still tried to charge me for that night.

They also lied to me and said that four cops came looking for me, which I knew was a joke or a case of mistaken identity. The next day, my friend who's a police chief, told me to go down to the precinct as there may be a warrant for my arrest if the police did come looking for me. So, I did and the cops had no record of a 911 call from them, nor did cops visit the Sheraton hotel at all on that day and that they did not have a warrant for my arrest!! I still don't know why they lied to me!! Are the people at the Sheraton Hotel LAX Racists? The only thing that changed that week was my hair ( I got braids in my hair) two days before they kicked me out.This is ridiculous! I would not advise BLACK PEOPLE to stay at this hotel!!

Super comfy beds and nice rooms. Staff is friendly and professional. Best wings I've had in a long time from the restaurant.

The hotel meeting areas were well appointed and comfortable with fresh flowers in the common areas. The service in the main restaurant was questionable with or server down right rude to my business partner. Very strange experience.

The room was lovely, great big soft bed and really enjoyed the burgers in the restaurant, but was frustrated waiting for 30 min at the front of the line in check in at 3pm behind 3 customers checking in groups, and priority guests put ahead of a line 20 deep. Do your best to check in outside the peak times

Traveling with my 2 year old catching early morning flight. arrived at sheraton gateway hotel only to be met with rude customer service. Unfortunately when traveling you are in other people's hands and the service really matters. Please train your staff at front desk on providing excellent customer service. Besides that experience the hotel is clean and nice. There are so many other hotels in area so having great customer service is what will bring passangers back.

Never before, have I arrived at a hotel and felt so confused as to what to do. Due to COVID - valet parking was closed. There were cars parked on all sides of the hotel, behind the hotel and even in spots that were reserved. The traffic of cars coming in, made the entrance so clustered. We were told to park anywhere - but luckily someone came out of a spot and I was able to park. Once I got to the room, I went into the bathroom to take a shower, and the water pressure was very low. To make matters worse, I woke up the following morning to get something from my car, and there were 2 tow trucks outside. I asked someone what was happening, and he told me that they were towing cars who didn't pay for a parking permit. At no point during check-in did they tell us we had to pay for a permit to park!! So 1 hour before checking out, I had to pay $33 for a permit to prevent my car from being towed. I return upstairs to shower before leaving for the airport and there's no hot water - none! I will never stay at the Sheraton in LAS again. I was beyond disappointed with my experience in that hotel.

Rooms were well equipped, banquet/meeting halls were nice. Wait staff was very friendly.

On my way for a international flight. Wanted to rest and be at location when ready to go. This is a perfect location for LAX. This is a massive hotel. Has its plusses and minus. Having said that. It is beautiful facility. Very busy. Very chaotic. Front desk moved swiftly at check in. If you want to survive in this hotel. You can not be shy. You have stop and ask for help. Once you do. In my experience. The service and assistance by the staff here is compatible to none. I have never been assisted like this anywhere in the world. The food staff. The baggage staff. Breakfast and lunch staff. The maid service. Top of the food chain here. This is my story. My experience.

Room was clean, amenities were plentiful, and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.

Came here for a seminar with Pepperdine and it was a great venue. Nice lighting and acoustics and very large space for the guest.

Modern and lush. Airport shuttle runs 24/7 and the front desk folks were so nice despite my redeye jet lag. The bed was super soft (not good for those that like more support) but the room was clean, amazingly quiet (given the airport is right there) and the thermostat has a fan and cool setting for background noise. My only negative was the bathroom shower.

Very nice establishment. I was there for an event only. The way it was ran was excellent. I was taking care of business and ended up staying when the break down/clean up crew came in. They were phenomenal! Talk about Teamwork makes the dream work. They broke that room down in nothing flat. I was impressed by that. Nkw once I stay there, if the rooms are anything like the ballroom, well 5 stars it is. Job well done Sheraton!!

Nice place, but it's quite pricey. I have a freezer, but no microwave in my room. There's no free parking, and it's very expensive per day.

This is a decent hotel for a fairly economical price (for the area). It's right next to LAX with a shuttle to the airport. Parking is an absurd amount though, so since we just stayed one night and didn't need to come and go we parked at the airport's Park N Fly for less than half the cost of hotel parking. We're not afraid of walking so just hoofed it the few blocks from there to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area wasn't great. The pool was heated, but barely, and there's one small hot tub with a max capacity of 4 people for an enormous hotel. I didn't have any interactions with reception, shuttle drivers, bartenders or housekeeping, so I can't speak to the staff, but being that I'm low maintenance and just needed a nice bed to sleep in near the airport this Sheraton did the trick.

It is truly a Sheraton. The next morning, it was an early flight, so I stayed here. The breakfast was luxurious and the room was also top notch. The next morning I went to the airport by shuttle bus.

I came in late midnight by a shuttle from Los Angeles airport. Checking in was easy and the person at the desk was helpful and friendly. The room was large and nice and I had a pleasant stay there. I did not stay for breakfast as my flight was early the next morning.

Just needed to stop by to pick up some coffee from Starbucks. The Valet guy was cool and let me park on the side for 10 min to go in and get my drink. Felt a little pressured but nonetheless thankful for the gesture. Thanks Sheraton.

Beautiful hotel from head to toe. The attendants were wonderful and even gave me an upgrade from my queen room. Unfortunately, we were told wrong about the breakfast but they gave us credits for starbucks. Thanks guys will be staying in again!

The staff and the rooms were really nice. The valet service was also amazing. The only downfall was the service at the bar. The bartender was on top of it but there was only one server so it was a two and a half hour experience to order and eat a salad, and pay.

Had a great overnight stay, at Air New Zealands expense, because we missed our connection.

Airplanes can be heard outside, but it's a very nice hotel. Good bar, and clean rooms.

Stayed 3 nights for a conference. Room great and bed comfy. Only problem in room was the safe wouldn't lock. Housekeeping service rate and room super clean. Starbucks a big PLUS! A little disappointed with the guest services desk. My Roomate was from UK and needed help with finding train schedule LA to San Diego. I took her to the desk and she was told she could look it up on line. I was really disappointed to see 2 guys standing at guest services (not the check in desk) and not assist an international guest by going online and helping the guest. If they couldn't do it they should find someone who can. Parking cost too high. The restaurant food I'd say was fair. I ordered a flatbread w/meat & veggies and the edges were burned and the taste was unimpressive- very disappointing. I brought hate boiled eggs for one meal/day and went to restaurant for salt and pepper. Shakers were gathered on a shelf near the bar and I reached for salt and pepper to sit down at the table and eat. The waiter kind of jumped at me and wanted to know where I was going with the shaker. Other than that- the hotel had a great overall vibe for being so close to the airport. I was overall very comfortable and would definitely come back.

I would say that a bit of the outdoor area is starting to look rundown, other than that a well put together hotel, and very nice rooms. Be cautious though, the hotel is very close to the airport so you probably will hear the planes while trying to sleep. It is close to the downtown area, and also be cautious of the traffic around the airport when heading around town. It's location is not the best for sightseeing.

Very fiendly and helpful staff. Generally a very good and clean experience. Only complaint was that the room did not come with wash cloths, which was a bit strange.

I'm still waiting to get checked in we keep getting the run-around the breakfast was great the front desk is not accommodating

Exceptional hotel, fantastic customer service, beautiful hotel, wonderful presentation and convenient location

The hotel was fine but it offered nothing special. Wi-Fi was expensive and in and out and parking was either $50 for valet or $20+ to park in a shared airport lot half a block away. Has a Starbucks in the lobby and an In N Out a few blocks away which is nice. Great location if you want to be by LAX, otherwise it's only a decent location.

Nice hotel near the airport. They have a board with flight information in the lobby. Updated features, small showers.

The hotel was gorgeous, and well maintained. We stayed before we flew out of LAX, and I really wish we'd stayed longer!

This is a nice hotel conveniently located minutes from LAX. The service was friendly and the room well appointed. The food in the restaurant was good. All around a great choice if you are in the area.

Our daughter was bitten during a nap on the bed. Never left the room. Rooms not cleaned & amenities weren t stocked upon arrival. We stayed here 8/9- 8/11...they took pictures of the bites changed rooms but nothing else was done to accommodate us. ****$33/night parking fee **** beware! No free parking, the alternative suggested by staff is to park at the airport and walk back to the hotel. The airport charges Everytime you move your car out of the lot. Our previous bad reviews were previously removed. The good reviews are paid for BEWARE!!!

We did not stay here, but checked out the hotel for a future stay. The lobby, bar, and pool area are beautiful. Staff very nice as well.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to LA airport with shuttles running there every 15mins. Beds and linens are exceptionally comfortable. Food at the restaurant was good; staff was attentive.

I had an enjoyable time at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in LA. I booked online, the process was very quick and affordable. Splendid service, very prompt, professional, and friendly staff. It was a perfect stay near the LAX airport. I definitely recommend staying. :)

We had a couple great stays here! The gift shop has a really great selection of cool things. The staff and valet and desk personnel were all very friendly throughout our stay. Robi the robot is super cool, he brought us stuff right to our room!

The rooms, the hosts, the drinks, everything has been amazing! Diane is amazing, an absolute treasure and a treat to be around!

Room was missing coffee. Had 2 facial bars but no body wash or bath soap. How can a room at Sheraton be missing standard things like this in their rooms.

Checked in at night, room quite small, i booked a twin bed room but they gave a king size bed room. Not comfort for 3 people at all. No free parking.

The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are nice but do have some wear. The biggest downfall to this hotels is it is not in walking distance to very many food establishments.
